Hi Liz & Shellie, Welcome back, I have missed you both!!!!! I continue to love watching and listening to your channel. You guys are awesome. Love seeing all your WIPS and finishes. The stockings are fantastic. Love, love, love all the haul. Such WONDERFUL eye candy. Thanks ladies, please keep doing your you tube channel......God's blessings be upon you both. I'm a born-again believer also, and it is so nice to see all the scriptural cross-stitch charts that are on the market. Thank you for sharing them. Be bless.....Alberta from Southern, MD......😇😇😇
Loved the montage at the beginning of the video. Liz, I'm right there with you nd the hot! I do not "glisten," like the southern women. I have missed you both very much. So glad you are back and had such wonderful times.
SOOOOOOO good to see you again!! I sent my husband on a 2 hour errand run so I could watch your video without ear buds, because I knew my ears would fall off if I tried to keep them in that long! LOL! I loved hearing about your adventures and seeing your massive HAUL. Shellie, your hand finishing is gorgeous and gives me a little courage to try things other than pin pillows. Liz, I would love for you to share your color conversion for the Create Every Day freebie by TKogut - I really liked the prim shades and also the conversions that Shellie used on her freebies. Thanks for mentioning Melissa (Pinker 'n' Punkin) I have stitched a LOT of her saltbox houses and love every one more than the last one. She is so generous to share all her charts with us. I hope you both have a wonderful week, get all that haul put into your stash, and stitch, Stitch, STITCH!!! xoxo
I sure missed your faces!! Oh, Liz, I can do relate. I am hot all the time!! And I hate it! I sleep with a fan/air purifier all year round. I loved this long video, I watched it stitching over 2 days. Thanks for sharing your goodies!! ❤
So wonderful to see the both of you!! Sounds like you girls have had a lot of fun!! Liz I feel for you with the heat and hot flashes. By the way. With your eye for color you are going to make a great quilter!! Your blocks are beautiful. Shelly, I am also doing Pam’s SAL. This is in memory of my mom and her sister that both past away from breast cancer. This has brought back so much emotion for me as well. I lost my mom when I was 19. Stitching has always been so therapeutic for me. I am thankful for Pam to bring this SAL to my attention. I knew I have always wanted to do something in their memory. And this pattern is perfect. Keepsakes was so kind. I talked with Steph and told her that I wanted more of a prim look. I was so pleased with the colors they sent. CC Wild Berries and Rose Petal. I am stitching on Lori Holt 25 count Lugana Farmhouse over one. I am so pleased with the way it looks. I wish I could give you a hug I understand your pain. I think you girls have the best haul!! Thank you for sharing!! ❤
Loved having you back on my screen. Loved your Makers Moment this week. Like Liz, I frequently play with the colours of a chart, rarely is there at least a single colour changes... alot of times I just look at the pic and then choose from stash lol. As I end my flosstube each time " March to the beat of your own drum, it's where the magic happens". Keep up the magic ladies (n hi from NZ lol)
Love you. Love you. Love you. So glad that you are back! I've been watching the Floss Bossin Cousins and The Pink Stitchers, now to run over and see Hand Made by SarahW. Thanks for sharing your haul and gifts. Loved your Makers Moment.
Hi ladies 🩷🍓 Wonderful flosstube today!! The Crafty Ewe is my LNS, you were in my neighborhood...I also have the Spurgeon devotional ✝️. Lovely stitching/eye candy, until next time, happy stitching 🪡🧵
Well you Gals know how to get out and have Fun. Those square in a square blocks turned out Great! That hanky box had me drooling and all of the other goodness was fabulous. Thanks for a great video. Be Well
My husband and son work together outside, the heat doesn't phase them at all. I, on the other hand, have enough heat going on with menopause I don't even like to open the door to the outside, lol.
I just love watching you two beautiful ladies. You joy of stitching beams through and inspires me to get my stitching out. Having lost my mother recently I love the idea of the courage sampler. Thank you for sharing your time, talents and joy with us floss tube viewers.
Oh, Shellie, thank you for letting me know your floss colors on the sunbonnet girl. I asked on Instagram but I knew you would share here on your video. I really appreciate it. Great floss tube. I watched it and loved it all, girls. You're the best.
