Congrats man! I know how much blood, swear, tears, and money have gone into getting where you are. That engine sputter is a bit worrisome, I had something very similar under high load on my EK before the engine let go. Never got to pin point it but I was pretty certain that it had to do with the ignition system.

Im planning on doing some days at USAir pretty soon here with my EF hatch. It looks like it should be an absolute blast. Its pretty affordable for a single day and seems like a good way to dip my toes into track days.

Do you have to turn off stabilization on your gopro? I've noticed on a track day I went to, with mine on, the view moves whenever I took turns on track.

Brake boost delete.. full exhaust, something better than oem suspension, i ran eibachs sport suspension and it handled great at road America! And tires!! Definitly tires help! Maybe some aero.. I also upgraded my cams and had a very mild tune… was the best time ever!

To be positive, that's a Top 10 finish first time out and lots & lots data gained. Perhaps Too much grip for that stock axle ? 255/40 Bridgestones and 3* neg Camber: lawd have mercy☺️ those weren't the tires bawling, that was those axles screaming bloody murder. Happy you guys made it thru with no significant damage. I imagine Charlie already thinking about machining NACA ducts on the drive home😂🤣

Is there any schemtaic or blueprint for the cage and the work done on the interior such as what parts of the inner body seams to remove? Id like to buy them or request a downloadable version so i can do the same with my TSX this year. I finaly have the funds available to build a project car for the first time and im buying another TSX. Id like to gut and cage mine the way you guys did and shoot for a max effort NA build

Nice install, but there is absolutely no reason to loop your heater hoses like that, it's best to keep them plugged off. There's already a bypass built into the thermostat housing, which is why the coolant still flows properly with the heater off. By looping the heater hoses that way, all you are doing is giving the hot coolant a path to bypass the radiator and go right back into the engine uncooled. There's a reason the thermostat has a disc on the back to block off the bypass when it's open. There are also good reasons why Hondas and many other cars have a valve that shuts off the coolant flow to the heater whenever it's not on.
