Question for a tradesman: Could you use the brad nailer from the side at an angle to toe in some nails and avoid anything from the front? Otherwise would glue and minimal nails be better?

How did he get the powerpoints installed over the wooden feature wall?

what some people do, is you cut the dimension of the powerpoint (minus 5-10mm around it), you can get extra long powerpoint screws
It also depends on what type of powerpoint you get.
Slim line powerpoints is slightly trickier

Less teeth on your blade for a rip cut, more teeth for a clean cross cut. You would be looking for an 8 tooth blade ideally. The filler looks horrible, you'd be better using a smaller gauge nail and just leaving the head hole or putting in some wax after finishing
