Hey Magnus, i was wondering if it is possible to work for your gym even if you're not from norway and dont speak norwegian? And also what references and skills a person should bring to the table if he or she wants to work for your gym?
try and find a large area by its self and build a route with only one route and has multiple ways to go and has both harder ways and longer easier ways that use all types of holds, has upside down parts and allows you to go what ever way you want, use the kinds of holds you want to use or practice with and have some rest points and cool things leading off to it that you can chill at like holes and stuff you can sit in and lead to stairs going to the bottom for those who want to go back to the bottom

Aren't you interstead in dry-tooling, ice-climbing, mountaineering or ski-mountaineering? You should try, I'm sure you would be good in dry-tooling and in ice-climbing
Have you done any climbing in Moab, Utah area? Oh and if you had bad toe fungus would you ever get your toe nails permanently removed so that wearing climbing shoes would be comfortable? Ha
