Why did I resign after 13 years?

Thanks for your overwhelming support of my decision to resign from Bank.

Sir I am presently working in sbi as officer and have 5 years of banking experience. My uncle(father's brother) is living in Perth Australia from last 30 years and he always ask me to come there but because my parents never wanted me to go abroad i never gave a thought about it but after working in sbi I am seriously thinking about moving abroad because work culture is toxic. I have no relocation issue because my uncle is there but I don't know how to get a job in Australia and I don't want to work in retail banking anymore. Please help me.

KULDEP JI I AM ASHWINI NAYAK HAVING EXPERIENCE more than 10 year in govt bank and presently working as branch manager( senior manager ),but i am not satisfied in the job as there is no life balance it ,personal life health is drastically affected...i want to switchover my job in public sector navarata companies so is there any job for banker having experience .i have done MBA marketing pass out in 2007

Sir mai 11 saal se bank of Baroda me job kr rhi hu mera inter zonal transfer ho gya hai aur life ekdum hell ho gyi hai...too much toxic culture too much pressure and very bad atmosphere in the bank..i am scale 2 working as a Credit manager...now i hv become very much frustrated... sirf lagta hai salary hi hai aur life me kuch bhi nhi ...i am thinking to join icici or hdfc bank in my home town...and will also prepare for State government exams....Pls guide me what should i do.....???
