Hell Divers 2 is a game where all players contribute to an intergalactic war with all results effecting the invasion status of different planets. Hell Divers 2 is a Third person shooter with up to 4 players at any time and honestly is one of the best community games in a long time. - Ігри
What type of player are you? Let me know below!
xbox,nahhhh im on pc
The one that doesn't have money to get it
Players like me who is an xbox player who got a ps5 specifically to join the fight and spread democracy, gotta be S tier right?
Stalwart max RPM with supply pack. Bullet hose build
Definitely the solo diver/ creek crawler. I be in the creek fighting for my life. I turn on a random Spotify Helldivers 2 playlist and just go to town. I don't even pick the most meta builds I just go with whatever I think is the most badass loadout.
6:46 "At the end of the day they love getting into a gunfight." *shows a Helldiver getting punched over and over by a Rocket Devastator*
Solo player here, it's literally because I don't have a mic and get annoyed after 2 or 3 times not getting into a mission
I'm also a solo person but it's BC my laptop can somewhat handle helldivers 2
People who land on tanks everytime
When the game let's you lmfao. Otherwise your dead.
Id class that as an S hero
I’ll do you one better, people who ping the tanks as they call the reinforcements so people know where to land (on the tanks)
I’ve gotten so good at landing on tanks and hulks that EVERY SINGLE time there’s one on screen, my friend kills me and deploys me near it.
literally the only thing I bring to the team is the ability to land on top of tanks, hulks, and most of all, teammates
@@randomledgelord3997Facts, if you ping it I’ll land on it every time, but I’m not gonna land in the middle of an Army just to miss.
You forgot players like me, the "Back in MY day" player. We will constantly compare Helldivers 2 to Helldivers 1, with nostalgia or malice depending on if we're gaming or being gamed on.
Thing about the sentry guy is they are really good at locking down objective areas and the extraction zone.
I just wish they don't aggro patrols so often
I'm a lone rat, I go and destroy every fabricator/bug nest/illegal broadcast I can and collect samples for team, then run for my dear life.
The trees are speaking Binary!
What happens if you're a Solo Creek player?
Do you stay S or get knocked down a notch?
xD
A solo creek player makes the wind wisper liberty
the "Drop me on the enemy" type is rad
the bastards that let you play an extremely difficult mission. and you work hard to get it done and they kick you just before extraction screwing you out of all the work you put in.
Is that some sort of console thing? I've never had that happen to me.
@@_loss_ maybe? i play with crossplay on
Thats why im only hosting, never join.
Thats my iron rule
Do you always know you were kicked, or does the host sometimes lag out/ game crash?
@@WisdomThumbs isays you were kicked by the host directly. pretty clear if you ask me.
a few more categories (just in case you didnt see my comment on your last video about this)
- the samples collector (wants to collect many samples)
- the perfectionist (doesnt want to evacuate even if almost all reinforcements are consumed and you have many samples to lose)
- the kicker (kicks other players shortly before the shuttle lands)
- the introvert (your friend who got traumatized by the the troll and the friendly fire dude and all other bad players and forces you to play only duo missions)
- the carefull sample collector (extrem version of the samples collector, he is always searching for the legendary samples on lv7 [because he isnt playing risky] and if he finds them, he brings them directly to the extraction point, so it cant get lost on the battlefield)
my name is john helldiver and I am a creek crawler and solo diver. been rando queuing recently since I hit max cap on everything to help bump up some newer players. if you ever hear me screaming democracy lines into the mic, just scream em back im friendly and coms will get our mission done easy peasy trust me I love you new guys and your machine gun builds and I will do everything in my power to make sure you enjoy the match I played helldivers 1 a bunch and I love the community of two is just as positive look forward to diving with yall
People who leave the match after you don’t reinforce them for 0.01 seconds.
I would’ve been a creek crawler if I’d been playing at the time.
I love Vietnam games, I don’t mind complete chaos, and I find the trees speaking binary to be reassuring - if I’m surrounded then there’s nowhere I can’t shoot.
The XBox player tiering killed me💀
mfs aim like automatons
Honestly, the "sentry master" doesn't sound too much of a master. WHEN ENGINEER MAINS EXIST 😎
Frontier justice starts playing.
I run sentry with engineer perk. They work great together.
im proud to be a creek crawler. although i wasnt present during the first creek campaign, ive had been brought there as a lvl1 cadet for a diff 6 mission during the second assault by my friend to get baptised in the oil pits. I did surprisingly good, died only twice AND extracted succesfully, unlike my friend who died 6 times and lost all our samples 😂. after that i went to ingmar to help in its liberation and now consider it my helldivers canonical homeworld.
