Thanks I just bought one of these and I was having a hard time trying to put on the rain fly the instructions are not very good in that bag on how to put the rain fly on so thank you very much
Tried putting this thing away today as we were in a hurry to pack up our campsite. Could not figure out how to roll it up tight enough. After reading your reply to someone else, I'll have to give it another try.
I've learned that you have to take the time to push the air out of them as you roll them up. Seems to help a lot. The packing bag comes with an extra zipper on the bottom, to give you a little extra room.
We are camping this weekend with our new tent and this video was very helpful. I have watched several videos on this particular tent and this one has been the most detailed in terms of how exactly it goes up and is taken down. Well done. Salamat po!!
@@woodchucktruks thanks!! We just got back and our camping trip with the new tent was a success 😁👍. The weather being beautiful helped a lot too. Kind regards :).
And there you have it. LOL Seems like you can never get them back in the back they come in, however... I have one nearly identical. After years of camping, and a little practice, the bag seems to have ample room for the tent. If you purchased this tent, I think you should have many camping trips of enjoyment with it. In my opinion, Ozark Trail tents seem the same quality as the other name brands at a fair price. I've had numerous tents new and used. They all can last time or be ruined in short order if you're too rough with them. And all tents will have their advantages and disadvantages. That's what camping is all about... Ozark Trail
We had it and returned the rain fly didn't cover properly and didn't seem to be sized correctly but I did like the size of tent and the screen room in front too bad
I have the old brown/gold and red generation of this tent and have an oversized duffel as the tent bag. Do you think this generation tent would fit in if?
I've got both Coleman and Ozark Trail tents. Bought both used and new. They both have good points and bad points. One thing I can recommend, is don't try to force the poles through the gussets. They WILL tear. I got one used that already has that problem, but assembling it with care around the hole in the gusset, I don't think I'll have a bit of an issue. They are made of rip stop material, so I don't see the bad spot getting out of hand any time soon...
so for anyone getting this tent, get another bag about the same size for repacking. It's a nightmare to fit back in the original bag. I just use that bag for the main tent and another one the same size for everything else and it's soo much easier to pack up.

Can’t wait to use my tent. Your video was the BEST presentation ever. After watching this I know I can do this. I’m 75.
Love my tent is pretty big
Thank you for your video. The only video showing how to take this tent down.👍
awesome job.

I just did it and was shocked I made the box square again

That is an informative video and well choreographed. Hope you have as wonderful camping trips as I've had.

I love to hit the roof of the tent when it rains. The noise is so satisfying when it flys off.

Ozark Trail
Nice tent review ❣️
Wondering what the measurements for the porch are to get a tarp for that space. Anyone have any ideas? 🤔
I just purchased this tent what size tarp did u use to set your tent on
All I had was a couple 20 x 10 cheep tarps. Considering I rake the area the tent is going to sit on first, it's smooth enough.
We had it and returned the rain fly didn't cover properly and didn't seem to be sized correctly but I did like the size of tent and the screen room in front too bad

Great vid!! 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿
What size was the blue tarp you guys used for underneath the tent ?
I want to know also
Is there a floor in the tent? The camera skipped when you were at that stage
Just the tent
Theres no floor??
@@Beardedwondermf yeah there's a floor
will you recommend Ozark or Coleman>?
I personally prefer the Coleman weathermaster but the Ozark Trail is very good option also and cheaper with decent waterproofing..

The tent bag is extendable
I hate putting this tent back in the bag you literally have to make it perfect
You have to unzipp all doors and windows before folding the tent so the air can free easily .. And extend the tent bag.

I balled my up and stuck in the truck. I can never get nothing back in the bag
That’s every tent
