Well if we are 23 and no business after wasting time in university, we have no other option rather than building a business... even if we dont have that much time, just dont seek for even more distractions. Is not lost. Dont hate yourself for being Brain washed by your parents and society, or not being as fast as this youtuber or others even faster. Did you make this money from your affiliate scandal or your agency? just wondering. It's not a big deal to me, but I feel like you are one of the people you said you did not want to become now. I looked up to you. 😡
Thomas you started off with great content! I think you're in it for the money now which is not a bad thing but yr first vid is about iman selling his course for 1500 lol
It's a simple video that delivers insight and results. The intro question and discussion of why you dropped out along with the motivation behind it, really opened my eyes to how you operate. I appreciate this video Thomas. Danny
You said something very intelligent, building software really increases retention and valuation, but, in the end, using HighLevel as a white-label software doesn't create an IP that you could leverage even further to achieve a way higher valuation. That is why a lot of big brands and businesses are actually going away from standardized solutions in the marketplace to custom solutions, that increase value a lot by building an amazing IP. something to think about once the agency really scales.
This. If someone wants to buy a business, what do you think goes through their minds when they find out you have a single point of failure in some white label SaaS? If that SaaS goes down, your business is dead in the water. At some point before selling an agency, there needs to a tech phase where a technical partner is brought on and able to lead development of internal systems to replace GHL
I don’t agree to what he said about dropshipping having done it for some years there’s some right and wrong points there but if you’re a beginner in this current economy I don’t recommend that being your first introduction to business. I think going with service based businesses where there’s no overhead and you can outsource with value arbitrage you’d be saving yourself a lot of headaches and money just starting off with the learning curve most entrepreneurs encounter, unless you have a love for some very specific niche product that you just HAVE to do, I recommend the former.
I have been told by many people . Smma can be oversaturated but to a certain extent. A niche can be oversaturated, an offer can be oversaturated. So you have to find new ways to attract a client , like finding a niche that is not oversaturated or a new offer that is oversaturated.
No, stop saying things like that, it means you're too afraid to start, nothing can get oversaturated, always many ways to improve an offer and system in any niche, shame on you for asking that
Over saturation is a myth - just Google how many small businesses there are. Also the majority of people doing SMMA aren’t actually putting in the work
@@humangenius6144 yea ik bro but I do not want that later in this area unserious dropshipper will come, because they do not get it done with their online stores. I still think it's doable to build a business if you have a full time job. A job is 38-42h a week, you can do 24h in a weekend if you want it that bad and add 3-5h a day during the week and you're doing more at your business then at your job. Great Q&A tho! HUGE value!
