In this clip, Benzino talks about insulting Eminem and his fanbase in a very personal manner, largely because of the disrespect that he has had to endure due to the cutthroat nature of his longtime rival's fans. The 56-year-old goes on to explain that he decided to end his long-standing feud with Eminem because he didn't want to tarnish the career of his daughter, Coi Leray. Benzino reveals his thought process behind the good natured-series of tweets that he sent out regarding Eminem's legacy and he states that it was time to let go of the beef because it was bad for his spirit and his mental state of mind. Lastly, he reveals that although his highly publicized beef with Eminem lasted for nearly two decades, they have never met face to face. He also states that he would like Royce da 5'9 to apologize for being disrespectful towards his daughter, otherwise they will have to have a man to man talk if they ever encounter one another.

As far as his daughter, I don't like her because she's part of this new generation that has a disrespect that she thinks should be respected and monetized. I've been a fan of eminem since he debuted on the box. And used to consider myself a Stan but seeing how the majority of his fanbase acts it's ridiculous I don't consider myself a Stan just a loyal fan. I never turned my back on any of the artists he had beef with if I liked the other artists but I listened to the diss records and gave an opinion on what I thought about it. I even like some of zinos music but Tommy's theme is always on the Playlist. People just need to let it go 20yrs ago be glad zino and em never met up face to face it wouldn't have ended the way the stans believe it would have and that's just being real. The problem with the stans is they believe they have to hate whoever their favorite artist has beef with and only hate because it's popular. 90% of those reaction channels are fake and only doing it to become popular with the crowd which fuels it even more.

Eminem has classic albums and I still listen to the SSLP and MMLP over 20 years later. I also like, and listen to, many of the artists that Em had beef with and even loved some of their disses (Everlast, Cage, Canibus) but I never liked Benzino like that. With that said, he is absolutely right about Em's fans. They think they're doing Em a service somehow by defending him, but in reality, they're reigniting fueds from years and years ago without knowing what goes on in their personal lives behind the scenes. These are the types of people who think they're intellectual for listening to Em, yet they can't piece together a coherent sentence without all types of spelling errors. Middle-aged men and women who still get excited for 20 year old rap beef. It's exhausting at this point.

The only reason we’re still even talking about Benzino is because he’s hip-hop’s model example of both how not to manage/edit a magazine and how not to start beef (i.e. know your limits).
