This is actually the biggest thing I think recent Star Wars movies have been missing in terms of worldbuilding and tone! I've generally enjoyed the movies - Rogue One, for instance, is in my top 3 Star Wars movies - but I wish there were more significant alien characters (and not just random "creature designs," but actual established races with their own languages and lore.
It actually says "maclunkey," which is something that was added in to A New Hope on one of the special editions. George Lucas always felt bad about Han shooting Greedo first, so he added in a bit where Greedo says "maclunkey!" which is supposed to indicate that he was going to attack Han, making the killing less mean.
@@hillbillypowpow It wasn't in the special editions; it was a change he made to the film before he sold it to Disney, and no one knew about it until it went on Disney+ and viewers noticed it.

I like how the crumb falls out of his mouth and then it's gone. The next scene you know that spaceport restaurant is it really good establishment when the staff can clean that quickly But then the next scene it's back again and then gone again. So mysterious
For some reason the guy with an eye patch who also has googles is hilarious. Like it would make sense that someone with one eye would use a normal pair goggles, but seeing it just looks completely ridiculous.

Everybody in star wars is bilingual, in the hitchhikers guide they explain why they understand aliens by the babel fish, in star wars they just do, it's like if every thug in some city on earth knew like 5 or 6 languages
I seriously thought the twist was going to be the waiter turning to the spug and asking him if everything was alright with his order and understanding its reply, and the rebel guy realizing the waiter could have been the translator all along.
