What a guy that customer. My hats off to you sir. It's the little things. I fix wrecked cars but never hear one word how good I did but let a customer complain. Lol. Sometimes they dont even know how to work the interior lights because I turn them off to prevent killing the battery

Since his pool house is kind of a replica of his main house I think you need to build him a mailbox out at the curb that is a replica of the pool house. 😉🎺

Alex is an amazing carpenter, and his crew are fortunate to be working for and under someone who is so skilled, in hopes of teaching them some of things he's done and learned over the years.
It IS nice for folks to look after the contractors who are there working on your home. I recall a couple years back we had a sewer line on our road break and me and someone a few doors down both had it seep back up into our basements. I was NOT a happy camper to say the least. My dad knows a guy who owns a company that specializes in restoration after flood, smoke, etc. The day they came, I'd also just had spinal surgery the previous week, so I literally was of NO help whatsoever. It would have taken me months to do what these fine young gents had done in a day. As the saying goes, I guess that's why they get paid the big bucks, lol!

I used it in the very beginning and didn’t have good success with it🙆♂️

Can you cut the roof where the dormers provide sunlight?
I can not… the dormers do not line up with the rooms below! It would be nice to have that option 🎺

They were built later that day! It looks funny without them doesn’t it?🙆♂️
