Contact me for additional information and to set up a exclusive safe showing of this Sailboat. Its currently located at the Pier 32 Marina in Chula Vista, San Diego, California. The Previous Owner spent close to 1 Million dollars on the re fit and 3 years working on the yacht before selling to the current owner who has now moved to Alaska. This is a beautiful 52' Cheoy Lee Motorsailer. Attention to detail was the rule in its recent complete refit. The boat features an open floor plan with a very high gloss varnish interior, LED lighting, a washer/dryer and granite countertops. The list of enhancements on the boat is incredible. The boat is LLC owned and ready to cruise.

What a gorgeous boat. I believe this is the first motor-sailor video of yours that I’ve seen. It’s an option I need to research more. Hoping to become a live-aboard.

The camera work made me seasick LOL.
I highly agree, the camera was zoomed in too tight and needed to be a little wider shot to keep your eyes from going goo goo... LOL also the camera movement needs to be slower. videos should take time and not be hurried.

Those foldable table leafs probably can't be folded or unfolded with people sitting on the settee. The V berth is useless at sea, except for storage. Washer/dryer combos mostly don't work.The queen berth is laid out so the person on the outside must get up every thime the person on the inside needs to do so. Twin diesels on a motorsailor? What's the range?
Not made for offshore sailing maybe sitting at the dock that what is for too high class not a real sailing vessel things will fly off the counters.

You're obviously inexperienced in buying yachts! Such videos hardly ever give the price in the promo-video. It is indeed standard practice. Anyone who has the money calls the broker directly.

With Yachts, the price usually drops about 2-5K per month until sold unless it's a happy "Liveaboard" in which case they let it sit on the market at THEIR list price until sold (typically they don't sell at all until someone dies or a disaster happens)... You can find these leaky teak's unkept for under 100k but you're going to spend easily another 100-150k in parts/slip/yard fees (in Mexico), and 1-2years to get them into the shape shown here.

Hottest expedition class on the market for obvious reasons. Hard to imagine that vessel has ever even seen water let alone is in fact in the salt. Wow!

I see a lot of complaining about your presentation and other than a camera angle here and there, (try to remember to pan up a little a few times), I think you do a great job. Serious buyers are not going to submit an offer or do anything on this caliber of boat without first meeting with you for a full tour, a possible short trip out to open water and back and at least one or even two professional inspections. So again I think you're doing a great job and even filming the boats taking the time to edit and post them to youtube shows me your dedication to selling these craft...

She's a three bedroom, two bath house, plus two Diesel trucks that can sail you anywhere in the world. Go price a few beach houses in Huntington and you'll have to ask why you don't need to add another zero.
@@draykeblack Ya, and it was built in 1980. Look up prices of similarly sized boats, like Amel, Beneteau, etc, and they were built like in 2010 or around that time.
And no, dont come back with 2 diesels, that doesnt mean anything.
