railway and ssc are time taking exams 3-4 years.. but once you join there life becomes very good in all terms.. but bank are worst place to work even if you that get job in 1 year . life becomes hell if you come here thinking that you are joining any govt. sector.. because bank job is not a govt job and work life balance is worst in bank.
Bank job nice to listen. But I have worst experience. It's better to be a street vendor
Banking job is worst job of the world as per 12 years experienced as a sbi officer.
Boss Bank job is not easy...If you are not getting any job go for it...who is guy...He knows nothing....if 95% of employees will say dont come here ..Then there is serious problem in that job...clerk job is okay...Officers are slaves of top managent..i am working as Officer
i don't think those who say about high workload are lying, i know 3 bank officers working in public sector banks for more than 5 years, and they also say the same.
After completed 8 years of job in bank i can say that banking job is worst u can get in all aspects until you are willing to work voluntarily.
i also feel like resigning from the post of junior associate in sbi yha p itna workload h bhut zyaada koi bhi brnch esi nhi h jha aap khush reh sko

Mental peace is not banking sector worst department
Mental pressure and Harrassment, no leaves, all time work, Saturdays and sundays too many times. On top of that huge public as customers but also need to fulfil profit targets like opening zero balance accounts can make you achieve targets. With increase in Digitization from customers end this same didn't happen to the working side as every thing from vouchers to loan Documents to taking photos during inspection is still the same physical paper no Digitization there. All in all a mountain of work but not enough time even if you work all your life.
I have been working in SBI for 2 years as clerk. Preparing for SSC. Want to leave SBI.
I'm working as a PO in a Public Sector Bank for last 1.5 years.
I'm a MBA finance Student from top B school... joined South Indian Bank 4 month back as PO really all my friends in MNC are happy than us working in banking....Target pressure no work life balance boring fucking worst everything

Fact yahi hai bank ki job bahut stress ful ho gai hai....sab se jada haal officer ke....aab yaah fact bolna negativity nahi hai...q pvt bank employees sucide nahi karta psu bank q kar raha hai.....

Never need to include Bank job in dream job list. In my opinion the list of dream job should be like this type
