This is the best one, suggesting organizing approaches and Notion workaround in the same video! I am amazed by due date database and project planner. Those are my favs!
Hi Kelly! I don't normally comment on YT videos unless they resonate with me... and gosh darn it your video sure did! You explained everything perfectly. You included different options for people. And I will now be using the knowledge I've learned from you to help organize the cozy small business life that I want one day for myself! You are a peach Kelly, I cannot express how grateful I am to have stumbled upon your video. Keep being amazing! +1 new subscriber
One of the best videos on Notion planning I've seen (and I seen a LOT)! I've struggled with a few things I want to do with my set-up but I got several AHAs from your single video to perfectly solve my issues! 💡🎉❤
When you love what you do it shows❤ You are such a sweetheart! Thank you for taking the time to not only create this video but taking the time to go into detail for each system🫶🏽 im for sure interested in trying to create the due date list, calendar and tying them together with the big picture planner😎 I love how all three flow and function. 😊
Oh my gosh thank you, Brandy! That honestly makes me so happy to hear that people can feel how much I love this stuff - because I really do 🥹💞 Also the calendar + due dates + big picture planner combo is ELITE. Good luck with your setup!!
thank you for this simple yet effective tutorial! I love how you build up from a simple version to more complex - makes so easy to understand and follow along 😻
🤩 love to hear it! this was the exact video I wish I had when I was first starting to design my notion planner, so I'm so happy to put it out into the world now to help other people getting started 🫶
You are so amazing! I created all the lists watching your video and I am so satisfied..! I actually haven't used notion as a planner or to-do list because I felt it is for me too complicated to create. It is still not easy at all, but I learned to enjoy creating notion pages thanks to you. Thank you so much for your effort :)
Omg this makes me so happy!!! It's so cool that you actually recreated these?! Would be so curious to know which was your fave 🤩 Notion is totally a lil complicated but once you start seeing it as something to be creative and play with, it starts to be pretty fun!
Wow, this tutorial has been amazing, I definetly will use the first and second to-do list, because I get confused with the third one. Thank you so much for this tutorial! Your explanations are super cute and detailed, I really apreciated it. ❤💯
Haha the first to-do list is actually the one I've been using for over a year!! Sometimes simple is best 💖 thank you so much for the kind words, love - so happy you found the tutorial useful!
This is a really well thought out tutorial, and your instruction is very clear. I really appreciate that. Thanks for a great video. Giving you a subscribe to see what else you come up with 😊
i actually don't use Notion Calendar so I'm not sure, but that would make sense that there would be a way to connect them! i heard a few complaints about early interations of Notion Calendar that made me hesitate to invest the time into trying to use it, but i'm sure they're working on making it more functional and able to integrate more seamlessly with notion databases (including calendar view databases).
@@slowcozykelly Thanks. I've been searching for something that can combine all my calendars and to-dos, and so far, Notion seems to be the one to beat. BUT ... there are small things that make me want to pull my hair out. Maybe I just haven't searched long and hard enough. I am loving the Notion learning curve and trying to figure out how to pull all the threads of my life together in one place, after decades of watching my world unwind, it now seems to have hope to come together again! and LOVE your list ideas here!
i actually have never used notion on a tablet, so i'm not sure! i imagine there might be small differences between the different platforms, but the button feature should still work? what happened when you tried to insert the button?
It's okay, there is a LOT going on in this video lmao! Which icon are you looking for?? If you're talking about the "top priorities of the day" section, type the /callout in Notion and you should be able to insert the lil boxes. It'll automatically give you a lil icon, but if you click the one they gave you, you should see a popup window with a bunch of other options you can choose from! You can scroll from the emoji tab to icons tab to see more minimal-looking options!
In the top right corner of any Notion page, click the three dots and you should see the option to choose between their 3 different fonts! (default, serif, and mono)
Your to-do list is about to get a huge upgrade 🌟 Let me know in a comment down below which to-do list system you're most interested in trying!

Out of all the Notion vids I’ve watched you’ve actually explained everything the most straightforward and relatable. Great job. Love these ideas.

Is there any way you can link the Notion calendar with the calendar that you post here?

there are any differences between notion on computer and on tablet? i can't copy a page in the buttons like you did😢
i actually have never used notion on a tablet, so i'm not sure! i imagine there might be small differences between the different platforms, but the button feature should still work? what happened when you tried to insert the button?
Im struggling finding the icon. How to type the icon like u did on ur focused daily dashboard? 😭
