Always enjoy watching these less-scripted and exploration-type videos. Hope to see more of this stuff!
Hi Phil, interesting video of a train ride going to Waterfall. My most memorable trip to Waterfall was back in the 1960's. It was a school outing. We caught an electric train to Sutherland, then motor train from there to Waterfall. Back in those days, Waterfall was quite a small place. Anyway, take care. Rob in Melbourne Australia.
El Jannah is always 👌
so true bro
Thank you so much. As much as I would love to move back to Sydney during this awfully warm summer in SE QLD, it'll have to wait until late 2024/early '25.
Great video buddy happy Saturday afternoon and happy weekend and I enjoy your channel
the tangara entered service between 1988 and 1995.
Thank you, Phil for a) Wanting to do something interesting on a rainy day off, and b) Wanting all your loyal subscribers to join you on your escapades. Is your gardening job full-time, and do you get paid if you can't work because of bad weather?
Really enjoyable Phil. Nice job - thanks.

Does the metro use the same tracks as the other trains?
As in same gauge? If so then yes :)
The Metro and Sydney Trains do not share the same rails
@@sydneytrainsvlogs why don't they share the same rails?
@@Djr67 Because the metro is automated and Sydney trains is not. The trains are also different sizes and Sydney trains doors would not align with the platform screen doors on the metro platforms
@@LetsgoMelbourneStorm yes I understand all that, I know the metro platforms are different, but why don't they use the same rails since its all standard gauge?
Is their aim to convert the whole Sydney system to Metro?
No
Why terminate at Rhodes ? Nothing there. No stabling and no major interchange. 🏳🌈
