    We recommend soya beans for children especially those with malnutrition n co in one hospital I worked. Never thought of checking out the process 😀 thanks so much for this👍

    Nne this was NEATLY done to perfection. From cooking to deskinning and roasting. Then blending. Powerful blender nwanne 😍 also SIEVED to perfection. Welldone dear. Highly proteinuous and nutritious. I use it to cook or for tea.👏

    This is one of the healthiest food for kids, I remember my mom use to add craft fish to her soya beans and mix it with pap. Toasting it really gives it nice flavour 👌

      I stated it in the video, that you can dry it on a low heat in the oven or use a dehydrator. I’ve not tried a microwave before. Thanks for watching.

    Basically first you made soyabean daal (pulse) by removing the skin and sun drying. Then made into powder.
    This can be added to seitan recipe to make faux chicken legs. It would increase the overall protein content.
