I'm doing this meal plan now. I cant believe how good the food is. Yes portions are smaller than my usual meals but the purpose of this plan for me is to lose weight. And I have several keto cookies and Casein powder to compensate if I need anything in between.
This is a wonderful option for me. I added a microwave to my service van.
Food quality on all the meals I've had in keto plan are above excellent. Feel like I'm eating at nice restaurants or better in most cases....
Thank you I just place my order trying to loose weight and get ripped I'm a truck driver and all the food on the road is trash have a refrig and microwave in my big rig so I'm exited
Try Evolve food it’s literally the same except cheaper with a million more options. It’s still expensive but I think a meal there normally goes for about 8 to 12
How has the weight loss been using this food service?
Was the meal filling ? I mean, is it good enough to keep you full till the next meal? I have a moderate appetite i-e I neither require too much or too less food to fill myself up. Will be grateful for your response.

👍 I'd like to see how much there is of it on a regular plate. Like, just a plain white Corelle plate. Most people know how big that is to compare the amount you're purchasing. I really don't care about the packaging. Too many people focus on that with these boxes. If you live near where they're sending it from it might not be that big of a deal but it takes a while to get to me. Every box I got this summer was a disaster, so if I get anything from now on food wise, I'm only going to get it during the cool weather months. People like me living in the South and far away from any distribution areas NEED the sturdier, better packaging. I have a dumpster a short distance to walk from where I live and I don't have to do recycling. Here it'ss not an option anyway. I believe these companies should give people a choice. There were so many meal kits I could not eat this summer for more than 6 weeks before I got anything that DIDN'T arrive warm. That's a long time to go without eating considering I had already gone many months since February not leaving my house. If people are that concerned about the packaging they should not order these things. Because it's not just the packaging it's all the fuel involved to get it to you too. I care about the environment but I'm not ridiculous about it and you have to take all things into consideration. Hungryroot is the first one I've tried that all their boxes made it to me with the ice still frozen except for one box and what was odd about that is it was the one that supposedly got here faster than the other three. They have good packaging. I've tried a few after watching your videos, and use your promo codes, so thank you 🙂 you do a good job.
We can definitely keep in mind to put these pre-made options on a plate! We like to show the meal in its original packaging without us making it look "nice" so people know what they're REALLY going to get :) and it's not us making it like an advertisement for the food box.

Fresh and lean is freshly EXPENSIVE 😂
It's the quantity for the price, is what kills most of these services. A "meal" for me is like 3 of those meals. If I priced it out to what I need calorie wise, it would cost a fortune comparably. It's not worth the payment just for taking the guesswork out of simple meal prep.
The meals are ment for to you to be healthy and eat the right amount if you can eat three of those in one setting you have a eating disorder my friend
@@WokeMichigan That doesn't necessarily mean they have eating disorder. "The right amount" is subjective. They could simply be burning a lot of calories each day through work or exercise which would require a higher intake of calories in order to actually be healthy. For an individual that does zero to a little bit of exercise each week I agree with you. Otherwise, I agree with Ryan that this could potentially cost a fortune for someone who easily burns 1000+ calories 4-5 times a week such as myself.

Not really keto tho, almost all the meals are 15g -23g of carbs per meal that’s crazy high. I shoot for like 6g a day
What about the portion? I'm 6'3" and 320lbs and want to get down to 250.. think I'd be too hungry doing this?
In my opinion, they are fairly small servings if you have a large appetite. While learning to control portion sizes is something I've been working on, with these I did sometimes feel the need to add on a side salad or something similar. Not bad for a fast option, but I had better luck with the Green Chef keto meals on the days I felt up to cooking! Better portion sizes, in my experience, but still helped me with weight loss.
I do not cook. Never have really been into it. I need to lose weight. Like 80 pounds of fat. I feel like this may be the solution for me. Has anyone lost weight using a system like this?

You might want to check out BistroMD and Diet-To-Go. Both are geared specifically towards weight loss and dieting.

You have to choose at least 5 days, you don't choose your meals aaand the meal is tiny. Surely wouldn't fill my husbands tummy. Big deal breakers. I guess if you don't know how to cook, is single, likes every single food that exists and has a stomach the size of a tennis ball then yes
