    We have an amazing leg related workout for you today, a 15 Minute Hip Dip Workout!
    These exercises are great for those looking for an easier workout but after doing it all together will give you a good burn! This will help shape the muscle on your quads, booty, and work out your hips as well!

    I love your videos! I have severe arthritis in my knees, but I'm too young for replacements. So a lot of these I can't do 🥺 but I still watch you just to get motivated 😁

    I totally enjoy all your workouts. The third set with music is great. Maybe a bell for transitioning would reduce need to look at the video

    I have sciatica lower back issues this looks like it might kind of hurt my back do you recommend trying this for finding a different workout for my tight hips if you have another suggestion I'd love to hear it cuz I do follow you guys I love your workouts

    Hi Mere - GREAT WORKOUT!! Please tell me what is the best way to engage all possible lower body muscles while exercising. Is it to flex the foot or to point. For example I will will naturally flex my foot with rainbow legs but point my foot when doing squat2leglift.

    Love your videos, but getting down on the floor is hard for me. Would love more videos that work all body parts without getting down on the floor.

      Me too -- especially ones without burpees, push ups and sit-ups.

    Hi!! What do these exercises do to our hips, widen or narrow them? I ask because I need to widen it a bit, I have a hole in my hip that bothers me and I want them to look even 🥰
