This is very similiar to how I cook mine. I season a little different and use a little bit of dry Ranch on it before it hits the griddle. They are fantastic.

My wife made pork chops tonight in the oven - it tasted awesome. Love the butter soaked idea on the griddle. Don't forget to add the veggies with the cook. Always better with the color accents. Maybe even a pork chop stir fry!

Your "The Usual Suspects" seasoning is excellent. It's minus a few ingredients, but could become adobo with the inclusion of cumin, paprika, and oregano. The pork chop recipe is outstanding, but I'm a newby!

Wahoo!! Congratulations fam!! We actually just use regular salted butter (because it’s what we had in the fridge) - many recommend unsalted, but we’ve always used salted. Any brand is fine, although we have used Kerrygold before (I think it was a garlic butter) and it was amazing!🤙🤙🔥🔥
I had some pork chops in the fridge and I decided to try your method this evening on my Blackstone. WOW! I wish I had tried it earlier. The best pork chops I’ve ever prepared. Thank you both and keep up the good work! 👍🏼👍🏼
To get that griddle temp down change the propane regulator. Blackstone sent me a replacement for mine because it was that hot 500+ on low, You can also get an adjustable regulator from amazon. Then you can fine tune it . Low for eggs around 300 and 500+ for searing

I cooked this tonight. 2nd time using our Blackstone griddle, so total novice. Turned out wonderful and actually tender and moist. Pleasantly surprised. I added Bar-B-Que sauce to mine after off as I love Bar-B-Q, but left others alone and my husband loved them. Super easy.
I just griddled my thin-cut pork chops in this fashion. I used ghee. Holy cow! It was still moist. The sear was perfect. My 41 yr old stepson loved it. He asked me to try chicken using this method. Thank you for this tip!
I just tried this, aaaand now this will be my standard method for pork chops. I tried grilling for years and never got the hang of it. Recently switched to griddling and that's now my main way of outdoor cooking. I just could never get pork chops to be just right on a grill, and this is such a huge improvement for me. Thank you so much! Oh yeah, and we're loving the Usual Suspects.

Nice Cook Adam!!! What was the temp when you took them off? I like chops about 145, still just a touch of pink in the center, so I pull mine about 135, tent them, and let carryover pull them up to temp, it keeps them from toughening up. And it's a perfectly safe temp in the USA, we eliminated trichina here decades ago, if you live in other parts of the world, you need to check with someone who knows, OR cook to Well Done, which sucks, I get it. Thanks Bro!!!

Your "The Usual Suspects" seasoning is excellent. It's minus a few ingredients, but could become adobo with the inclusion of cumin, paprika, and oregano. The pork chop recipe is outstanding, but I'm a newby!

What type of butter do you use?
Wahoo!! Congratulations fam!! We actually just use regular salted butter (because it’s what we had in the fridge) - many recommend unsalted, but we’ve always used salted. Any brand is fine, although we have used Kerrygold before (I think it was a garlic butter) and it was amazing!🤙🤙🔥🔥

To get that griddle temp down change the propane regulator. Blackstone sent me a replacement for mine because it was that hot 500+ on low, You can also get an adjustable regulator from amazon. Then you can fine tune it . Low for eggs around 300 and 500+ for searing

I cooked this tonight. 2nd time using our Blackstone griddle, so total novice. Turned out wonderful and actually tender and moist. Pleasantly surprised. I added Bar-B-Que sauce to mine after off as I love Bar-B-Q, but left others alone and my husband loved them. Super easy.

I just griddled my thin-cut pork chops in this fashion. I used ghee. Holy cow! It was still moist. The sear was perfect. My 41 yr old stepson loved it. He asked me to try chicken using this method. Thank you for this tip!

I just tried this, aaaand now this will be my standard method for pork chops. I tried grilling for years and never got the hang of it. Recently switched to griddling and that's now my main way of outdoor cooking. I just could never get pork chops to be just right on a grill, and this is such a huge improvement for me. Nice Cook Adam!!! What was the temp when you took them off? I like chops about 145, still just a touch of pink in the center, so I pull mine about 135, tent them, and let carryover pull them up to temp, it keeps them from toughening up. And it's a perfectly safe temp in the USA, we eliminated trichina here decades ago, if you live in other parts of the world, you need to check with someone who knows, OR cook to Well Done, which sucks, I get it. Thanks Bro!!!
