railway and ssc are time taking exams 3-4 years.. but once you join there life becomes very good in all terms.. but bank are worst place to work even if you that get job in 1 year . life becomes hell if you come here thinking that you are joining any govt. sector.. because bank job is not a govt job and work life balance is worst in bank.

Mental pressure and Harrassment, no leaves, all time work, Saturdays and sundays too many times. On top of that huge public as customers but also need to fulfil profit targets like opening zero balance accounts can make you achieve targets. With increase in Digitization from customers end this same didn't happen to the working side as every thing from vouchers to loan Documents to taking photos during inspection is still the same physical paper no Digitization there. All in all a mountain of work but not enough time even if you work all your life.

Fact yahi hai bank ki job bahut stress ful ho gai hai....sab se jada haal officer ke....aab yaah fact bolna negativity nahi hai...q pvt bank employees sucide nahi karta psu bank q kar raha hai.....
Private bank employee can change job.join another company.but psu canot
After completed 8 years of job in bank i can say that banking job is worst u can get in all aspects until you are willing to work voluntarily.

1. Defence.
2.Doctor.

You said what is correct but today younger generation needs to grow faster which is very less in govt banks people who are mostly younger generation who are having good opportunities can move forward with other opportunities but in banks we will have some pressure to handle which younger generation is unable to handle the pressure
One more thing leave is also one of the obstacle in banks where you need in emergency it’s not that much sure of getting leave
What is saying is not at all true in banks we have to face the pressure and handle the pressure major is customer complaints which is increasing day by day as customer is having so many opportunities and competition is also major hurdles so banks are having lot of pressure