My first taste of the creek I was around lvl5 and ended up getting kidnapped by a lvl 50 who turned it to helldive. Popped into a terminid planet for one more practice drop before going to the creek ended up in joining a lvl 50 he turns difficulty up to helldive we pass (held my own but definitely thanks to him) next thing I know I hear now entering malevelon creek. I swear the hill looked like an ant nest couldn’t see the ground there were so many of them
I call myself a Creek crawler, but im probably too new to actually be one. i just like to call myself that because i mainly play the creek.
I caught the tail end of the creek falling, was probably one of the last people when it was at 1% and then was the first to hyper focus taking it back. Idk I think anyone thats brave enough to step foot on that planet on a helldive has earned the title.
if you even faught in the campaign at all us creek crawlers welcome you. I faught on that hole since day 1 of the game launch and was there for every fall and recapture it was rough but every bit of help was honorable considering how difficult it is to fight there
@lilweeboi thanks. Also, i hate being that guy, but it's spelled fought.
@@NPC.......... haha all good sorry was just typing fast thank you though
never forget the fallen of the creek
As someone who was a solo diver into a lone wolf creek crawler, i approve
Sammeeee
I'm a mech player.
News about devs adding mechs were the final push towards actually bying the game. Then i realised that ammo is limited and noone actually uses it on high tier misdions, so I switched to infantry mode.
But recently I gave it a shot once more while trying to explore it's ups and downs. And only then my mechwarrior/battletech/hawken/armored core experience kicked in. It just... Felt right.
Creek crawler all day boy love that you brought up the vets from the creek
What about the suicide bombers? These are the players that picked up a 12 pack before they hopped on and you start off the round hearing the sounds of a fat bong rip. They're usually hilarious and bring life to the game but always get side tracked and find themselves surrounded with only one option left to spread democracy. By holding a 500kg in their hands as they get dog piled by bugs. All my friends and I are this player.
Suicidedivers, in my opinion, are B or C tier at most. While they can save time for the squad to gather themselves it also wastes one reinforcement with each death.
If the enemy encircles someone and there's no way out, I'm for that sacrifice, but doing it intentionally, because someone wants to be "heroic", deserves nothing more than a martial court.
I played solo a lot, not because I don't have a mic, but because I didn't like dealing with bad teammates. I don't play solo as much anymore and usually just join a public lobby, finish the main objectives and side objectives, and then help the other players with the heavy encampments.
Against automatons I am a "ghost". I run a stealth build and can deal with most of the goals undetected. Unfortunetely to be a ghost i need to stay away from gunslingers. Most of the time i clear 3x objectives than the rest of the team that gets stucked in gunfights. Playing ghost made me also understand how to minimize patrols and enemies numbers at extraction. It shows sone useful game mechanics.
As a creek crawler I'm deeply saddened that we can't access the creek anymore :( but Tiba is where we have migrated as it's closest to the creek
I'm a mix of a solo diver and a lone wolf when on bots. I'm a machine killer at heart and I've melee killed more bots than anyone really should. At times I don't stick with the team mostly because I get left behind and I figure "I can do some good while i'm over here". I also find that stealth is easier as just one person because you're aware of what goes on. It tends to be easier for me to since I mark enemy patrols so that my allies know where they are.
As a result, I do not participate in fights much. But, if I do, I pack heavy hitting weapons so that way I can deal with hulks and factory striders for my team. I remember at one point i basically secured re-entry on extraction by killing a ton of rocket devastators and hulks, all while my team was off running away. Secured most of the samples as a result.
Sometimes I go along with the team for fun, but I usually don't kill much. I focus on dealing with the heavy targets and deadly enemies. That is usually where a fair few players struggle and I truly just enjoy fighting Hulks and Factory Striders. Some of the most fun enemies for me, in addition to devastators. I dislike bile titans because I find them too predictable. Chargers too.
Hulks are a bit more unpredictable, but they are telegraphed in a way I enjoy, as are Rocket Devastators. If you see me, I usually run something like Laser Cannon or Autocannon alongside Dominator, Punisher, or Pummeler. If I feel like having fun and I know my main targets will be Hulks or Rocket Devastators, I'll pack a Railgun, probably would have been a fan if I was around when Railgun Prime existed. I tend to die some missions but I don't mind it.
