That's relative. For some people, yes, and for some people, no. I got in for free from the Priority Pass membership that comes with my Chase Sapphire Reserve card. I would pay to get into any lounge.

First, if you haven’t done so already, go to your Chase Sapphire Reserve account under the benefits sections and activate your "Complimentary Airport Lounge Access". It will take approximately 6 days for the activate to go through. Once it does they will send you a Priority Pass card in the mail in about 2 weeks that will get you access. If you don’t want to wait 2 weeks you can just download the Priority Pass phone app that should have your card in it once your account is activated. I hope this helps.

Well if u travel through Eithad Airways they have shower facilities all over the abu Dhabi international airport free of cost but unfortunately not in Doha Hamad International Airport you have to pay for AL Maha service which is a bummer 😕. I always have traveled with Eithad because after 13+ hour flight I do need a shower 🚿 but it would be nice if Doha airport would offer this amenity
That is nice. Rule thumb. In the US = centurion | everywhere else = priority pass. Us pp lounges lack

Don't let that stop you. I've visited 29 countries and the only language I speak is English. That hasn't caused me any issue so far.
