I know this is an old video but a really good recommendation is NOT take out the video of "what's next" in the three last seconds !! When I heard the sound of "3, 2, 1..." that's when I look forward next exercise and the small video is gonne!!
It would be SO helpful if you could number the videos. It’s incredibly confusing trying to figure out which one is first, second, third…etc. Please consider doing this!
This split routine is amazing it has help get my middle splits but if i continue i will get my full splits Thanks Daniela suarez u really helped me ❤❤❤❤

hii, you have 3 or more Videos for Splits that go 15min… i’ve been doing the Hip Flexibility Routine and then i saw that you have more videos.. which one should i follow to get my Splits… i am verrryyy inflexible
Love your videos, thank you! ❤ I have tried the 3 of them back to back today for total of 50 mins. Built up a good sweat so definitely feeling it! I've never been flexible at all, and im 35, so I'm hoping these do the trick! Do you need to do all 3? Or just vary them, so 1 a day for the 28 days?
Rather late, so you probably already know😅 But I think it's meant to be always one Video for a week, If you Stretch twice a day you can vary a bit ans choose the other one regarding your individual needs
@@daniela_szar I tried to do it without the band, and it was very painful, but I did not give up and I reached the limit over again. Thank you for the advice. I will try to do it and practice more flexibility exercises. 💕

I started working on my flexibility 2 days ago, really looking forward to achieve my splits😭

How long did this take you to do the middle splits?
I have my dance auditions in February and I’ve been doing these everyday noticing the improvement even tho I’m not there yet :)

I've been working on this for 8 days now. I don't feel like I'm making any progress. I'll keep at it, but its frustrating!
ETA: Breakthrough! I was able to put my left leg completely to the floor in my left front splits today!! Not there yet, but that was improvement!

Use a resistance band to help you slowly stretch the legs and unbend the knees! It comes with gaining flexibility:)
