Yes its 45 degree from reference line. You can also take 30, 45, 60 or 135 degree.

It's 60⁰ with the horizontal or xy reference line.
Actually if you look at the angle from vertical then the angle would be 30°
But if you see it from the horizontal line then it is 60°
