Sugar ferments and what we know of the metabolic disorders that fall under the umbrella of cancer is that they all depend on fermentation and sugar to proliferate. And after all that - you MUST come to the realization that the hernia mesh, the plastic stuff they put in your abdomen is affecting your health. I see countless class actions against hernia mesh manufacturers - because all those people got sick. Just like you...
you change diet too much so try this one that is working for you and add the salads/vegetable and fruits that you like(but small quantities and if possible with some Probiotics(by your videos i think you prefer natural ones, but they take to long and you get too much of one type) ). i think it takes some time to get your intestinal bugs to change. like for meat you don't have fiber so diarrhea(in the beginning ) and don't take too long in the stomach, cause is mostly digestive juices to break down. any carb have fiber so would take time to the gut microbiome to have the numbers to digest properly the fiber/carbs. dairy is take out, or go to the doctor(in a cheap country if possible) if is the protein part i think is better to not consume, but if is the sugar part(lactose) is just take some lactase a lite bit before eating it.
Re: SCD, it sure sounds like the dairy was the main issue, esp. given your later experience. SCD guides say quite clearly to stop the dairy if it bothers you. For me, I just take Visbiome supplements and make cashew yogurt. Sorry to hear you had such a bad time on it. It put my Crohn's disease into remission for years now, no more meds.
This man is the last true explorer. He has subjected himself to torturous diets, destroying his own health in the process. He drank his own urine unironically and subjected his poor fiancé to toxic flatulence with unknown long term side effects. All this in the name of science and the pursuit of wellness for all of us.
I mean it's interesting, but just an anecdote. What is most concerning is he doesn't mention seeing a dietician once even when the problems were quite severe. He was just following what influencers were saying to eat on the internet. He likely could be vegan, but maybe has issues with certain foods and needs to quantify and pinpoint what is causing problems more specifically.
Truly one of the funniest guys on the internet. I literally roar with laughter everytime I see his videos. Come for the diet info and stay for the comedy 😂 Keep it up bro 👊 Comedy genius at its finest, and the thumbs down bit at the end gets me every time 😂
I'm also food sensitive but after 43 years of experimentation what works for me is high meat and just an occasional amount of carbs and veggies. Paleo snacks every 3rd day or so. Im not perfect and will hit a pizza and suffer a few rashes from it but I always know how to get back on track again. Difference now is I don't feel helpless because I know where the safety constant is.
Same conclusion - carnivore/keto is the way to better health! I'm in my 60's and enjoying good health by reducing sugar and carbs. I have an occasional cheat, so not perfect. I just discovered your channel today. Looking forward to watching more of your videos, love the humor, too! Cheers!👍👍
I'm 72, when I was younger I could basically eat anything. As I aged I tried different foods. Mostly tried to eat whole foods. Raw foods never agreed with me except maybe a salad once in a while. I tried vegan twice and it didn't work. Skin problems. Now it's about 90 percent plant, mostly cooked and one portion of lean meat for supper. A one a day vitamin/mineral with fish pills. Turmeric in my lunch soup. Good luck.
People say high protein diets are hard to digest but I call BS. I'm doing high protein for many years and digestion hasn't been better. No gas, no bloating, no constipation at all. High protein animal based doesn't give me digestive issues at all.
I remember your channel from like 10years ago when I was trying raw vegan. I’m carnivore now too. Ran into issues, got gout and finally switched to just meat. I’m feeling great with no issues. I actually watch your other channel when I need a laugh. I’m a professional photographer. I stoped using soap years ago and my skin is way better now. Some people I’ve heard have issues from the chlorine or worse chloramine in the water. Maybe a filter on your shower will help. Glad you’re feeling better and I hope your skin issue resolves eventually.
Damn man you've been on a long journey. Loved listening to your story. I switched to a carnivore diet 5 months ago and it's the best I ever felt in my life. Allergies went away, I'm full of energy, anxiety and depression went away, I sleep better, I lost fat, gained muscle, everything is frickin better. Good luck on your journey and stay on the meat train. Peace.
