    Everything you do I try and its amazing! I always wanted to "only" eat fruits and vegis, but it felt weird along with my family and friends! Since I am in oz and left all my family and friends and I am here with kids and husband I am succeeding and it's awesome! I feel so good!
    Thank you

    I just made this juice. Its amazing, you really just taste the tomato and beet and the beet makes it really sweet which for me is a problem with some juices coming out a bit bland. So far the only juices I had liked were mostly fruit, first only veggie success!
    Thank you Kristina loving this!

  • @fullyrawkristina8586
    @fullyrawkristina8586 12 років тому +2

    Lia, you definitely want to use a juicer for this one if you can. Otherwise, it will come out to be very pulpy and not smooth. The juicer extracts the fiber, so it's a liquid. :) There are tons of great affordable options out there, and I recommend the ones mentioned in the video or in my essentials video on the Rawfully Organic Channel.

    Those that make the comment that removing the fiber is a bad idea. There are two types of fiber, soluble and insoluble , while the insoluble is removed the soluble still gets through and is very healthy. secondly there is nothing wrong with blending up your veggies and drinking them and getting extra fiber that way. anyone can do both methods and both have their advantages. cheers - juice on!

      I added that + Worcestershire sauce and vodka with a Tajin rim, on the rocks... Cheers!

    I used to do this! Make sure to get a "nut milk bag" to filter it! First put it through a strainer, then the nut milk bag. More work, but still works just fine :)

    Can not wait to try this, I use to love V8, i haven't drank it in years. I use to use it for soup base also, I will try using this Raw version in recipes. Thanks

    Hi Kristina. Thanks for the video. Doesn't straining the juice remove all the fibre? Is this a preference that I could just maybe strain a portion of it. I don;t want to waste fibre if ya know what i mean. thx

      Simply the act of putting fruit in a blender or juicer brings it one step closer to a more quickly, more easily metabolized simple sugar.

      Putting it in the juicer alone removes all the fiber. If you want to keep the fiber, put it in a blender and make a smoothie.

    I saw someone comment on your glowing skin, I believe that great color is from a diet high in raw fruits and vegetables. I noticed great skin color when I ate whole foods plant based for about 3 months, and it was something that I had never done before. It went away when I stopped eating so much raw fruits and vegetables, so I can see hat it improves skin color!!! Great! Thanks for this recipe, it has inspired me to try this, but I don't strain mine. However, I'm not going to criticize you if that's how you love yours! Whatever you're doing is working!

    Where do you get all of these huge glass jars? They're perfect! And the straws that are long enough to fit them too?

      Mina Nazari Buy preservative jars aka Mason Jars, you can find sometimes at the supermarket, as for the glass straws ive found them at the dollar shop.
