The italians love to put stylish designs on everything and this baby isn't an exception
The Beretta 92FS, Beretta M9A3, and SPAS12 are one of my 3 most favorite sexy looking Italian guns
@@InquisitiveImmortal lol
I love how the trigger guard is shaped it just ties in to the stock
Imagine a wooden stock
@@InquisitiveImmortal I don't know any French girls, but they sure are lovely; so don't shun all the French! ;-)
I bought one of these for my birthday as my first scoped/hunting rifle. The gun is gorgeous, easy to take apart, clean and reassemble and deadly accurate. Testing different ammo weights and manufacturers, I was able to get a sub-MOA group at 100 yards on my first day, just after a few rounds to get it roughly zeroed. Chambered in 30-06 and topped with a Vortex Diamondback 4-16x42, the rifle looks good, feels good, and gets the job done. Highly recommend this rifle.
I should also mention, I believe the trigger pull is adjustable between 2 to 4 pounds AND it comes from the factory with a threaded muzzle.
Yes... Wolf Is Lupo in Italian... nice hickock... greetings from your fan from Italy
Not italian myself but french so still latin based.

Oh hey its nikita buyanovs son
I just love his spirit- it's so genuine meek and mild- and knows his history when it comes to firearms! My go 2 guy!!!
Hickok has such a Bob Ross vibe.
Yes
Guns are his brushes and the range is his canvas. He likes to paint with drinks, watermelons and pumpkins 👌
He paints his targets with such Grace and precision

More like a massacre because the casings are only on one side
A massacre of 2 litres!
looks like the battle was a bit one sided...
"BOOM...ha ha ha!" I love how much a guy who has shot hundreds of thousands of rounds through thousands of guns still gets a kick like a kid when he hits a target! Great rifle...wonderful lines.
I don't usually like the look of a synthetic stock bolt action, but I've gotta admit this thing is pretty, and it's always fun watching Hickok shoot a bolt gun lol
I remember commenting that I would prop my 1yr old son up and watch your videos. My son is now 11 and shooting 12oz with a .22 at 50yrds. Thank you, Hickok45 for all the information as we all grow in this sport with you!
Cool. Tell him HI for me and ask him why he never commented on a video when he was a one-year-old! :-)
"I have one more boollet" shout out to Backyard Ballistics
I love a rifle with a beautifully finished wood stock and a high polished blued barrel as much as anyone else but it's hard to beat a rifle with a polymer stock and phosphate/nitride coated or just a stainless steel barrel especially if you're carrying it in the deer woods. Pretty much every rifle I own with wood stocks have been retired or just shot at my house because I'm all about functional toughness in my guns these days. Not that wood stocks and blued barrels aren't tough but they're heavy and get banged up a lot easier not to mention a lot of the time they're more expensive. I never knew Benelli made rifles before I like it!!!
they released the wood stock version and it is GORGEOUS
Yeah, got this gun back in November, used a bore sight to kind dial it in, fired another 10 rounds to really dial it in.
It's a really nice 1000 meter gun for sure, I don't hunt, but love long range target shooting and the 6.5 is one of the best for doing this.
I am addicted to watching your videos!! So much great information!! Thank you hickok45 !
hickock is awesome bruh just an old man shooting guns in the woods. i hope i can have that simple lifestyle when i’m older

“Don’t y’all pull the trigger while you’re looking in there.” Ahaaa! I wanted to.
Id say that's a beautiful rifle. I like the modern, geometric lines and shape of it. Very clean and simple look
A new Italian classic ;-)
Seriously though, lovely-looking firearm, thanks for sharing!
Take care and stay safe y'all
I see Benelli is taking after the Ferrari aesthetic of the aggressive race car.
"Even though I don''t hunt, I really do have an appreciation for a fine bolt action rifle." Same here, although I've been invited to do so and just might in the future. I've watched every video on this rifle, but I was really glad to see you reviewed it. For me, I think both types of rifles, wood, polymer, look great. The blacked out look of the Lupo just looks sleek as all hell, to me anyway.
"That's a purty bolt" - Hickok
I love this man
That's what I call a work of art just like any great rifle shotgun or any handgun
Benelli always comes out with great firearms! In fact I love Benelli so much it's solely all I own. Minus my handguns. Just an FYI the LUPO comes in 6 different calibers 6.5 creedmoor, .308 Winchester , .300 win mag, .243 Winchester, .270 , and 30-06. I wish they offered the traditional wood stock on the LUPO like they do on almost every other model.
I just want to add... If you're looking for the ultimate sporting clay over-under take a look at the 828 U sport. You can truly customize every aspect of it. It's incredible!
Man sounds like he was walking through massive amounts of casings after he was done shooting it the first time.
@Patrick Henry Reloader’s paradise lol. Probably a couple buckets worth of 9mm and at least a bucket worth of every other common caliber you can think of
I think he rakes that place from time to time,
@@sergionatali3071 he’s gotta I’m sure, otherwise they’d be wading through brass at this point 😂