I’ve been following your journey for years and love your videos. We’ve been on similar journeys. I’ve tried so many things. Wanted to offer an idea if it resonates. The swollen ankles while you were in Thailand make sense from a German New Medicine perspective since you were away from your home. The acne makes sense for those of us who learn a lot about health and then have so many contradictory opinions that we might always feel like we’re doing something wrong or eating something we’re not supposed to. I see it happen with my skin. If you work with a really really good GNM practitioner it can be life changing. All the best brother 🙏🏽❤️🤙🏽
Been following your journey since hospitalized with UC back in 2015. You were one of the channels on YT that showcased an alternative solution to what I was being told by 3 gastroenterologists = "surgery and immunosuppressants for life OR COLON CANCER!" Vegan diet initially helped heal my gut, but then I had nutrient deficiencies and it wasn't sustainable living in Canada. Like you, I tried almost every diet under the sun but for a minimum of 4-6 months each. The most effective and sustainable one has been a Paleo/Keto-based diet modified to my daily needs. Still thoroughly enjoying your personal journey!
@@AnnabellaRedwood Yes I went carni for 6 months straight, and although the results were good - I decided to reintroduce some avocados, squash, and juiced beverages.
@@NatsGreaterReset well if you've ever watched Dr Anthony Chaffee you'll know that plants are out to kill us. Take care. Maybe you should take them out of your diet. I do hope you'll feel better soon.
High protein high fat is the way to go for me. Keeping carbs low. No blood sugar fluctuations, no gas, stable mood, high energy and skin improved. And the only diet that makes OMAD lifestyle easy.
i remember seeing you poring piss into your eyes thinking yup just another delulu vegan but now i'm subbed to you cause i see that you have a will to constantly learn and adapt and that's what is all about
I'm extremely thankful for all your videos to be honest... Its extremely good to get the insight from someone that does different diets... how they feel the differences... The Pros and the Cons from all the diets, and being able to personally compare how it works for you. Thank Tou Very Much! ♥
I went through what all this guy went through except the urine part. Being carnivore makes me feel the best. Even better than my younger days physically and mentally.
Meat heals 100%...But it's almost impossible to go back once you are adapted. Cheats mean joint pain, gas, low energy, bad sleep, bloating etc etc. Also I have found that rare feels better. Digests a lot better and more energy. I healed Arthritis in hands, Ankylosing Spondilitis in my back, Plantar Faciitis in my right foot and cavaties in my front teeth healed. Teeth also whiter even though I still have a coffee every day (which is my last vice). My energy levels are ridiculous for 48yo (energy to burn). I only need 5 or 6 hours sleep and feel fine all day (no naps). I feel incredibly calm. Finger nails are super strong and no more white bits on them. No broken skin around fingernails. Skin is soft and smooth. Erections are super strong again and my libido is great. I'm 2 years into mostly keto/carnivore (with a lot of cheats)...As of today 3 weeks strict with one cheat (of alcohol). Strict carnivore feels the best for energy and mood.
my suggestion for skincare: im a white dude, i watched videos of gay white dudes explaining their skin care because you know they have good skin. basically this is what works: no more benzoyl peroxide. i use regular over the counter salicylic acid once in the morning in the shower and once before bed at night. in the morning i put on an oil of olay moisturizer, and at night, i use a retinol + niacinamide moisturizer. Also I just completely stopped shaving because that always irritates my skin. there's no solution for that. I just trim the beard a bit. I'm beard guy now. There's no babyface option. And last, I had this weird persistent forehead acne that would not go away. I think it was a fungal infection because I work in a food lab and there is yeast everywhere. Initially, I was using lotramin which is a foot fungus cream, but now i just use this special dandruff shampoo called Nizerol. I don't even use it on my hair much but obviously its fine if you do, I put it on my forehead for a few minutes once a day and rinse it off. This combination I've been doing for about a year maybe and my skin is finally totally clear. i used to get cystic acne on my cheeks, a zillion small ones on my forehead, and lots of blackheads especially around my nose. good luck. also you have to change your pillow case frequently. twice a week minimum imo.
7 day dry fast for resolving the skin issue. I recently started following Dan McDonald/Life regenerator on Facebook because all his fasting videos got wiped from yt when his channel got deleted and yeah, I can't say his diet looks all that healthy but few, very few, people seem to be able to pull off the low protein/high fruit & veg approach. For how long, who knows. I kind of wish I had some more obvious reactions to foods so I could choose a specific diet. I do notice dairy can give me some back pain, my back felt like it has been trampled by a gang of pissed off elephants last night in bed, but that only started after a toxic mould exposure in a rental. I believe I can sort that out with a long water fast.. 18-22 days should do the trick.
