Я не судоводитель , но если б судно с русскоговорящими выставило бы эти знаки и связалась бы с тем судном , то как это помогло бы избежать столкновение( если б оно случилось бы) если на том судне идиоты которые не рассчитали скорость течения, так быстро не поднимешь якорь и не свалишь назад + возможно еще одну динамку запускать.

This is a fake: VLCC in front anchored, the other near crossing vessel zoomed, that brings the effect to pass the bow extremely closed. Really no danger at all.
