Hello. I work in the medical profession for 8-12 hour-long shifts. I'm just a single fellow, and I often make batches of recipes of yours for my meal breaks. Sometimes small bites of delicious comforting food is better that chunks of fast food garbage. I worked in pharmacy for years and we were always rushing with barely anytime to eat. If you’re going to eat it might as well be worth it. I agree the recipes here are delicious!
