Again, chalk on lips, I swear my dude is eating it.
hahaha "vlog 33 you must be tired of us by now." nope! i still have 160 vlogs to go and i'm loving them so far! i started training tonight after like two years of not training thanks for that!! i'll try to train my fingers and maybe even go climbing for the first time soon!
Just going to do easy routes...
averages 8a (thats the hardest route my gym even sets)
HoffTTM mine goes to 7a thats it, but i'm a beginner who climbs only 5C so that's not a problem for now
That pop was nasty, take care :'(
I've been wondering why Magnus often seems to bend his right leg inwards while climbing, since generally speaking, that's not the safest/healthiest position.. I thought it's just some sort of climbing leverage trick, but I guess it's Magnus' knee ^^ Or maybe it's the other way around lol
(nevermind me posting this in the summer of 2019, I've just discovered Magnus a couple of weeks back and now I'm watching the entire vlog from start onwards xD)
keep on flapping man..
Do you know what that pop sound actually was? I had almost exactly the same, didn't hurt when it happened but the next days where shit ;-( Now 3 weeks are gone and I still feel it.
Hey, There could be many reasons. In my case I think it't the tendon/muscle on the outer side that is too tight compared to the inner side, making it slightly unbalanced. I can prevent it by stretching that side more.
Definitely not getting tired of your vlogging!
Take care and put ice on that knee, give it some rest for a couple of days... Great to see your workout routine, keep it coming!
Har på ingen måte gått lei vlogene enda! Keep 'em coming! 😊
Not getting tired of you guys at all! Love getting the notification for a new video
Both my knees make a poping sound when I squat but I’ve never heard one go that loud. Ouch.
how long did you rest in average between two sets ?
Hey, 5-10 minutes. And 15-20 mins half way through the session.
thanks
Hey, do you know title of song which starts at 7:25 ?
I think you should avoid training with the injured leg, unless you don't feel much pain.
I think he knows what he's doing…
lol that intro
really nice video. Take care of your knee
hur lång är en kort paus för dig? mellan varje x2?
Hei, 5-10 minutter mellom hver runde, og en lengre pause (15-20m) halvveis.
nice vlog keep up the grind
Too hot in Norway? Like what, 25 degrees? : D You guys going out in t-shirts, when people down in the Europe wearing jackets!
Like how you include these little weird moments, such as in the beginning when Magnus inspects that doorknob.
the fat on the triceps is called "bingo-vinge" in gothenburg :)
Met Kenneth and Martin in Hueco this season. When are you going to get on Wolverine?

What's your ab program like?
Nice vlog
Kommer det noen store prosjekter i sommer? Lysefjorden eller Romsdalen eller noe sånt? Det skulle jeg likt å se.
Digger vlogane, håper du i sommer drar litt rundt i noreg å klatrer å! Hadde vert stilig å sett deg på litt større vegger og rundt i noreg!
you guys should go to rocklands :D
:)
that five ten shirt got me tripping
i love how you can climb routes with a damaged knee, that i can't even climb at full fitness!! Btw, loved the routes in arco :) that 8c looked hard as anything!!!
The position of your foot on that move where you're knee popped couldn't have helped it. Get some compression on that!
Shoes?
first
Do you suggest climbing fast or slow?
Sean Trew the speed that naturaly apears when YOU climb is the right one for you.