For breakfast, for proteins, I’ll have leftovers or eggs (or) chicken (or) turkey (or) pork (or) sausage (or) beef, occasionally other stuff…. For veg, etc., I’ll have cooked onion (with the egg, poultry or meat (and/or) broccoli, sometimes spinach, green beans, celery, carrots, a few of these at least. Spices and olive oil with the onion and egg, curry style, etc. For fruit, it will vary between cherries-frozen or fresh, an orange, blueberries, grapefruit, frozen or fresh marionberries, sometimes raspberries and/or strawberries, something like that.. Lunch is similar, often more celery/carrot/cucumber oriented for veggies, apple or orange for fruit, etc. Dinner is still similar, with maybe more emphasis on salmon/other fish, broccoli, cauliflower, dark greens sometimes like collards, watercress, etc. Fruit for dinner is more like berries/cherries, maybe some vanilla ice cream-no high fructose corn syrup, etc. Peanuts, cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, etc. to snack on. Beans here and there for meals as well. Very low amounts of grains/rice/potato, etc.
Amusing recap' ! The Fun thing is that I followed almost everything you've done over the years and today I popped a colon vein while straining on my new (again) restraigned diet, it's great I swear you... Damnit.
I Tried many diets, including vegan 2 times. which didn't work well for me at all. Meat based /animal based works great and feels the most sustainable. All digestive issues are gone, zero gas, stable mood, high energy, skin's clear. But another great benefit is that it's so time efficient, i don't have to prepare much meals, only 2 per day. No more blood sugar fluctuations
This video was so relatable, I was floored that someone has actually tried a lot of the diets that I have. I agree that although veganism is in theory the most wholesome, beautiful way to eat, it absolutely decimates my intestinal tract every time I try it. No matter how I tweak it, the results are always the same. But for some reason I keep finding myself wanting to return to it? Even though it hurts? I think it's because we love the idea of it, the concept. I wish that there was a way to make it work, but for some of us it's just not in the cards. I'm not a dermatologist, but I've been to see one after having some skin issues that look quite similar to yours, and I was told I had a type of eczema that would respond to 2x daily application of hydrocortisone. Just the standard 1% OTC kind you find at any drugstore. Once daily shower, 2x thin application of the hydrocortisone. It's cleared it up beautifully. Might wanna give that a look into as well?
This video was fascinating and really gave a birds eye view of your journey and how you've evolved over time. I personally started watching you consistently back in the Thailand days. Im really happy you've finally put down veganism and are doing something that is actually working for you.
Oh! So, mix fresh squeezed lemon juice and sugar until it is like a paste and then GENTLY rub it on your skin to exfoliate and hydrate. I grew up with french people and this is what they taught me. I hope it helps.
Well done mate. If only people tried. To be honest, if only you could get good dietary advice, that might have saved some suffering. It's a real minefield out there. I've followed for years now and have enjoyed all your content so thanks for that. Hope you go on to thrive for a while now.
I appreciate your honesty. You've had a hard time and I'm impressed by your willpower. I could never do such difficult diets for so long, and that's why I'm fat lol. But it's always a different right and wrong for everyone, because people are different from each other. I treat my skin by scrubbing with this random long sponge-mesh-fabric-thing and it's at least 30% better, but it's something you do every day in the shower! If you stop scrubbing for a week it starts to come back! But for 2 years I have been consistently successful and I am very happy with that method! :)
I was raw vegan with you. I was regular vegan with you. I was keto and now carnivorous with you. All by concidence. I think its because we have similar birth charts. I remember when you had your vedic chart done. I have prominent Sagittarius, too. If i remember correctly. You're my absolute favorite youtuber.
For your skin, i think you've looked the healthiest doing carnivore but i think add in zinc supplement 30 - 50mg a day and try get your hands on some Chyawanprash. That will have a massive dose of phyto-chemicals, anti-oxidants, and vitamin c to get your skin glowing and general health. Also ensure your getting a good dose of full blast sun 15 minutes each side.
I'm 50 with great skin- no wrinkles. I use baking soda for morning scrub on my face then massage in an organic oil - rosehip oil or almond oil works best for my skin. I've found best skin care is to leave it alone 😂
I've watched every single one of your videos since the Thailand days, it's been a fun and hilarious journey and we have learned nothing 😜 much love VP 🥩🥦
Yup. As crazy as it sounds going through your diet history all at once- I’ve been at each point myself. Hate eating animals. Hate it. I can’t live without it 🤷🏻♀️

“We’ve settled that meat is fantastic for my body. And then ethically, we deal with life as it happens.” True poetic words that I will now live by. Hopping back on the carnivore train 😤
Really love ur channel dude. I am on the same path of healing my body with diet. I am 54 and have diligently committed to countless ways of eating am landing on the same result as you. Carnivore.
