Hi hope ur good and safe... It was a nice video in a very simple way you have explained the hardships. Just one point could be added that when due to expectations we start taking promotion at certain point due to the stess of that position we realise that was it necessary to do so. The pressure is so much that the clerical staffs are not at all willing to take promotion.

My relative was working as bank PO he goes to office at 9am and returns at 9pm so he left and joined as a high school teacher with less salary .

My frnd is on IT sector from 3 years. N now he earn 80k per month and he has work life bal .. better then bank .... And one of my other frnd preparing for bank exam.since 2 years and he is stuck depressed ...

Too much positivity in this video. Having worked in both IT and PSB, I can confidently say that IT jobs are much much better than PSBs. Bank Managers are nothing more than glorified salesman these days. If you are ready to sacrifice your family life and are willing to climb the promotion ladder with little to no self respect, then yes, you are the best candidate for a bank job.

I have been working in bank for the last 5 years and I will tell you.. this guy is like another person in our family who tells everything positively.. I have been working for on an average 12 hours till this day and am living for holidays and weekends.. just reached home at 10.30 Today also.. fu***ng life.. please don't join Indian Bank jobs.. please try for a simple job.. am trying for a jump very badly after clearing the liabilities.. please don't join bank job in india.. please

@@HelloPenguinYT haan bhai mai dekh chuka hua... if you are extremely good at coding then then also it will take 5 years to reach sbi po level... by the time sbi po will be promoted to Branch head with 20+ ctc.. if you are not good at coding or marketing you are of no use in private sector..

what stability are you talking about??? what is the growth prospect in PSB?
Except SBI there is nothing stable govt is adamant for privatising PSB , growth opportunities are there but nowadays preference are given to those who perform better in third party products (insurance , policies etc),core banking is sidelined and yes don't think that PSB is govt job ,even if they are don't know for how long they are start behaving like private industry and any illeterate idiot can misbehave with you and you can't do a thing about it....
Or you can follow a rule ( Bane raho pagla Kam karega agla) then you can enjoy working here ,but if by any chance you are a hardworker then...u figure out yourself..(BOB OFFICER)

In railways a newly recruited goods guard can earn more than 55k.
Unfortunately, we can't count on them. It's not a every year recruiting board.

Just prepare for Sbi ja and instead learn coding and get perfect in fluent public speaking English and communication skills kyunki bank job in future will be destroyed. Machines and Artificial intelligence robots will start working in banks. I'm telling the truth. Or you can prepare for Govt jobs. That too has no guarantee of sustainability

Bhai bank aur SSC ka koi compare nhi h. Ssc is a central govt job much better than any bank job. And ibps/sbi job is public sector undertakings not government job. And having much hectic work pressure. It's like target based job now.. higher authorities treatment towards you is inhuman..no matter you live or die they only want targets to be completed. I am getting mentally ready to quit my ibps po job before Diwali 2022.

Bankers are just salesman... Nothing else. Though there is money in this industry, there is no peace. Every night you have to go to bed thinking of where will you get your next client for your Target... You have to sell Life insurance, health Insurance, MF and all other things...