I'm surprised he didn't mention that Silencer Central also threads barrels when he was talking about threading that rifle. I just sent in my CZ 457 MTR and Rem 700 barrels to be threaded by them. I'll report back when they come back. :)
Looking forward to the review
Checking back in. I don't think I can list costs here, so I won't.. But their website will list those. I thought it was reasonable. They had both barrels back within two weeks. I strapped suppressors on the new threads and both rifles we're still very accurate and there were no suppressors strikes. So they did it right. I will definitely use them again!
picked up a bolt action 6.5 axis for $200 7 months ago before the ammo purge. it really is a great cartridge when paired with a worthy optic.
2:36 if it feels a bit like a Sako it could be because Beretta owns both Sako and Benelli but I'm sure Hickok45 is probably aware of that.
Props to Hickok for shooting great offhand with a scoped rifle.
Not many guys are near that good offhand!
First shot, a safety flinch. Love ya brother...All jokes aside the 6.5 caliber is one of my if not the favorite magic caliber i have had experience with.
Great Video, After searching the most popular Bolt Actions in great time consuming arm chair depth. I ordered this rifle late last night in Walnut/ 6.5 Creedmoor which Bennelli brought out beginning of 2022. I handled the composite and really liked the feel. At 7.1 lbs with 24” barrel plus whichever scope I settle on I have some concern over weight and possibly length. Either way I pulled the trigger and looking forward to great hunting/target. Barrel now comes threaded. Thanks for the confirmation on this rifle.
My dad bought a 6.5 savage a little while back and I've only got to shoot it twice but I hit dead center on target from a few hundred yards and that made 16 year old me feel warm on the inside
These new era cheap hunting rifles are scary accurate.