That was an honest video because I can attest to everything you said except the urine therapy and the other weird thing you mentioned. Spinach fucked me up!!! I'm so angry for taking advice from people who aren't qualified to give any advice about nutrition. Not even certified nutritionists have a clue about what our diet should consist of because so many studies have been bought and sold already and the system is beyond repair at this point. Money talks the loudest. If this video doesn't resonate with people who are confused about their diet and health, then I don't know what would tbh!!! That was a great video man!! Respect. You seem very intelligent too.
I enjoy your show and honesty. Watching from the PHILIPPINES where I have many unique new options in veg and fruits. Most meat is imported except pork, chicken, and fish.
Just seeing your face makes me laugh-not cause you’re funny looking-just cause you’re a hilarious human being and I know whatever follows will entertain. Speaking of the skin issue…have you ever explored the cause being more emotional than physical? Just a thought. Thank you for existing and making videos of your very honest human experience!
Been watching since Thailand. I was a vegetarian for 43 years and found omad keto was the best for me but couldn’t do that vegetarian. Been hard to switch as beef and most meat tastes terrible to me. Keep going bud!
I’ve ALWAYS respected people who don’t attach their ego/identity to their current choice. SMART. Because then when you need to change up, stinky pride isn’t in the way. I’ve always felt zero attachment to “who I was yesterday” or even what I told people. I say and do what I say and do and then add… “…but we’ll see…” 😅 My entire life has been trying different possibilities always searching for what “is best” or what “is highest truth”. I still know that even when one thing is currently “working” that I may need to switch up, soon. 😆
I always struggled with gas, bloating, and constipation on a vegan diet. My body just couldn't handle so much fibrous foods, even after gradually increasing fiber to get used to it, but the gas didn't go away and was deadly.💀 Beans, seeds, nuts, peas and lentils don't sit well in my stomach. I can easily digest meat, eggs, fish, a bit of dairy, fruit, and broccoli/sauerkraut.
I used to have terrible skin. Three possibilities: 1. constipation. If you are not moving waste through fast enough that can cause skin break out. Drink a glass of water every 20 minutes to poop more if thats the case. 2. Hormones. Naturally produced hormones, or in the meat. If your liver cant process them through fast enough you can have hormonal acne. I dont know your solution to this. I took burdock which makes you poop and cleanses the blood, and milk thistle which clears the liver 3. Bacteria on the skin. I used Hibicleans. Its a surgical antibacterial soap that at least here you can buy in the drug store. That got rid of my redness infection and inflammation with my acne.
I agree that sticking with meat is the right approach. The styes and skin rashes may be oxalate dumping. Periodic flares as the oxalates are finally pushed out is to be expected but may take a while
OMG, Fart Sucker 2000.. LOL! Next thing you know you'll be shopping at Lush or Ulta Beauty like a young girl for those skin care products. I should know, my daughter is one of them! LOL! I have to say that there were two things you've done that really freaked me out. First, and most obvious, the urine stage. Secondly, was back when you were eating all of that raw meat. That was hard for me to watch. Thanks for the recap! Have a great day.
Hi Casey thank you for being so open and vulnerable with all of us. I will truly recommend you “Frank Suarez”. Get a diabetes device and check your insulin levels first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then start eating one ingredient at a time and after eating it half an hour after check your levels again to see how your body reacted to it. This method will help you out to discover what your body is tolerant to and what is not. It takes some time but journal every single ingredient you are eating and see the spikes or small increase. Frank Suarez has a measurement table for what a healthy and unhealthy insulin levels should be. He has helped thousands of people heal and loose weight. Unfortunately he is no longer with us but that is another story. I hope this helps!
Watched you for over 5 years I believe. You experimented on yourself with many diets. Thanks. You are funny and informative. Hope you can get funded with blood work etc type study. ❤
Been there.. And also followed part of your journey when I was trying to be a vegan. Also tried carnivore, raw meats.. Vegetarian.. You name it. After injurying my body enough I came to the conclusion that food is about the body, not about what you think or other people think. Not even the scientists or the nutritionists or what have you. When we pay attention to the body, we find that there are so many signals we get. Just because your body does not grow a mouth and verbally speak what it thinks, does not mean there is no communication going on. Feel bad after you eat something? That's your body telling you.
