@@ButteredToast32 I'm right there with you. It would bring back bad memories of a failed relationship where I was none the wiser to her cheating on me, and when she did tell me, it was through Messenger and not face to face.
I'm soo glad you enjoyed it. I remember seeing it in the theater with my mom and cousin. When that burp scene came on everyone was laughing so much, my mom said a guy almost fell out of his seat from laughing.
Thank you so much, #AriaC, for uploading this awesome movie reaction. I love your content so much because it's so amazing, and I enjoy watching your reactions to different TV shows and movies.
we see Andy's cowboy hat is the female version. speculation is he got it from his mom. the thinking is when she was a child she was into the TV show and had some of the Cowboy Woodie playset. it is also thought she might be Emily. Jessie's little girl owner. now grown Jesse doesn't recognize her.
Loved your reaction, Aria! Toy Story 2 is an incredible movie. It's hard to believe that at one point this movie was going to be a direct-to-video release. Thank God, it wasn't. All of these characters are wonderful with their specific personalities. Jesse's song is a real heartbreaker, and Stinky Pete is a great manipulative villain. The Buzz/Zurg relationship is pure gold. What more can I say?! Bring on Toy Story 3, which is an amazing film as well. It's very tough for me to pick which is the better movie between 2 & 3.
Disney cut out a casting couch blooper from TS2 with Stinky Pete and two identical giggling Barbie dolls. He looks them over with a devilish gleam and says: "And so you two are absolutely identical? Ha ha ha. Y’know, I’m sure I could get you a part in Toy Story 3." And in fact... Barbie DID get a bigger role in TS3! That ol' rascal. 😅
@@ariachanson01 I guess it depends on which region you are in and whether the cut version or the theatrical version was available to stream. On the Blu-ray disc re-release and 4k Blu-ray editions that scene was cut out.
Toy Story 2 is one of the best movies ever, it really focused on the topic of friendship and loyalty along with enjoying life. I found it very ironic how Buzz was the one that had to remind Woody that he’s a toy because in the first movie it was literally the other way around, it just goes to show how much Buzz has changed for the better as a friend to Woody to the extent he’d do all he could to get him back to Andy safely. I also have a theory that the chicken man is Andy’s dad because he’s always obsessed with Woody’s roundup and stuff like that, also he looked like he knew Andy’s mom when he saw her at the yard sale.
15:20 - 16:05 Aria, do you remember in one of your Mandalorian reaction videos, a commenter said you should replace Minnie with Baby Yoda, and you thought that might be a great idea, and I said to you how would Minnie feel? This is what I was talking about. Of course, as you say in your post-movie commentary, toys don't actually have emotions. I've always known that, but honestly, whenever I played with them, I always treated them like they did. And when I would give them up for charity or whatever, I would always feel guilty for neglecting them and sending them away. The moment a child stops believing his/her toys can't feel is the moment they lose their purpose. Until the next kid comes and gives them the love and attention they need. PS Aria, very lovely dress. 💃
Before the reaction even starts: Aria, you look stunning in that dress! Happy to see another video😊 Also, I hope your other channel is still active. It’s fun to know you outside of your reaction over there. Cheers!
Hi Aria I love your reaction to Toy Story 2 ❤ my favorite part Use your head but I don't want to use my head , you should play that slow motion it's more funnier😂 Also I was 2 years old when this movie came out 1st time 1999 !!!
_Toy Story_ was the first _completely_ computer-animated movie in history. _A Bug's Life,_ though, was the _third._ (The second was _Antz,_ by the way) Both are by Pixar, and both are absolute _bottled lightning._ _Antz,_ in my opinion, is not as good, but considering it was the _extraordinarily_ early days of this medium, considering it was the first by DreamWorks, and considering the standards of the time, it's _incredible._
This is, bar none, the best Toy Story film in the franchise. The third film is very good, don't get me wrong, but everything just clicked wonderfully in this story. The fourth could be seen as a kind of separate epilogue that is mostly untethered from the main story wrapped up in the third movie. Don't get me started on the stand alone Star Command film. That was complete misfiring on all cylinders junk.
Maybe this will get lost in a sea of comments you'll never see. But I sincerely hope you watch A Bug's Life and also Antz was an excellent rival to the movie as well. Both are well worth your time.
😎👍 "A Bug's Life" (1998) is definitely worth checking out. 🪲 It was Disney/Pixar's 2nd CGI animated film. It did not become a franchise (there are no sequels) which is just as well. It's a great stand-alone movie, as is Dreamworks' "Antz," which was released at around the exact same time. 🐜
"When Somebody Loved Me" is one of those bittersweet songs that gives you a great backstory and makes you cry at the same time.
I can’t watch the flashback scene because of how incredibly sad that song is in the given context. Would make me cry every time if I did.
