I had this tent . It is a great tent for the money. I live in Yuma Arizona and I live in it for 6 months in the mountains, it really took a beating but took it and asked for more .. I would recommend this tent to anyone on a budget or just to keep in the truck for when shtf type it's a great tent and yes 3 queen size air mattresses will fit plus some gear

What size tarp would you recommend to put under?
How did it do in wind? I use spike nail & was thinking maybe use the ground screws.

I’m using this tent tomorrow for the first time but the only person I’ll have with me for set up is my 6-year-old daughter. Our friends aren’t coming until the next day. I was nervous about putting this tent up but your video helped my confidence so much! I’m going to bring a few tarps and lay them out underneath. Thanks again, this was awesome!

I recently got this tent. I put two queen air mattresses in it. The screened porch comes in handy as i can still cook my breakfast on my big burner in the rain. I had a lantern and a strong fan and it was great. Its seriously like being in your bedroom. ..im going to spray some wd40 on it soon.

It does look like a nice tent. The only observation I would make is during the sped up parts you need the theme from Benny Hill playing. But, that's just my twisted mind. Great video.

I appreciate the in - depth way you explain everything and show the inside of this tent. I just got one today, and, like to go camping in my back yard. Am definitely going to be waterproofing it further before I do camp out in it. Am wondering if you know how long I should let it stay up for because I like to camp a couple of nights, and, go back inside my house for a few nights. Then, I will return to the tent for a couple of nights/days. Am wondering about the time because I know how the sun can cause the fabric to break down over time. Is there any way to help delay that from happening ? I appreciate your advice.

    • @InTheFieldWithSarge

I had this thing go through a wicked storm at port crescent state park(MI). We had a heavy downpour and 50+mph winds. And only a few drops got in, It’s a great tent for $100. The only thing it needs is a floor vent for airflow, but its not that bad honestly.

Great question thank you Amy. I hope you have a big enough area to set it up lol. I don't have any actual experience setting this tent up inside a house but I think its doable. if the house is still under construction you might get away with tacking it to the floor. It should be able to free stand once all the poles are in place without any issues and the tie downs won't be needed as theirs no wind. Let me know how it works out im interested
