I've been wondering why Magnus often seems to bend his right leg inwards while climbing, since generally speaking, that's not the safest/healthiest position.. I thought it's just some sort of climbing leverage trick, but I guess it's Magnus' knee ^^ Or maybe it's the other way around lol
(nevermind me posting this in the summer of 2019, I've just discovered Magnus a couple of weeks back and now I'm watching the entire vlog from start onwards xD)

Do you know what that pop sound actually was? I had almost exactly the same, didn't hurt when it happened but the next days where shit ;-( Now 3 weeks are gone and I still feel it.

Hey, There could be many reasons. In my case I think it't the tendon/muscle on the outer side that is too tight compared to the inner side, making it slightly unbalanced. I can prevent it by stretching that side more.

Definitely not getting tired of your vlogging!
Take care and put ice on that knee, give it some rest for a couple of days... Great to see your workout routine, keep it coming!

Both my knees make a poping sound when I squat but I’ve never heard one go that loud. Ouch.

I think you should avoid training with the injured leg, unless you don't feel much pain.

The position of your foot on that move where you're knee popped couldn't have helped it. Get some compression on that!
