- Very long time didn’t have a lamb kebabs, so I decided to make one, cold snowing weather has some kebabs that warm my heart and stomach, hope everyone enjoys the video and stay safe, peace.

Looks very delicious. But it must be made with actually young lamb, and not a goat to avoid the gamiest taste. An Uzbek guy who was married to a Uighur woman, told me that in Xinjiang they also sometimes add egg and flour to the marinade to create a "binder" to make meat stay more tender.
