- Опубліковано 6 вер 2024

Mrs O should totally leave comments in the comments box. Lol.
Nothing like a good "cot" break to spice up the work day lol
Eric I haven't found my "Mrs. O" yet, but if I ever do I'll make sure to care for her as much as you seem to care for yours. Stay blessed.
That was the royal Canadian air force on vacation!
s d So that's how they save money on jet A.
That's the liberal government for you!!! They hate anyone in the military!!!!
After we lost our inflatable raft,...this is all we can afford.
WE Fly by the speed of Smell!
Your channel is great Eric but the greatest service you give is showing young men just how great family life can be when two people are committed to each other. 25 years with my missus next month.
Oh my another fabulous show day from SMA. You two must be the cutest couple in town 😉
We are the Spicy Italians!
I love the newer type alignment machines, accurate and quick. I must be getting old I still remember using the old magnetically hub mounted gauge for caster & camber and a calibrated rod or a tape measure for setting the toe. Crap man where has all that time gone? :)
I always enjoy them road trips...weather looks good there....u spoil us with all these videos...and quality is top notch...thanks eric
you guys are great, real people, real life, real repairs done right, you should have a million subs by now, love SMA,best channel on YT.
Thanks for taking us along for the wheel alignment. You and Mrs. O are great together. God bless the both of you.
I enjoy how genuine you are Eric. Keep any and all videos coming! And add some more tips or tricks like the valve stem in brake hose that you know of or hear of from other CRV video. Never even crossed my mind!
I hope you give your brother a bottle of the good stuff every time you do a alignment on his machine.
The conversation about the heat sounds EXACTLY like me and my wife!! Good to see that is nearly universal.
Get well Mrs. O! Thanks for the video Eric!
*IF THE SHOP IS A ROCKIN- DON'T COME A KNOCK'N*
That ol' CR-V got a full blown restoration! Another one lives to see another day on the mean streets of NY! 😎
HAHA! I can imagine trying to film in your brother's shop. I know exactly how it would go here if either my buddies, or my neighbor's stopped by and saw a camera out. F-bombs flying, yelling, bottles of booze appearing, inappropriate gestures behind my back, someone cranking the volume to the MAX on the stereo system - total mayhem, LOL. Would make for LOTS of editing work ... 😁
I just got a job offer to work on big diesels like that. I would have to completely re-invest in tools, and I think the new shop would be just cutting it close height wise. Lots of money to be made ... but I've lifted 22.5" tires before ... and those are the light parts! As a one-man show at 160 lbs. with breathing issues, it didn't sound like my stress level would be any better, so I turned it down. 😉 Too late in my life to be making dramatic changes! I'll stick with what I know.
Funny, my wife always slides in here when she hears Mrs. O talking. She's not interested in the mechanical stuff, but she likes watching you guys mess around with each other, as do I. I'm constantly busting my wife's chops - it's highly entertaining ... for me at least. 🤣
If you see a big truck RUN!!! Best advice I can give ya haha. I think we'd get along just fine workin together Smitty :)
We may be related. Sorry to break that news to you ... 🤣
Yeah, GREAT advice there! I drove for several years - wanted no part of what the guys were doing in the shop every night!
"Love is in the air, everywhere i look around" :) Nice to see you both like that :)
What?!?!?! no cookie raids in the office? Mrs. O has the proverbial sword above your head - nice !!!!
Matco makes awesome ratchet wrenches for loosening the rear toe adjustment bolts.
I have a tough time deciding if I like watching the repairs or the interaction between you and the missus more. I guess it's a win either way! Thanks guys!!
@ 8:48 That old guy was probably practicing for when he moves to Florida. 😆
that old guy in the caddy would be rollin around 100MPH, right through the amber and red lights, then jumping a left in front of oncoming straight traffic at the first sighting of green ( yeah, that's how most of them drive down there) ;))
Nah, those are the younger people. The old folk drive slow in the left lane, and the younger folk "rage pass" in the right lane. Throw in a few clueless tourists and a couple cab drivers who think they're in a NASCAR race, and you have a normal day in Central Florida.
Eric gets mushy with Mrs. O at the end.
