- Hello again lovlies❣❣❣ I have been messing around outside with my front porch area to try and create some good curb appeal using artificial flowers. I hope you enjoy this video and find it useful. I know that this is not any new idea but I searched around for some great realistic flowers and I really love what I found. Please feel free to leave me some tips as well❣

Home Depot sells Scotch Guard flower and sun shield 2 pack. Spray your flowers first. It will help keep the color from fading and it helps the dirt and dust not stick to them so the rain washes them off really good.

This is amazing! Very beautiful. I probably spent over $100 on flowers and got so busy traveling they died. I knew from the beginning I should have gotten artificial flowers. Thanks for showing how beautiful they can be!
Thank you, I use to try real flowers as well but never had any real success with them. One Summer I went to Florida for a week and came back home and all my flowers were dead. So, I got tired of wasting the money. Thank you for watching💗

I was hoping you would tell me what you used in the pots. Did you use dirt something else. I can grow plants but it gets so hot here that I hate going out to take care of them. Then a lot die during the winter. I am still going to try live plants in the back. Looks nice. Thanks for sharing.

I don't but all I I did was get some dirt from my backyard and stuck the bundles in. I also like to spread the flowers out verses clumping together for a more realistic look. Thank you for watching 💖

Oh another thing I do is buy rubber mulch.. it’s bright.. it last.. it doesn’t smell. And you don’t have to replace often..

@@FrugalFashionStyle the rubber mulch? Lowe’s.. $10 a bag.. Home Depot does not sell it . I don’t know why.. I’ve gotten it from Walmart once. But Lowe’s for sure

@@quinnle78 hi, no it stays black. I’ve added more to freshen the look up.. but last longer that regular mulch. And I change my fake flowers with the seasons. So you really save money. And if you really wanna go all out and not do dollar tree flowers At Home has really nice real looking flowers. 😁😁.
I've had the same brown mulch for 15 years. I did my front beds in brown and around my front tree i mixed red and brown. Get it at walmart, Home
Depot or Sams club. 1.5 CF Vigero brand for $8. Grab some at the end of the season for the next year at $5 a bag. Every few years I just add a few bags to the old stuff to bulk it up alittle. Color never fades.

I just went to the dollar tree and got some foam and flowers put in a hanger from dollar general and put rocks from dollar tree to hold the foam in hope it holds up

I do fake flowers 💐 as well.. I tried but nope 👎🏽 they die.. my mom has a green thumb. She grows beautiful plants..

Hi keedy pre, I've just done my moms front yard with all grass. But she is old and I know she won't be able to take care of any real plant. Could you share where you got your artificial plants from?
@@Curious_gen I actually went to dollar tree and At home.. those really last.. I do change them out with the seasons, I do like orange and brownish leaves for fall from dollar tree. I do wish u luck. Let me know how it turns out.
Did the sun fade them?
The sun did fade them so I was told to get some scotch guard sun protection spray to spray on the next ones I get.
Artificial is not the wave.
