You need very little yarn for these. Basically scraps for the flowers and about 5 grams of the base colour. But ultimately it will depend on the yarn and hook size you are using.

In the top corner of the video is a gear icon ⚙️ Click on the ⚙️ and scroll down to playback speed. Click on the speed that suits you, perhaps 0.25x? You might need to turn down the volume because the sound will be slowed as well.