Big hugs to you Shellie regarding the losses of your fathers! ❤ My husband’s dad also passed away in 1974, only 11 months after our wedding, so I understand that pain. I love your way to commemorate them in your stitching. Liz, I ordered the TK Wisdom pattern at the retreat and have received it. I love that sentiment as well and really love those colors. We could do a start along, if you’d like! Just let me know. Shellie, that cutter quilt was well-loved! Enjoyed watching your epic video…took a few sittings! See you soon! ❤
Thank you both for a lovely video. Liz I feel your heat pain , we are only at 27c here in the UK but I am melting and feel so sticky. Shellie amazing finishes. I worked along while I enjoyed my visit. After 38 years of teaching midwives I am leaving the University at the end of August. I have so many things I want to do. I have pulled out a tablecloth that my mum was embroidering and it has all the floss still with it so I am finishing this in her memory (I think it must be 50 years old) . I have a local quilt shop so I am signing up to learn to quilt (never thought I would ever say that). I have dusted my trusty sewing machine ready for a service/clean. Never mind the cross stitch designs I have kitted up. I think I am making sure that I keep busy but I am getting so excited to finally have time to just stitch. Looking forward to the next visit with you- love the long videos. Happy stitching.
So happy to have a new video from you! You both are a joy to watch, and I am always enabled by some beautiful thing you have stitched. Today it was the Patriotic Pin Roll by Liz. Love that little stitch!❤ Shellie, I think you might have missed the strings that hold the perch on your Crocette a Gogo freebie. It is so cute though! I have that printed off and in the wings to stitch- it will probably come out sooner now that I’ve seen yours. Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents with us. Love you both!
Liz! I love the floss colors you chose for Teresa Kogut’s create. I tried and tried to get the floss names to replicate but I can’t see them all on screen. Could you list them here for us? I already got Lily Pad, River Rock, Teal Frost, Whiskey and Cognac. THANKS 😊
Shellie I started crying with you. So many people in our family have had cancer. Some have made it through and some have passed from it. My cousin is currently fighting breast cancer. I thought of doing the project but thought it is so hard. I get so upset. God has blessed my family with those who have made it. Maybe I will try to do it. I will have to get color fast thread as ill be crying all over the piece. I love watching you both and love the hauls! Thanks for the laughing. I wish I'd known Liz was at Hobby House! It's our local shop. The greek restaurant on the other side of the parking lot is awesome. My sister and I meet up at the shop and then go to eat! Hugs and God bless!
So glad to see you both! We have all missed you, but I am happy that you both had wonderful vacations! The Maker’s Moment was great! My husband, who is a graphic artist says that my stitching is true art! Liz, nice that you got to visit Hobby House, and also The Crafty Ewe, which is my LNS! It was so wonderful seeing and meeting both of you at Stitch-Con! I was surprised that you showed my floss drops with the butterfly! i didn’t know how much you love butterflies! I loved seeing all of the haul and also the antiques that you found! The quilts were amazing! Liz, the Shepard’s Bush stockings were so cool to see! It’s fun to see the difference that the fabric count makes! They are beautiful! Loved your smalls made while you were vacationing Shellie! All in all, a great video! I hardly noticed that it was over 2 hrs. It was all so wonderful! Liz, stay in the AC and stitch!
So nice to have you both back! Loved the long video and all the goodies. Liz, I’m like you with the hot weather, I’ll take fall and winter thank you 😉. We’re from New England but five years ago we moved to Hilton Head SC, where it’s gorgeous but the summer months aren’t only hot, they’re humid 💦🥵But that’s part of what makes it as pretty as it is. So you can imagine me down here hibernating inside with the air conditioning during the hot months. Reverse of how us Northener’s hibernate in the winter 😂.
So fun arw your videos. All the goodies. When you go to St Louis I want to meet you there. I live 3 hours from St Louis. I was at Stitch con A abd and didn't get a chance to meet you ladies.
Great video! Love all of the goodies you received & purchased. Stitch Con sounds like a blast. I'm with you Liz, I hate Summer! Just way too uncomfortable with the heat & humidity. You won't see me outside when it's above 80 degrees! Marilyn
I’m stitching on a Margeret McKee sampler and the most I followed the design but instead of doing a lot of fill in on the bottom I’m adding my own design and stitching it freehand and just going with it.
Love❤️love❤️love all your whips and finishes they are awesome l. So glad your both back on here. We missed your presence and you make us laugh ❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊
This was my first time watching you ladies, and it will be the first of many! So many wonderful projects and I love what you shared about being artists. Happy Stitching!❤
Hello Girls It’s so lovely to see you both, we’ve missed you and your laughter and smiles. I so love watching your video’s, the work you do is gorgeous, and your friendship makes my heart smile. Wonderful feature film! Love the friendship between you two. The tools from Am are fantastic what a talented girl. Nice job Liz on your quilt squares. Have a wonderful week.