Reverend Al Look out I am a Doctor that how they made three.
Had to click the vid again to leave a comment and watched it again and here I am finally leaving a comment, thanks enjoyed it!
Heck ya love the vids. Keep em coming.
Thanks for taking more of the mystery out of tire mounting and wheel alignments.
Sonny's service should do more videos on the trucks and farm equipment they pull in.
I beleive you are made for youtube. Keep it up. You are the best!!
Pretty soon I'm going have to prove I'm over 18 to watch these videos
or watch with an adult haha
Great video Eric O , good to see a repair from start to finiish. Roll on the next one .
One lucky guy this Eric..
Hi Eric. Just bought some red CRC brake clean from Rural King today!
Ah Grandma ,always full of great ideas.lol
Eric,
Another great video series! Love when you go to you brothers/dads shop. But please please PLEASE you have GOT to get Mrs O. to say at the end '...and if he can do it you can do it. Thanks for watchin...'
Thanks again
God bless
Paul
Eric just pumping out the vids like there's no tomorrow. lol
New sub here and was binge watching watching the past week...great videos....
Robert Evans welcome to the best automotive channel on UA-cam!
I binge watched the whole lot when I was fresh to the channel you wouldn’t be disappointed!
Kudos Eric, you are knocking these videos out save some time for yourself and the family. You should shop around for a hydraulic Barber chair for mrs. o and her stand up screen.
Mrs O, tell Eric O to chop chop.
I lost 12 minutes of Corvette cruising time but this vid was well worth it.
Ozzstar howdy 😃
just think of the gas you saved!
Nice series Mr O. Now we all have something in mind with you and a cot! LOL 😂Hope you pulled the shade
Of course! Oh and lock the doors haha
Am so confident watching your videos , you really know your job, perhaps you should have a show like Scott killmer if you dont have it already so i can ask you question about mechanics..
i found ivan and mike from you both great guys...
Mrs. O is a doll, you take very good care of her! Food videos by the way!
Nice job South Main Auto you do good work!
Nice completion,thx's Mrs,Mr O...
You and Mrs O, crazy nuts 😝
Good banter Eric
Love your Bro's place
At a large tire store, in the shop, we used to say: "Set the Toe and let her go!"
hey thanks eric..thought you were mad at me about my comments....eric you bailed me out a few times! I work alone like you.... but used to working with many tecs at the dealer I stumbled on your youtube when looking for an easy v 10 manifold bolt repair...I could tell you knew.... so I started watching dave
Mrs. "O" is a good sport Eric, but don't push your luck Mr.! lol Hondew owner gonna be drivin a like new' ... Much Safer!
I am enjoying your videos and the basic jobs turn into a fun video who knew LOL. How about the T-Belt job for Mrs. O
If your wife is mostly this nice. You are a lucky hubby.
quite sure I seen some large rolling pins in the office kitchen area :)))
Keep up the great videos .
Would be fun for you to go follow your brother around for a day and heckle him while he works and video it for us. Lol.
Hi Eric. Just bought some red CRC brake clean from Rural King today! 2.99/can.
Lovely video ! Thank you for making my evening much better.
Quick question... I put a decent amount of hwy miles on my vehicle each year (~30k hwy)... Would it make sense to have my alignments done with me in the driver's seat?? (I am a big guy, 6'4", about 280#)
mattmanyam theoretically yes. By manufacturer standard alignment shops should use weights to imitate occupants weight. But yet I have to see this be done.
Thanks, Sam!
I agree with the other gentleman. Most official service manuals for vehicles state that the drivers weight(by sitting in the seat) should be used in the calculation of the alignment. Also a full tank of gas too.
Ya gotta love the tree air freshener!!!
Nice job on the Honda and hello to Mrs O.
I can see you enjoy going to your brothers shop nice change good video keep them coming
Yeah it gives me someone to talk to other than myself
good video, pretty country up there
hahaha that was some funny dialog at the end there! =D
How many customers have watched you doing their car and got back with you, positively, negatively? Just curious?? :-) As for me, if I lived near you, you'd be my mechanic if something I couldn't do. :-)
OJ Jenkins Yes I to would be interested in finding out about that
To they must love it.
