on my macbook, you click the "fn" button and an emoji menu pops right up. scroll to the bottom of that menu and there's a bunch of cute lil text symbols including the hearts! ♡ if that doesn't work, you can also just google "cute text symbols" or "cute heart symbols" and copy/paste the ones you like into your notion page! (notion will be able to read them the same as typing letters/emojis, not like pasting in an image!)