If I were around during Malevelon Creek, I would have fought in it simply for the joy of fighting Hulks and Devastators.
The type of player I am is a mix of Speed Runner and Lone Wolf. I try and get the objective done as fast as possible (Usually solo cause then I don't have as much attention on me from enemies), then after that's done I go to the rest of my squad to back them up with side objectives
Playing as a solo creeker has its own kind of commando feel at night ngl.
Needs giant slayers, players who are kitted out to kill big armored targets while sacrificing their aoe potential
As a stealth infiltrator I feel left out. Yeah I may only get 40 kills but lets see you complain when I take out the jammer without alerting a single enemy and then do the escape pod, research station, SEAF and detector tower and wipe all the side objectives without any of my teammates even noticing.
Where's the guy who can somehow call in a strategem in like a millisecond
Me using voice attack😂
Me
@@Lemonz5769 that makes two of us
@@GaryHelldive nice
How can you forget the most important player the ones who get really mad at you and start to kill you if you take their samples😂
Ever since I started suicide and above I always seem to get at least two people who want to fight every single bug/bot on the damn map. Spend 39 1/2 minutes fighting/dying in the middle of nowhere while 1 or 2 of us actually do meaningful things. Oh and there's my personal favorite, the guy that wants to throw eagle cluster bombs at 2 enemies that take all of one hit to kill and kill 2-3 of thier team mates in the process.
Listen officer, in my defense I only use meta weapons to spread democracy at max efficiency and that’s what I came here for and that’s what I find fun (also I use the revolver because it’s good against bots instead of like the redeemer or something)
I've played a bit solo(stopped when they fucked up the spawn rates), and i basically just do it cause it's fun. In a way, it's peaceful. I get to be alone with my thoughts, I don't have to think about playing around or with other players, I get to go at my own speed, whether i play helldive or trivial. There's a serenity to just facing an intense challenge by myself.
1:48 “And I took that personally”
Machine killers should be called bot busters
what about the support guys?, the ones that always carry a supply backpack and carry extra stims
I see myself in a fine line between fast learning noob and wild supportive ninja that bought game within a week. rocks the autocannon all the time, looks at the map the most direct the crew on possible way around the map, while being a sole scavenger by running back to collect samples from dead players on the other side of the map mostly alone and avoid conflicts from patrols as much as possible, while every one is doing the side missions, I would be grabbing the launch codes to just drop them in/near the collector to not cause back track, or be a wild card and take on stratagem jammer outposts as the first one to destroy the fabricator from behind, then escape escape or being in suppressive cover with the hairs of my skin burned until the others arrive to steamroll in to get our stratagems back. Hardly any actual talk but 7/10 times understand what to do
Remind me not to piss off that rocket devistator
To be a more mobile Sentry master, when rolling into a medium, large, or mega base. Set up the static and regular mortor. Let them get 2-3 cycles off then, follow up with strategems, and then charge in to mop up and collect samples. If you exfill quickly they can be left to pound the response patrols as your squad bugs out.
What do we call this strategy? Because I do this Forsure, mortars and 380 mop up & bounce
@@JakeBRollin come up with a cool name.

I'm a lvl 72 Malevelon Creek Veteran that went through a trial of fire. After this hell hole I became a lone wolf, speedrunner, BECAUSE I CAN!!! MUHAHAHAHA!!!
(And I've PTSD and can't talk to people, PLS HELP)
I'm primarily a solo diver as I prefer stealth over the never ending hail storm that are unexpected bug breaches and bot-drops; added to that my friends' schedules and mine don't really line up to play nor do they have the game...
And because I also have a broken mic.
However, when I do choose to play with others I'll either play at higher difficulty levels as a support player with the resupply pack and maybe a long-range support weapon, or I'll head to lower difficulties to help new players learn how to play by giving them extra info, tips, and answering any questions I can in regards to gameplay mechanics.
Creek crawlers are honestly D tier. They were so obsessed with that planet that we failed multiple major orders from lack of manpower helping out with them sitting on that planet
Disrespecting your veterans is treason
Yeah they go around acting like they're some tweaked out war veteran or something
Im a lone wolf 500kg creek crawler (went from 1 to 40 in creek). I never get complaints when I shred half the map then do overwatch for the noisey fools that dragged hell down on themselves.
I love the 500kg because paired with a stun nade you can predictably take out multipule heavys in a single strike. Also when its all going pearshaped I try to funnel bots into chokepoints where a 500kg comes in handy.