Gosh, sure did miss you! The dog needed a break...but I didn't. Your tears over the Courage Sampler really touched me. I actually had done a wee bit of a head start on it when my best friend from college passed away from cancer. She is with the Lord but I just haven't been able to pick it up since. Fortunately, I think the term, "Share-a-long" is a good one and I will start again as soon as I can. Thank you for all the wonderful sharing. You are both so special and kind. Your stitchy sister.
I feel your pain Shelly, I am sitting here watching your video on (July 7) and I am a mess with you! I lost my Mom to Breast Cancer On July 4, 1995 and today would have been her Birthday. She died 3 days before her 50th Birthday. she has been gone for 28 years. It blows my mind that it has been that many years. I think I have to find that cross stitch chart and stitch it in honor of her. Love you both and enjoy your video's! I love that you both keep it real and are so down to earth! Sending big hugs to you!! ❤❤
❤🎉❤welcome back ladies! So good to see your video today. Glad you both had great vacations and we all need time to recoup, renew and revamp our bodies and our minds. Shellie, I am so glad you enjoyed your trip to my little corner of the world! Creative Needle Arts is my LNS! And yes, those walls of beautiful threads are a sight to behold! Love your maker’s moment❤. I was so touched by your segment of the Courage SAL. I just lost my Daddy this past October to colon and kidney cancer. He suffered for almost 19 years, but oh what a fighter he was! He was my rock and my hero and I definitely want to stitch this in his memory. With that being said, is Keepsakes the only place to get the pattern? I enjoyed seeing both of your beautiful stitching and your haul!! Thank you ladies!
It took me 3 days, but I watched all of it. Lol. I missed you in 2 ways. First, I was at Stitchcon B, I was soooo disappointed when I watched your last video, and you said you were going to A weekend. 😢 Then I have been waiting for this video to hear about all your adventures. It was great and well worth the wait. God bless you, my friends, I hope to meet you in person someday. ❤
LOL, I just told my hubby I don't have the patience for watching movies any more...then here I go watching this feature film LOL....just love visiting with you two!! Thanks for sharing friends!! Hugs from NE Ohio.
Hi girls… happy to see my hometown Atlantic City represented in your handkerchief box❤️.. Shelly please provide information for your shop.. I would love to check it out.. Blessings to you both and your families… I do have a question.. I am attending my first retreat.. what are your suggestions in what I can bring to pass out to everyone..😊
So glad you are back!!! I have missed your smiling faces. I am going to do the Courage chart as well - my mom is a breast cancer survivor and was just told she has colon cancer. Thanks for sharing everything you did over while you were away.
Would you believe that I was in Gulf Shores in January and a week later I discovered FlossTube? So sad I missed out on a great LNS! Guess that just means I have to go back. Welcome back to you both, best feature film I’ve watched in a while!
So many wonderful goodies, once again! It was the first time I saw HATS Matilde pattern, will be hunting for it, would love to stitch it as that's my daughter name!
Ladies you need to let me know when you come to Saint Louis! I would love to meet y’all. If you are wanting a specific fabric let me know and I can run out there and get it and send it to you! Love the Colour and Cotton Shop!! 20 minutes from my home
Your makers moment hit home for me. As soon we got our offer accepted on the house we are buying one of my first thoughts was what projects I wanted to display. I can’t wait to see my art on display in our new home.
I'm almost breathless having watched all that you shared, Shellie and Liz. Thank you! Glad you both have been having a delightful summer and are spreading so much joy! Big smile.
Shellie and Liz, it was so AMAZING to meet you and Kari at Stitch-Con! The looks on your faces as you went through the laces and linens was priceless, however, when I pulled out those quilt tops, my joy was overflowing!!! I will be honest. The second you started talking about the age of the quilts and the stitching (y’all, she can tell if a seam was stitched by a treadle machine or an electric one, and how old was the electric machine😮😮😮!!) … when you started talking about those things, I wavered… for about three seconds. I knew then and am still as convicted now, that I made the right decision. Those things deserve a better life than a plastic storage tub. And I knew you and Kari were the ones to do it!! It means more to me than the items themselves… I’ll be waiting for that foundation paper piecing tutorial from you guys!! Loved watching the movie, and I’m looking forward to seeing you again soon!!
It was great to see you both. I’m doing a year of samplers and smalls too!! It was just going to be a year of samplers, but I did a few smalls and decided I needed to do them. I hope I’m quick enough to get something from your shop Shellie 😊 Happy Stitching Girls! Olivia
Slow and steady!!!! Quilting takes way more concentration for me because I have issues with making things perfect. It is like having your first kid and stressing over everything. Hopefully I will reach the third kid point where not much stresses you at all anymore😂 Thanks for the inspiration and enabling from your quilting and stitching friend❤❤
So happy to see an update from you both. I enjoyed meeting you at StitchCon. I was blown away that Liz was actually familiar with my recent move and I very much appreciated the time Shellie spent chatting with me about hand quilting. I haven't had the time to try it yet but I look forward to using the tools she so kindly gifted me. I hope to see you both at StitchCon 2024!
