Pretty dangerous move at the end there since combining Drone Swarm with Firewood gave it exhaust and you've been playing Drone Swarm more than once per round.

As an astronomer there’s many things driving me insane in this game - but it still seems like a promising deckbuilder!

@@joegaddy2030 Well it’s odd because a lot of it is accurate - like white dwarfs being around the size of the planet - but only having white dwarfs and planets in these clusters is a bit strange. It sortof makes sense because a normal star would be waaaay bigger than the planet you play as, but I feel like they could’ve just made you a star instead of a planet , and had more variety in stars/enemies that you could fight against? That way the end boss could be a black hole in the center of a galaxy or something, instead of a random “wound” in the center of a star cluster

Would be interesting to see how this game would function without the ability to put shields onto yourself and only have to rely on orbitals for defense

I remember trying the demo for this one a little while back, and finding it really interesting! Might have to get it now that it's early access. I really enjoy the ability to choose where you put your minions (cannon fodder or extra effects over time), it gives me some Monster train vibes with careful unit placement.
My backseat gamer comment: Should have combined Drone Swarm and G-Lense.

about mystery boost it makes anything that is not damage go up by one (such as for offensive stalites it makes them attack more targets)

I remember trying out that game during the Steam NextFest, they had a timed demo available. Balance seemed a bit all over the place, sometimes enemies were pushover, sometimes you were forced to take damage. The 4th and last boss was so overpowered, way stronger than the rest of the game with I think a few thousands HP, though that might be on purpose. I had some ridiculous combo that made a ton of OP drones, so I managed to somehow beat the boss with just a few HP and minutes left, that was rough.
I hope they get around to improving the UI and finding good balance, because combining cards and the mild drone management was very fun!

Seems like a really cool game, but the visuals definitely need some kind of upgrade. The text was something you mentioned in the video, but my biggest problem is that every enemy looks essentially identical, just a mass of light with a healthbar. The current concept of the game doesn't really allow for very varied visuals, but this started to feel repetitive even before the first boss. Don't get me wrong, it looks brilliant, but it all just looks the same.
