Hello...Great video! Some questions: 1) What is the name of the great Hotel you stayed in Chiang Mai ? 2) Do you recommend any hotel in Bangkok in Sukkunvit area ? 3) Which area/hotel do you recommend in Pattaya ? 3) Can I use a US Debit Card to pay for hotels, taxis and restaurants ? Thank you so much for your help. Keep the great job guys !
Thanks so much! Chiang Mai hotel is Pingviman. Check out our Family Travel Plan video, it's in there as well + more tips in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Can't really help you with the other questions, sorry. Our experience with our Dutch debit cards is not good. We can basically only use them to get money from ATM's. Would definitely recommend bringing a credit card.
That's a difficult question. It depends a lot on your accommodation. Big price difference between 4/5 star hotel and dorms. Alcohol consumption, day trips and car rental can also have a big inflight for example. For us, about $100 a day, including accommodation.
how much spending money for 2 weeks on just excursion activities and food? I've booked an all inclusive in Phuket 2 weeks but doing Chiang Mai (2 nights) and Bangkok (2 nights) in between. Please reply
Hi good question! We tried to find some info on that just now. We only found that Thai citizens (60 up) can get a discount. Maybe that goes for foreigners too, but not sure.
@StrangeSpeculations Yes we noticed. We got it for €60 again recently. Also depends a bit on when you're going. We'll do a 2024 version of this video 👍🏻
Is Thailand expensive depends on you thats it do know were to find cheap food are partying evrry night are you paying for lady every night then yes you will be broke fast
Who can spot the extra zero we accidentally put in one of the prices in Euro? 😅 Hint: we're "fine" with it 😉

Great content
Thanks, great to hear! 😊

Did you get international driving permit for riding scooter?
BTW Great content. Liked and subscribed.
Thanks so much!! 😃 We got it for riding a scooter, as well as driving a car. But you do need it, even if you only drive a scooter.
So for a 3-4 week trip as a solo traveler, would do you think a reasonable budget would be?
That's a difficult question. It depends a lot on your accommodation. Big price difference between 4/5 star hotel and dorms. Alcohol consumption, day trips and car rental can also have a big inflight for example. For us, about $100 a day, including accommodation.

Hi! That depends a lot on the type of excursion. There are so many 😄 So it's tough to say. Ballpark figure would be $30-$50 per excursion. Have fun!
@@alittlesunshinewithjayandbee thank you
