As a human being, one of the scariest things for me is forgetting. Keeping a journal and pictures is essencial, at least for me. Maybe buying a very little camera you take everywhere with you, and you just take pictures of stuff. Then you print them in small pieces and paste them on your journal, and write about it or something. Then, 20 years later, you open that book and you're filled with nostalgia. You have an amazing channel, I love what you do!! I want to learn more from you, I like your style in general, even for editing. I'm on that search too, a search for beauty and style

I'm actually working on journaling / experience tracking system kind of like what you're saying but in Notion! This is so authentic. I was trying so hard to really start New Years with new me and goal archiving but I couldn't at all and I felt so guilty, which is imaginable a bad start into a new year. But now, knowing I am not alone,I feel better. Thank you
You're definitely not alone!! I totally resonate with feeling guilty, but I try to remind myself that my energy cycles really don't need to align with everyone else's! ANY time is a great time to decide to turn a new page and start fresh. I just try to focus on making sure I'm really truly in a space where I am ready to lean in and step into that "go" state 💪🏼❤🔥

I also love that you're into spirituality, with shifting timelines and stuff, I guess I could've red that in your affirmations list. Sorry if it's incorrect, maybe talking about spirituality on your channel could be helpful, or at least, very, very interesting. How you mix spirituality with everything else in your life, right? feminine energy and then masculine energy, living and accepting the moment and who we are, and then building what we want. How to mix both ideas :)
Ooh these are all great ideas. I don't usually describe myself as spiritual, but there are a lot of practices I have that really pull from the spirituality world and community - so maybe I'm more tied to spirituality than I think? I'll have to think about it!
I'll try to include a lil mini tutorial of this in my next plan with me video! but I just did it in a very rudimentary/manual way haha - I just pasted a bunch of stars (you can just google "cute text symbols" to find these and copy/paste) and put them in rows to visually represent each of the days of the month. then I change the symbol to a different one when I complete the task!