What about heavy support? That's what I call my preferred role. Usually in heavy armour with explosion damage reduction and recoil reduction, heavy weapons depending on squad - if no one carries heavy weapons - quasar and EAT (yes, both - you can shoot 2 EATs after shooting quasar, just in the time to pick up the quasar that's just cooled down giving you 4 ability to chain 4 charger or 2 bile titans kills in very short time). If someone picks rocket launchers or autocannon, I'd get a second copy of that to be able to both do my own job, and when needed team reload them. I usually stay slightly behind or to the side of the squad to be able to kill off heavies that got aggro'd on the team, or if someone's in trouble to use my primary to get those hunters and stalkers off their backs...
Also, as heavy armour with explo resistance user - please, do drop me in onto a heavy - that way I can kill it with my pod before I retrieve my weapons, I often can also survive both the chaff around the heavy and fellow divers airstrikes...
I go in solo because I can't wait for another squad member on planets that are unappealing to go to for a diver so I must do their parts for them and go alone.
The Tweakers - D Tier
All they do is run around like headless chickens, get killed, blowing up teammates & usually NOT doing objectives
100% easy kick after 3rd death in 2min
"Sentry Master", A.K.A "Engineer TF2"
Yeah, i usually play solo because i don't have a mic. And therefore it gets difficult communicating.
Proud to be a Creek Crawler and Machine Killer!
As I commented last video there is the Loot Goblin, which is like the sub species of lone wolf. Trying to collect as many samples as possible
Major order players, please. They’re the ones trying to get the major orders done.
S-tier: My 1 level 50 friend A-tier: Myself & 1 other friend B-Tier: Most of my friends C-Tier: My 1 noob friend D-tier: Random players and that one friend that brings 380mm/minefield/mortar every match. E-tier: Anyone that sets their title to "Cadet" because they think they're funny and original. F-tier: That one child that was getting told by his father over a hot mic to "stfu or you'll be shit on by everyone".
If a noob came in and knew how to use the orbital laser, I would put them above S tier. Orbital laser is on top.
Good luck trying to call down supplies when you have a "lone wolf" in your game. And as a bonus, you also get more enemy spawns when separated.
EDIT: 1:05 Time spent on a mission does not increase difficulty (enemy spawns), doing primary objectives increases enemy spawns the most, also destroying medium and large nests makes enemies more aggressive/spawn more, but if you do manage to completely eradicated them from the level, then the extraction gets much easier as you might have noticed. And you also get multiplied spawns when playing separated.
fight everything is instant almost kick worthy double F tier.
Let the Anti-metas cook. They are the ones ahead of the curve.
I'm a clutching Lone Wolf and I simply don't own a mic, always want to get one but too busy playing this game.
Evac comes in two minutes and a dude lost many samples on the other side of the map while we don't get a minute of break?
"I'll be back"
Picked the wrong side of the fence - gg. Lmao
me when the democracy says I can't have state sanctioned coitus anymore :(
I'm a lone wolf, the only moments I'm with my team are: at the start of the mission, just before or during extraction.
PS5 players: highly sought-after, bringing with them a beautiful hit box cheese ability for all the normal PC grinders to two-shot bile titans
Automaton enjoer and lay down mechanic lover is here
I am that mate who waits and covers the lagging members of the squad
FOR THE CREEK
Ima loud berserk Doomslayer Rip and Tear every fuckin lifeform on the planet player S+
I think some of the best players I've had are rando army and marine guys.
They have this "figure it out" mentality that you can bring the most fucked up set up and they'll figure out where in the puzzle you fit.
Veteran from 2015 (orginally I told 2016 here but I checked up on my account and it said since 02.06.2015💀) here. I suffer from Illuminate PTSD which taught me to remember all of my most used stratagems codes to ensure to give the enemy the fucking hell they all deserve. And if my squad should stand in my way.. let's just say I won't feel any remorse and will let the orbital thunder down right into Hades' servants in retaliation.