In my 66 years in this life, I've come to the realization that groups of people have differing genetics which affect everything about their lives including diet. So if you feel like garbage on a plant based diet but thrive on a carnivore diet, then there is no wrong or right, just you're health. I'm saddened that you put yourself through so much to find what work's but you are the one who will suffer if the balance isn't correct. That is what's most important ❤
An observation is that you tend to eat huge amounts of the same foodstuffs. For example, you mention eating a big block of cheese. Most people will struggle with that because we only have a limited amount of the enzymes that digest each foodstuff. If you stop eating something, like dairy, your body also stops producing the corresponding enzymes, like lactase. If you try eating it again, it won't digest, and a big amount will result in an emergency. That's why you should eat a balanced diet with small amounts of everything. Then your body maintains its ability to digest all foods and as long as you don't eat a huge meal of only one thing, your digestion will cope.
As someone with GI issues, nooooo thank you. Less is more for a busted gut. Carnivore all day. Less is more. You’re under the assumption people with busted guts still have full operational capacity. We don’t.
@@1st2nd43 Our ancestors ate everything they could. They hunted, gathered and preserved as much food as they could. Everything was seasonal, including meat, fish and fruit, so they dried or smoked it to preserve it. They did not only eat what they caught on the day, that's pure ignorance. Instead, they might have porridge from wild grains and nuts for breakfast, dried meat and fruit for lunch and rehydrated boiled fish with roots for supper.
@@audioupgrades no they did not have the kind of food availability. They would eat fruits which was seasonal, but sparingly. They may have ate nuts but sparingly. Our main staple has always been muscle meat and the associated fats from animals. Animals was the big kill and represented the largest portion of the human diet, if anything all of it. We ate one or two large meals, maybe for a day or two and then would be forced to fast until the next prey was caught. There are no balanced meals. We are hyper-carnivores. There were no seasonal fruits or nuts during the ice age and if there were, they were incredibly scarces. 2.5 million years of ice on earth, and I can promise you, we were not eating anything else but meat.
True. I still think balance is a key. But with non processed foods. Like foods that are not pulled apart and put back together. But yes meat, especially grass fed beef is king. But a small portion or brown rice, whole oats, and natural plants and Fruit are ok in small quantities. 4 omega 3 scrambled eggs 🥚 go well for my digestion.
Most people are fine eating anything. But obviously if you have some sort of allergy just stick to what has been working. I don’t have any dietary restrictions I just count calories and that works for me. The human body is the most adaptable thing in the world. It will do what it needs to, to survive.
I dont know if you will read this, but i cured my seborreic dermatitis giving up alcohol. This was the big deal BUT i have notice that al this things made it even worse: Bread (anything with yeast really), vegetable oils, fast foods(probably becose contain the last two), eating late at night and bad sleep. And the things that made ir better: Olive oil(the only one i use) , butter, fatty meat, eggs, salmon (or omega 3 suplements), sun, shaved beard, Neutrals: vegetables and fruits, rice and nuts. Hope it helps you. AHHHH also say , using shampoo only one a week.
Skin problems can still be from gut dysbiosis and a problem with your immune system (maybe autoimmune?). When I first tried fruitarian/raw vegan, I got a ton of acne. I’ve been doing it a bit different now and have a pimple here and there, but not bad cystic breakouts anymore. Now, I’m doing it more similarly to FullyRaw Kristina’s diet and I am loving it. The smoothie bowls with the Sunwarrior Lean Meal powders (especially Snickerdoodle 😋), Collagen powders, and protein powders are my favorite. My go-to is the Snickerdoodle with 3 bananas, frozen unsweetened açaí, frozen dragonfruit, and the frozen cherry blend fruit from Target and water….soooooo good!!! I top it with sweetened cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and dried mulberries. I’d say it is a bit processed, but the protein powders and berries help to not spike sugar so much. My skin has been good and my teeth have been good (I’m a dental hygienist so I know). And then I find that I feel best with a big salad or some Zoodles (automatic spiralizer all the way) with an oil free avocado dressing. Less nuts is helpful. Maybe do more flax seeds and chia seeds for those omega 3’s. And take a b12. The protein powders can make you a little gassy, so I take a bromelian supplement and a couple of beanos before I eat the smoothie bowl or have a smoothie and that helps a lot. The gas is not smelly either so it’s no big deal (at least from what I’m eating, vegetables included). My digestion does not care for fermented foods though, so I avoid those. You can also try some vegan omega 3’s for the skin inflammation. I just ordered Sunwarriors Omega 3’s and can’t wait to try it out. I think there are still some ways to try out the vegan/raw vegan diet, but I’ll admit, I haven’t watched your whole library of videos. Just sharing what I do. I’m still not sold on a carnivore diet personally. After doing keto for years, I found that my body did not digest animal foods or higher amounts of fat well at all. And I actually developed a lot of health problems. And I did the “healthy” Whole Foods keto diet.
