If you want this particular engine to sound GTR like, you need to do a double y pipe stepped setup with the midpipe being larger ofcourse. I know this because i did this exhaust on a twin turbo 3.6 LF3 ENGINE on a vsport, and it sounded glorious
Ok not gonna lie when I first seen the setup you were going for I was like 🤣! But it does sound good the tone sounds a bit more exotic I still think it's a huge lump of extra weight! And probably made you lose a few hp too! Still huge props to you bro. It's not easy to have a idea and bring it to reality and you did! Just keep doing you and believe in yourself! I look forward to see what you come up with next
Go to Wits End Fabrication. They are the one's who made it for me. They are pricey, but they do great work! If you show them the video, they should be able to replicate it.
If I work a deal with the shop it won't be nearly as expensive for someone to buy. I'm paying for hourly work so for me it's expensive. Right now I could've bought down pipes and a cat back for what I have in that piece. I'm going back soon to see about adding a trombone loop to equal out the two sides. More cost to me but hopefully it will be an Awesome bolt on piece when finished.
Do you still have both cats and resonator on there? I have muffler delete on my sho and I feel like yours is louder, could be camera... keep it up bro I’m subbing fo sho
My exhaust is still ways off from being a sellable piece. My suggestion is to have some fun and create your own combination. Who knows, you could create something awesome! No harm in trying 😎
@@KarzKreated agreed! I’m kinda a penny pincher tbh. I bought my 2013 SHO with 56k on it in cash and I have money but don’t feel like dropping 2400 on an exhaust system that I don’t like the sound of, kinda stuck🤷🏻♂️ been looking into Livernois tho and I’m intrigued
If you haven't already, a muffler delete is one of the best sounding solutions imo for next to nothing if you do it yourself. Even if you pay someone to do it it's the cheapest exhaust mod you can do for sound.
Unfortunately I had to part ways with the SHO. That Rear X Pipe has been removed from the car. Since I will no longer have the car, I unfortunately can't continue devopment of this exhaust. I'm glad you liked it ✌️😎

I've pondered on selling it. It's such a unique piece, most people probably wouldn't have a use for it. Plus I have a lot of money tied up into it that I would never get back. So in a way, it's priceless.

I'm sure it's less back pressure than the two mufflers. I doubt power was gained or lossed. Purely a sound mod.