Very sci-fi looking design, almost reminds me of a Beretta Cx4. Both are gorgeous guns.
Might be built in the same place. Beretta makes (or used to) the barrels for Benelli shotguns
Great review Hickock on this Benelli Lupo 6.5 Creedmoor I like this rifle,it seems to be designed nicely. Thank for the review of this weapon. 🐺
I think it's wonderful how many ways there are to enjoy shooting as a hobby. Some see hunting as the end all, others compete, train for self defense, plink for fun or enjoy the historical aspects of old and replica weapons. Myself I find satisfaction in shooting from a bench rest trying to get as close to the weapons precision as I can. I've never been interested in competing it's always been just for my personal satisfaction. When I was a kid I got lured into kind of a competition without my knowledge. The first I knew of it was when another kid started hanging around watching me. I didn't really care until a friend explained that he was there because apparently he was my closest competitor for top spot in some competition, and I didn't even know they recorded our scores...
I have no idea how that went as I didn't bother to complete the competition. Today it's just a fun story.
He makes shooting look so effortless. I went shooting the other day, and it’s not as easy as it looks. I guess when you shoot everyday then you have no problem hitting water bottles off hand at 100 yards lol
Hes also like 6 ft 5 so that makes it a bit easier to handle what is big guns to us
Haha true.. I shot a Mosin Nagant the other day and it will man handle you if you ain’t ready for it.
That is a beautiful rifle! Looks super light weight!
"Sub 2 liter" My exact requirements as well 🤣
I need a nice light hunting rifle in my collection.
Great preso Hickok!
This LUPO comes in .300 win mag and .308 Winchester. Hard to beat for a good all around hunting rifle
Just bought one yesterday. Have to put scope on it then zero which I very much look forward to. Mine is the 270 which I intend to try shooting the Hornady precision 145 round through. A great consistent round in my experience. You talked about the composite stock but one of the benefits of that is being outdoors in less than perfect weather for a while. It’s a big deal to me if I scratch a beautiful piece of wood but with the black synthetic it’s not such a gig deal. Anyway looking to do some shooting with it for sure. Thank you for sharing the video.
I didn't know Benelli made a rifle. It's beautiful! It waxes both futuristic tactical and italian craftsmanship.
Even though they're an old company (founded 1911) they didn't start making guns until 1967 (I think). Before that they made some very nice and fast motorcycles. The gun division is now owned by Beretta and the motorcycles are owned and manufactured by a Chinese company.
Beautiful rifle. I would never trust someone who can't appreciate a smooth bolt.
I’ve been interested in this review. Thanks for posting!
When he missed that watermelon looking through the scope, it didn’t bother me I was like “ if that rifle had iron sights he wouldn’t have missed” lol
It’s prob zeroed at 100 and that was a 50 yard shot I’d say and he only missed it by a hair over the top
That safety flinch will get you every time on that first round lol
One deadly man .😂keep it up Hickok
Cool rifle! Thanks for showing it to us.
That rifle kinda looks like a sports car or something lmao. Love the design.
italian design, i had no idea it was possible to take a centuries old bolt action layout and make it look fresh again haha
My wife said you sound like the Bob Ross of Guns, I think she hit the nail on the head.
I've only shot two Italian guns ,well two different kinds of guns made in Italy.I tried several different handguns and a few of their shotguns. On average they cost much more than I usually have to spend. When it comes to rifles I usually go with Savage .I've had several and they have never let me down. The polish on that bolt was mirror like.
Savage is spectacular value for the money, and you can get all sorts of varieties of bolt actions.
I have a 25-06 will do every that will
do and much more. Keepon keeping on. Love what you do. GOD bless
Thanks for the video my guy!
Thank you- was considering and looks worth the money
When ammo is too expensive to shoot so you have to watch hickok45 instead.
Thanks Hickok, nice video.
This man should take over the US military. They would be unstoppable with him.
Just acquired my first 6.5 Creedmore. Never thought I’d buy one, but couldn’t pass up a unbelievable deal made by Seekins Precision out of Lewiston,Indiana . A friend needed some quick cash!!! Life is good in Texas as well as Hickok 45’s Tennessee!
Its a great gun extremely accurate and fun too shoot ..only downside is the bolt doesn't lock when safety is engaged..thats not a big deal if your just going to the range ..but i go hunting in the brush with mine
Crazy to know that this is the inspiration behind a shooting range in H3VR.
Nice and Accurate in the 30-06 caliber too.

Benelli also owns Stoeger .They make decent glock style pistol “ for the money”it’s the Stoeger STR 9 ......if I remember correctly it was like $250 came two double stacks and two extra back straps. Y’all should give it a look sometime
I love you so much you remind me of my grandpa who passed away last year
looks like a fine piece,I may pick this one up.
Benelli makes world class shot guns. They're so good I kinda assumed that was all they did. That 6.5 round is so good every bodies getting in on it. So much so that the 25.06 and even the .243 are becoming irrelevant.
One of my hunting buddies hunts with that rifle and he loves it. I wonder how you'd like my hunting rifle. It a CZ 557 LUX II in .308 Winchester.
Awesome content hickok45

Good lookin man with a good lookin rifle. 10/10 video
Thanks again for the entertainment. Love your videos. What is the knock down range on that rifle? I'm currently looking for a good deer rifle.
Can you talk a bit more about cowboy action shooting. It sounds soooo cool!!! Being from Texas and living on the edge between city and country. Cowboys are a real ingrained part of my comumity. Ever seen a cowboy at Starbucks trying out weird coffee 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thats kneeslaper. Now mind you these are modern cowboys ei my uncle work on king ranch. They don't ride horses more than they do helicopters and ATV's. They typically only wear cowboy hats when they are not working or going into the city. Usually they're sporting a baseball cap. A couple of guys I know who train horses ride em with Nike shoes instead of boots. Cowboy atire is going out formal wear. So to reconnect with the "old west" is appealing to me. Well thanks and yall keep these great videos coming!
white tail, yotes, ground hogs, super versatile 👌 😋 🙌
6.5CM ammo is so ridiculous right now, pushing $3 / round. Last time I bought a batch was about a year ago, around $1.10/round.
Thats if you can even find it 😑
Some people love plastic stocks, or handguns with slots and grooves to attach a multitude of attachments, but I personally prefer a nice wooden stock, and plain and simple handguns such as a vintage S & W model 19, or a Browning High Power, smooth, clean, and uncluttered simplicity
I completely agree with you. I have a couple of long arms with plastic stocks and I have no passion for those firearms.
Appreciate y’all down in Texas