Bananas with the other fruits n berries will cancel out the benefits of flavanols. Here's a copy and paste: "We know from previous studies that flavanols can be broken down by polyphenol oxidase. The extent of the effect from adding a single banana was still very surprising - it had enough polyphenol oxidase to destroy the vast majority of flavanols found in the berries."
I understand the frustration. I went through a similar process over many years. It felt hopeless. I tried everything. But sometimes it isn't the diet but your body reacting to a specific thing. Anyway, you could have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. It is an autoimmune disease. That can get quite serious. It could explain why you feel good on your current diet. The damage to the intestines from gluten leads to malabsorption of nutrients regardless of what else you've eaten.. and that's just one of the problems.. I got rid of gluten and my health problems concerning food went away. Maybe that could help you as well. But it could take a few months for your intestines to heal from gluten. Oats can also cause the same problem because the protein structure is similar to gluten. That's why short term testing certain foods for sensitivity is useless for some people. As soon as you ingest gluten again the problem continues.
I'm on a similar journey, did junk food vegan, fruitarian, wholefood vegan, juice fasting, pescatarian, Mediterranean, whole foods omnivore and now trying low fodmap. I will try keto if this doesn't work but i'm reluctant to give up carrots, coconut rice and sugar! I will be staying away from my pee though...
Love your humor. I completely understand the train not leaving the station. All my life, the train has a hard time traveling down the track. Love your willingness to suffer all these diets and live to tell about it, so we don't have to! Thumbs up!
ive been watching you for years and have seen your journey. im also doing carnivore as well so its crazy to see you end up here! glad your doing better!
Yogurt/kefir from dairy, if you're sensitive, should only be from truly raw milk, which you let ferment at ambient room temperatures for a few days till sufficiently cultured, then refrigerate it so it doesn't separate into whey and 'farmers cheese'. It's excellent for digestion and health, in moderation.
Try amino acids. That's what is helping. My sister has been suffering with gut issues going on 4 years now. She has been to like 6 doctors now. I think she has colitis. But docs are still running her through test treadmill. Anyway, I had been taking glutamine for 8 months and felt the positive changes. So finally she decided try it. In two days she was holding food down and she wasnt blowing out u controllable like before. It's slow going but she is gaining weight. She got so bad she felt like she was dying. Her body used all her fat, then started on her muscles. It's amazing how much better she has changed in two months on it. She is on bulksupplements glutamine powder. Do Not get the pills or capsules that have fillers. Take the pure powder. Good luck.
My 2 cents about skin care: less is more. You don't need ANY soap on your face. Soap is a scam like deodorant and shampoo. I don't bathe every day either. We have a lot of friendly bacteria on our skin, living with us in harmony, as they have for millions of years. Best wishes from Germany. 🥩

My annual check up on Vegetable Police never disappoints. Glad that you’re doing good man!
same, it's like rolling a dice to bet what extreme diet he's following now. hope he's finding something working for him
This man is the last true explorer. He has subjected himself to torturous diets, destroying his own health in the process. He drank his own urine unironically and subjected his poor fiancé to toxic flatulence with unknown long term side effects. All this in the name of science and the pursuit of wellness for all of us.
😂😂😂
🙌🏻😂
Yeah, he's not too bright.
I had gout once. Not good.
As a vegan, I pray you continue to heal. Been following you for years and I would be eating all the meat if this were me.
Truly one of the funniest guys on the internet. I literally roar with laughter everytime I see his videos. Come for the diet info and stay for the comedy 😂 Keep it up bro 👊 Comedy genius at its finest, and the thumbs down bit at the end gets me every time 😂
You are hilarious my dude. Also, you are exactly what I imagine a Canadian to look and sound like 😂
We all look and sound exactly like this
Ha
Jordon Peterson has a much heavier Canadian accent, he's probably a better example
hahah
Like an Italian? 😜
Nope the average Canadian sounds like they’ve spent their whole life in India 😳
I'm also food sensitive but after 43 years of experimentation what works for me is high meat and just an occasional amount of carbs and veggies. Paleo snacks every 3rd day or so. Im not perfect and will hit a pizza and suffer a few rashes from it but I always know how to get back on track again. Difference now is I don't feel helpless because I know where the safety constant is.
good to hear
You are one of the few people who can just naturally make me laugh really hard. Thank you
Agreed, like a very humorous actor
Whatever diet you're on now it's working, your hair looks fabulous.
