Working as clerk in a bank,my honest suggestion is don't go for bank if you are sensitive this sector is so cruel you will regret after joining for sure

Bro u r right,but middle class boy whose father earn 15k monthly,,this is the only option we have,, neither we have capital to start a business nor any better qualification rather than a middle class degree which has no value,,and we can't go to higher studies,, there is a proverb "भुखे को सूखी रोटी भी रूमाली रोटी लगती है"मैं आपसे सहमत हूं लेकिन कोई बेहतर विकल्प नहीं है भाई एक लड़के के लिए जिसके एक नौकरी पर उसका पूरा परिवार आंख लगा बैठा। है ,,सरकारी नौकरी वो रोटी है जिसको हमलोग देखकर पेट भरते है
Who told you this is the only option? This is the worst option, why dont you go with ssc and other exams ?
@@siddharthsharma214ssc mai success rate and time required aur jyada h bhai. Competition bhi jyada h usme . 50-70% posts same students hi lete rehte baar baar .
And no future scope.

he is true. srif marketing mind wale logu ko hi bank me jana chie. Bank is not about account opening and cash handling , bank becomes a marketing platform. Jaise market me shopkeeper k dimag mein hmesha yhi rhta h ki profit kaise kre yhi bank mein hoti hai .
I saw a video in the morning that was very negative about bank job.But after a few hours I am watching this masterpiece really motivational.

In banking salary is govt type and work and pressure is private job type and customers will give respect but ur own staff and seniors will never appreciate your work and also never will they help you out and the pressure of achieving targets is huge...and in bank u cannot maintain your work and personal life...u will mostly be in professional life

Disclaimer- you will be respected more in semi urban and rural areas. In urban you will be respected only by the owner as they know bank will credit their rent directly to them .

Arey bhai Sales field ka socho phir...My husband has been working with a renowned PSU bank for the last 9 years till date, & he's now at Scale 3 position,,aur main Sales & Marketing field mein hoon...I know the exact sales target wala pressure, kya hota hain actually target pressure...Our everyday starts with a business target, months after months, month starts with a new target & month ends on a new target to meet...Boss shabashi kam gali zyada dete hain...Every job has its own pros and cons...Every job is respectable...Socho India mein jobs market ki kya haal hain now-a-days...Excess numbers of unemployment & extensively competitive job market...
