- Hey, Friends! Welcome back to the channel!
It's been a few years since the build came to life, and we've accumulated a lot of new subscribers since then! I figured I'd provide this throwback video showing how all of the madness came to be! What better way to post the 100th video than to look back on how it all started!? Holy crap, 100 videos! That's crazy to even say! We've come a long way and I'm so grateful and appreciative for the support you have all given me! You guys continue to inspire me to keep doing what I'm doing. I really hope you guys enjoy the content I put out and I hope it inspires you guys to get out on track too!
In this video you'll see how the EG came to be! I put this thing together in a matter of months during that time the world stopped (COVID). Yes, that's my Girlfriend helping me build the Civic! I am forever grateful for her and watching these old videos of us really got me in my feels, lol. We too have come a long way! Anyway, hope ya'll enjoy!

@@bvspeed your welcome,my EG is more of a street car but only drive it to car meets & shows,it's got a SiR B16A JDM motor,the only upgrades I did was I take manifold,feul rail,motor mounts,mishimoto radiator and hoses,new wheels Gram lights with Toyo R1R 225/45/15's

Thank you! Much appreciated. I was trying something new. It was compressed air in a can turned upside down while spraying. I’d definitely recommend using dry ice instead lol.

14:53 The Most V8 engine with four cylinder...but it still the beast tho even four cylinder in straight way but can't keep up with awd track car unless you upgrade it to awd too..
Haha, I wasn’t in front of those GT500’s for too long. I’ve driven those cars before and they are very capable cars! Suuuuper powerful and handle very well.

Just bought my first project car 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately it’s an automatic, but Im going to manual swap it whenever I have the money. Upgraded my suspension and doing regular fixing on it.
It’s a 95 integra, clapped out but I got it for $1300 lol. Only spent like $1500 on it but most likely will spend a good bit more.
You’ll get there! I’ve converted auto cars before. You’ll be fine!

What you use to paint the inside of your eg ? Looks like you brushed it on
Yup, you saw that right! It’s POR-15 urethane coating. Self leveling and super durable. Not as visually aesthetic as applying via spray, but it’s a track car so I dont really care too much.

Hey bro great work. Got a question? Brother has an rsx he upgraded his trans to lsd. It driven good for awhile. Now once you start and put it in gear it dies. My guess is trans issue that he did. Is that right.
Oof, that’s an interesting issue. The transmission (or the internals) itself wouldn’t have anything to do with that problem. I’d check shifter cables and make sure they aren’t hitting anything that causes the car to shut off. Or maybe even around the shifter area. Obviously something he touched during the removal and install of the transmission.
did you use spray paint for the interior or brushed only?
It was brush on for the entire interior. POR-15 urethane
How long did it take from beginning to end to buold it? Awesome car by the way.
Thank you! It was built when everything was basically shut down for Covid. It took me roughly 7-8 months to complete.
Anyone know what that pad is called that he put down for the pedals?? Also what is used to coat the frame?
The heel plate is made by Racebred Components.
Interior coating is POR-15 urethane.

Front is stock integra 21mm I believe. Rear is Progress 22mm.

I use dry ice in pellets and leave it on the tar panels for about 10 mins. The video looked like a spray. Curious.
Compressed air in a can turned upside down! Honestly, the dry ice pellets would be more efficient.