However, I must say that playing with newbies is much more fun than with wanna-be sweats that take shit too serious. I brought a level 5 cadet to a difficulty 9 automaton mission a few days ago and we did manage to complete it with some ease with two other mid-leveled players. It was really fun, just because he was surprised that the Helldivers series can become from "yes" to "hell no" pretty fast, lol. He instantly grew up to level 7 after the mission and I had fun with him. Gotta miss that guy T-T
If I'm not in the mood for difficulty 7-9 (in Helldivers it is difficulty 10-15), I'll play easier difficulties, with my focus on helping newbies to get around the game. I'm some kind of a Helldivers santa, as I like to bring late-game equipment into the game and share them with the newbies, so they can try it out early, while also completing the mission with a success
Even if I have my personal dislike towards Helldivers 2 players who have never played Helldivers before, I know that it's up to the veterans to teach them how to be a Helldiver and that I have to cope with that. To all newbies out there: I hope I'll see you on the field, I will glady help you around the Second Galactic War :)
I'm a mix between the lonewolf, and the kill everything player.
5:01 as a solo diver i have a mic. Im just shy lmao
I consider myself as the "new player helper". Time to time I play Missions from low difficults to help and maybe teach players that are new to Helldivers 2 and don't know a lot of it.
I even go help other players in higher difficults to get the stuff done (Maximum I went is 8 and it went horribly wrong)
“Xbox players chose the wrong side.” Me: Stares in ODST.
I did the first 20 levels of mine on molevolon creek.
I'm a wanna-be Mandolorian😂
Well not sure about bug only players. They should definitely be below bot only player due to how hard it is to liberate bot planets when majority of Helldivers are always on bug planets...
I am a solo player and i will not say the reason behind it i have headphones i have a mic
But sadly knowing the community these days its gonna be impossible to play with more than one player
I’m a trivial mission speed runner 💀💀💀
solo player here, i play slolo because i had enough people kicking me from lobys for no reason and i had enough of them talking shit to my plays, i am level 62 curently by playing only solo
few things from me:
1. i disagree about anti-air guy, he most of the times carry heavy hitting weapons and can get rid of stronger opponents and objectives. They are also hella needed if you spot flying gunship around
2. i'd definitely add two or more types to the list:
SPEEDRUNNER type, who only want to go in, finish main objective and extract. if you already have everything unlocked - cool, but if you can't spare 2 -5 minutes for people to run around and uncover one last point of interest or won't help with secondary... not really cool.
ORDNANCE MASTER - they blast absolutely everything (sometimes you too), even if they probably should not, they'll probably forfeit all additional equipment to accomodate more heavy artillery in their strategem bar
METASLAVES - do i need to explain that? well you really can get tired of them eventually... they definitely want to buy streaming deck to get those auto-strategem keybinds
__and last but not least__
PATHFINDER - there are some guys who absolutely slap in decision making
you never get enemy patrol in your face, secondary objectives? done with not much extra effort. Extra rare samples? Job done. Downside is that most of the times lobby is theirs, they dont enter the missions as veterans do, kinda introverted i'd say.
personally if I played malevelon it was because there were trees
I’m the broke one who wants the game but is too poor to buy it.
I’m the lone wolf I always do as many main/sides obj and bug holes
Maybe I'd call my self a combo of Lone wolf and Creek Crawler, I guess?
I play solo because I'm bad at socializing. And because I'm scared I'm gonna f up the experience of other players. (That first part is a partial joke)
I'd take off meta pickers any day of the week over 'bug killers'
I switch between multiple types of players depending on how my team is performing. I usually end up court martialing at least one or two people every other play session because of incompetency though, especially on higher difficulties.
Don’t kick unless they’re harassing me is my policy. We’re here to have fun, not to assemble an elite squad.
@@bob38028 but also at the same time, the game is more fun when people know what they're actually doing. I'm not trying to assemble an elite squad, I just want to have fun with people who know what they're doing...
@@bob38028Veterans want to know your location😅
Difficulty 9 (in Helldivers 10-15) ain't no kindergarten anymore. I have nothing against "incompetency" but they shouldn't be totally dickheads then. If I see they are trying to keep up with the high difficulty ans actually do something, I'll support them😊
Can confirm I dont have a mic
i want the creek to come back lol
Worst players is hosts with fragile ego
you forgot about the sample pickers
The one who's had the game since launch but hasn't opened it once
Z tier, instant martial court
almost thought this video was good
The rich guy
Solo diver and can confirm I have 3 mic 😊 don’t get me talking or I won’t shut up
I am off meta player and I love that
Wtf LoneWolf is me, and i did many helldivers missions solo
before update. The Grim Reaper Out.
Speed runner are good if you are grinding achievements and that
you should have made an only plays against 1 enemy bugs or bots these players should go definitely to F tier because they dont help if there is a major order at the enemy they dont like
Im Allrounder Type im between A&S my Rekord was 584 Kills I Love to Play as a Supporter or medic or as a defender