Good luck.
Travel far nutrition warrior...we are here to observe your falls and triumph with your successes.
People say high protein diets are hard to digest but I call BS. I'm doing high protein for many years and digestion hasn't been better. No gas, no bloating, no constipation at all. High protein animal based doesn't give me digestive issues at all.
Bro I'm not even carnivore but no doubt you always seemed your best on Keto carni. 100%
Know how ya’ feel, I keep returning to my beer diet. It healed my depression once!
Bahahahahaha,…love it! It’s my energy drink as well as anti-depressant! 🤣🤣
It fucked with my anxiety levels long-term. I started developing bizarre panic attacks so I had to quit :(
So happy to hear you are feeling well now.
What do you use for soap?
Thanks

Have you thought about trying the carnivore diet? A lot of people ate finding out very helpful for their health conditions.
Do you ever have milk. Pasta, beans?
Thank you
@@AnnabellaRedwood Yes I went carni for 6 months straight, and although the results were good - I decided to reintroduce some avocados, squash, and juiced beverages.
Nope none of those lol@@cghrios783
@@NatsGreaterReset well if you've ever watched Dr Anthony Chaffee you'll know that plants are out to kill us. Take care. Maybe you should take them out of your diet. I do hope you'll feel better soon.
High protein high fat is the way to go for me. Keeping carbs low. No blood sugar fluctuations, no gas, stable mood, high energy and skin improved. And the only diet that makes OMAD lifestyle easy.
i remember seeing you poring piss into your eyes thinking yup just another delulu vegan
but now i'm subbed to you cause i see that you have a will to constantly learn and adapt and that's what is all about
Your kidneys are the best water distiller on earth
I was used to do all kinds of diet until i found your channel and then I left it upto you to pick the best one ....your videos are amazing
I'm extremely thankful for all your videos to be honest...
Its extremely good to get the insight from someone that does different diets... how they feel the differences...
The Pros and the Cons from all the diets, and being able to personally compare how it works for you.
Thank Tou Very Much! ♥
I've been carnivore for 13 months and man lemme tell you. I feel fantastic. I'm loving this diet.
I've followd you since thailand when you started carnivore.
You looked THE HEALTHIEST when you went carnivore!
like you can tell when you're keto/eating meat you look less gray.
You’d THRIVE on the stuffed clams and shepherds pie diet
I survive by stuffing clams and eating pie.
Protip just eat everything. Works for me.
I went through what all this guy went through except the urine part. Being carnivore makes me feel the best. Even better than my younger days physically and mentally.
Ive been carnivore for 2 years. I'll never eat any other way.
Do you only eat meat or something else too?
Only meat. I eat BBB&E--beef butter bacon and eggs
@@jayhoggard92 OK thank you. I'll try meat again soon. I'm kinda excited 😄
Just make sure you eat plenty of fatty cuts of meat. Watch some of Dr. Chaffee's videos if you haven't already. Let us know how it goes.
I love you, man. You're the most self-aware and humble person I've ever seen.
Nobody needs to dry fast - it's lunacy.
The body needs water.
Damnit.
"popped a colon vein"
are you ok??
I Tried many diets, including vegan 2 times. which didn't work well for me at all.
Meat based /animal based works great and feels the most sustainable. All digestive issues are gone, zero gas, stable mood, high energy, skin's clear. But another great benefit is that it's so time efficient, i don't have to prepare much meals, only 2 per day. No more blood sugar fluctuations
Animal based with some avocado and low glycemic fruit is the best for me too.
That was the most comprehensive explanation of the journey I’ve watched for the last 3 years. What about eggs on carny?
He's been eating eggs
The one where he eats 100 year old eggs in Thailand that sent him to the location hospital?
People joke about people flip flopping around with their diet but it really sounds miserable. I'm glad you're feeling better!
I'm allergic to dairy as well. I think we all are. We just don't realize it until we try the other diets.
