Strongly recommend using a 90° angle cable to plug into that so it won't be jutting out from the back of your mixer... Because I can see that inadvertently getting bumped into or snapped off in the inevitable moving that happens behind the booth. Also, if these are strictly for monitoring purposes It kind of seems like you're really splitting hairs about the audio quality... All you want it to do is help you keep your next track in time more than anything as opposed to being audiophile good... Lastly.... It's an awesome deal for anybody who can pick one up for free (none if us regular Joe's)...but $229 This is in no shape form or fashion a budget unit bro.... That's quite overpriced And especially so because there are plenty of other options for $100 or less that does just as well or better.