Finally finished watching your video - I did it in stages LOL. Everything you both showed was gorgons that you showed. It sounds like you are having a wonderful summer.
Lucky You, Shellie ! That French Lap Frame took my breath away, it’s absolutely beautiful! And to display it like you suggested will be awesome, can’t wait to see it!!
Welcome back. Fun to spend time with you both and see your projects. Shellie, I thought of you this morning as I read Psalm 124. “Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and earth.” I was smiling - my own maker moment! Maker moments are the best.
So good to see you both back today. I was quilting so this feature film kept me company. Wonderful finishes, WIPs and haul. And go Liz - those points in your blocks are perfect. Happy stitching.
Welcome back! Missed you!

@@antiqueneedleworkers thank you! 💖
Love, love love this video. So much stitchy goodness!! Glad you are back!
So glad you're back! I really enjoy you two sweet ladies! Thank you for the jam packed video! Happy Stitching!
LOL, I just told my hubby I don't have the patience for watching movies any more...then here I go watching this feature film LOL....just love visiting with you two!! Thanks for sharing friends!! Hugs from NE Ohio.
Soooo good to see you again! Thanks for the fantastic video❤
I missed you girls! Didn’t seem like a long flosstube. Enjoyed every minute! So glad you’re back after good vacations/travels.
So so glad you are back! Wonderful time watching as usual. I always hate when it ends😁 Now I have to order more stitching LOL
What fun you two had! Wish you had been at Weekend B. Glad you got some beautiful linen and patterns to stitch.
So glad you are back!!! I have missed your smiling faces. I am going to do the Courage chart as well - my mom is a breast cancer survivor and was just told she has colon cancer. Thanks for sharing everything you did over while you were away.
Yay! Your back! Sounds like you both have had a marvelous time! Thankyou for sharing!
Would you believe that I was in Gulf Shores in January and a week later I discovered FlossTube? So sad I missed out on a great LNS! Guess that just means I have to go back. Welcome back to you both, best feature film I’ve watched in a while!
Amazing !!!!!!!!! Love the long ones. So happy to see you.
Bahahahahaha!!! Great haul💜missed you both, but sooo happy you’re enjoying summer , Denise
So glad for #14; you didn't disappoint! Glad you had a great time on your travels, and glad you are home again!
Your makers moment hit home for me. As soon we got our offer accepted on the house we are buying one of my first thoughts was what projects I wanted to display. I can’t wait to see my art on display in our new home.
Thank you what a Jam packed exciting episode, lucky us x enjoyed every drop x
Thank you for your sharing. Your spirits make me smile and bring me such joy. Thank you.
I'm almost breathless having watched all that you shared, Shellie and Liz. Thank you! Glad you both have been having a delightful summer and are spreading so much joy! Big smile.
Thank you for sharing💚 Can’t wait to see your TK Create finish, Liz! So awesome what you created while on vacation, Shellie! 💚Michele
Stitch-con looked fun. Love you two. Another floss woman is Post Muse. She is a mail carrier. She is very sweet, just like you two.
It was great to see you both. I’m doing a year of samplers and smalls too!! It was just going to be a year of samplers, but I did a few smalls and decided I needed to do them. I hope I’m quick enough to get something from your shop Shellie 😊 Happy Stitching Girls! Olivia
Yesss Liz, practice those quilty skills on Create Every Day! ❤️🌈 I’m planning to work on mine tomorrow!
Shellie your finishes are simply amazing 🤩
Glad to see y’all again! Awesome stuff as always! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️film
You ladies are such a joy! ❤
Great job ladies! You guys gave me so many ideas. Liz I am with you, bring on fall 💕🪡
You girls are the best! ❤️ Thank you for the kind shout out and for the positivity that you spread! 🥰
Finally finished watching your video - I did it in stages LOL. Everything you both showed was gorgons that you showed. It sounds like you are having a wonderful summer.
Welcome back! Loved your feature length film!
Oh my God you guys you are such enablers!!! Love your videos!
Feature Length Film Goodness! Love you ladies!
Lucky You, Shellie ! That French Lap Frame took my breath away, it’s absolutely beautiful! And to display it like you suggested will be awesome, can’t wait to see it!!
Loved watching every minute!❤ Glad you are back…you were missed!