Edward Martinez I would think it could be a double edged sword but yeah I would want to see it.
InsideOfMyOwnMind In what way? Eric runs a honest shop.
Thank you and God bless you all the best I have a Nissan Nissan Sunny 2006 model of my father by walking on the road walking jump like a piece of electricity accompanied by ignition bulb Tishknn and when it was checked with a device to see the following failures p0100 maf sensor / circuit p0115 coolant t sen / circ p0120 thrtl pos sen / circ Knowing that these faults appear at the same time is the process of jump and ignite the Czech bulb at the same time
Hey, that was toe-riffic Dr. O. Thanks!
Very punny sir....
If you live in Jax Florida, you’d be doing all my vehicles.
Gotta love the smooth roads of the Southern Tier! not!!
you should get openers with a single remote and let mrs o stay in the office lol
At min 430 is sounded like you let a big one loose haha ... great video btw keep up the great work!!(
Nice video Eric...!
I think you forgot to take off the stickers on the tires when you did balance them probably it doesn´t affect too much but just for accurate , I saw one in the alignment machine
Another lovely vid Mr.O! Keep on motoring
Good set of video's Mr. O.....
Thanks for Your great channel
The air freshener stole the show during the test drive....
I was told my rear camber was bad on 2013 CRV due to springs. I replaced entire rear with new springs/struts. Camber still looks off. Is this normal?
Like that alignment machine
lol
Do those hicks in the big truck barn bomb your video shoot ! :-)
Some big bills in that shop, should laminate one and keep it in your office so moaning customers can see a real big bill lol .
You made one rookie mistake, you forgot hit the cookie jar :-P
Have an easy Sunday Mr O, I don't want here you doing OT in the shop ...
Listening to some good old Tenacious D doing an alignment!
Great video brother . Enjoyed your article in Motor Age also .
Have a question on rear wheel toe it only goes to . 30 that's the lowest how do I fix this no matter how much I turn the bolt it either goes up or lowest is . 30
Good Lunch Video
Eric O almost got in trouble. This has been a good series, what do you recommend as far as brake break in?
I just tell the customer no "hard braking" for the first 100 miles. I have a route I run through town that I have shown in other videos.
Hey good job. I have a 2005 CRV and my rear tyre is wearing from the outside edge faster - but it looks like camber wear? Not shoulder wear, but camber. Positive camber? Any ideas? Would that be a worn rear upper track arm? That's my thinking. They are not adjustable, so I'm assuming positive camber wear would mean the bushes are worn in the track arm?
i feel so good . its them sma drive shaft boxes lol
F bombs??? I always knew Ford was a bad word. Thanks for confirming this for me.
Great video
I need to find Rear Toe Tool for 2001 Saturn SL2. Do you happen know where I can purchase that
tool? Bcs of the age of the car the local dealers don't have that tool anymore in their inventory.
When attempted to do alignment on the rear of my car the screen shows: a tool which looks like
L-shaped wrench and it reads on the screen "Rear Toe Tool". Thank you for the film.
thumbs up
toe and go baby! hey if he is watching.... the diesel guy....hats off I hate them
I always wonder what is with that red Tahoe / Suburban outside the shop. Holding it for ransom till the customer pays? 🤠
You are practically rebuilding that car 😂
Saturn! That's my JAM
baggins1 That junk put on Elvis.
Is the rear bolt that adjust toe called camber bolt , that goes through body and link. I'm having a terrible time the rear bolt is seized I need that bolt that goes through Gm part 87420. Please help me.
So you get a bill for doing your own wheel alignment what's with that!
It's Business man!
Outstanding video brooooo!
I liked this it was a little different. Was that your Dad's shop? You know I think you could do a good job behind the camera some time.
I installed adjustable rear control arms to fix the camber and the alignment shop said they would have to remove the wheels for each adjustment and it would take four hours. Does that make sense? It's a 2006 CRV.
As far as I know, you don't have to remove wheels. Unless they are replacing other parts.
You two are such a cute loving couple!
Thanks for the video.
