Kim Kristensen! Kim has become somewhat of a leadership guru. His take on the topic has been acclaimed worldwide. Kim has a background as professional officer taking responsibility for soldiers in international missions in the Balkans and Afghanistan. Kim now serves as the Master of Ceremonies to Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark. We are very excited for him to share his ideas on leadership November 1 at TEDxArendal2019. I am inspired by Kim Kristensen particularly because I know what he has been through. He has spent all the time anyone could imagine, in the field, at war, leading soldiers on dangerous missions. He knows what he is talking about; not from reading books, but from doing it and being a leader under the most difficult and stressful circumstances. He is not a professor; he is a doer, and this talk shows that at every sentence.