I started watching around then too, just before the turpentine. It’s been wild 😅
Same 👍

I havnt seen one of your videos in ages. so cool to see your still making vids.
Yup. As crazy as it sounds going through your diet history all at once- I’ve been at each point myself. Hate eating animals. Hate it. I can’t live without it 🤷🏻♀️

Me too 🙏🏽
Really love ur channel dude.
Thank you for all of the inspiration and the laughs, and good luck with the dairy temptation.
Im with you since the glorious Thailand days. Watching almost every video ever since on both channels. Thank you 🙏🏻
Havn't laughed so hard from a video in a while... Thanks for all the efforts.
I enjoy your show and honesty. Watching from the PHILIPPINES where I have many unique new options in veg and fruits. Most meat is imported except pork, chicken, and fish.
It’s been a wild ride. Enjoyed every minute apart from the end of that long fast in Thailand.
Keep going bud!
you can do low carb vegetarian with less than 120g of net carbs though
My body just couldn't handle so much fibrous foods, even after gradually increasing fiber to get used to it, but the gas didn't go away and was deadly.💀
Beans, seeds, nuts, peas and lentils don't sit well in my stomach. I can easily digest meat, eggs, fish, a bit of dairy, fruit, and broccoli/sauerkraut.
I used to have terrible skin. Three possibilities:
1. constipation.
I took burdock which makes you poop and cleanses the blood, and milk thistle which clears the liver
Periodic flares as the oxalates are finally pushed out is to be expected but may take a while
loved this vid, glad you finally see the light.
I only wanted to eat fruit because of the animals. I know they suffer but gosh I suffer on plant based! 🥲🥲🥲
Informative is a stretch. EVERY diet for him is the ONE, until it’s not. The pee arc was very entertaining.
Welcome back to Meat World. We missed you.
That's your body telling you.
i been with you man, went back and forth with vegan and i'm just doing much better doing keto/carnivore
Here’s to good health … You bring laughter .. that’s a good start to healing xx
I can't wait to check back in in five years and see another video just like this.
make your own beef tallow soap 🧼 🐮
We don’t.
What is a balanced diet? Do you think our ancestors had a balanced diet?
@@1st2nd43 Our ancestors ate everything they could. They hunted, gathered and preserved as much food as they could. Everything was seasonal, including meat, fish and fruit, so they dried or smoked it to preserve it. They did not only eat what they caught on the day, that's pure ignorance. Instead, they might have porridge from wild grains and nuts for breakfast, dried meat and fruit for lunch and rehydrated boiled fish with roots for supper.
@@audioupgrades how long was the ice age?
Try all beef see what happens. Moderate. Rest the gut it sounds irritated.
Bananas with the other fruits n berries will cancel out the benefits of flavanols. Here's a copy and paste:
"We know from previous studies that flavanols can be broken down by polyphenol oxidase. The extent of the effect from adding a single banana was still very surprising - it had enough polyphenol oxidase to destroy the vast majority of flavanols found in the berries."
@@nogalokey That’s interesting. I haven’t heard that before. Thanks for sharing!
❤I'm happy for you and your diet epiphany. I relate to your journey and ☺️🫶 you and your videos.
Thumbs up!
ive been watching you for years and have seen your journey. im also doing carnivore as well so its crazy to see you end up here! glad your doing better!
how you doin with carnivore?
This would be a great vid to pin to the top because I was so confused when I started binge watching your channel.
I just love how foie gras cleanse my skin, and give it luster... especially if the geese were really young.
Fruit and meat are the easiest to digest
Yogurt/kefir from dairy, if you're sensitive, should only be from truly raw milk, which you let ferment at ambient room temperatures for a few days till sufficiently cultured, then refrigerate it so it doesn't separate into whey and 'farmers cheese'. It's excellent for digestion and health, in moderation.
Casein is a super common allergen and is high in bovine dairy. Fermenting does not really decrease the casein protein, only the lactose levels.
And works well for me. Truly raw is key beyond about age 40. @@carl8568
Good luck.
Dairy is not for everyone as he mentions just before this time stamp but. @11:49 "Meat has never caused me problems..."
Damm bro your hilarious , the pee part just killed me. Please keep this going, your best thing on youtube

Keto is the way to go. I have ulcerative colitis, havent had a flare in 20 years since I started. No meds, clean bill of health.
Omg you went through so much torture. Your skin looks amazing now. You sound strond and grounded, stable and happy.
I respect the heck out of u for all the experiments u do! Thank you ❤
