  • A Day at Friars woods, Baking break in the Boundless Voyage Titanium Mess kit, I used the Bushcraft Essentials XL Titanium Stove but also had a fire.
I curved a fire stick and took much longer then i should but it was a enjoyable job to do and had a walk around the woods.

Enjoyed that, Dave. Soup and bread was a good choice. Can't beat a dunk!
Liking the firestick. The only firestick us humans need. Not the one that plugs into a TV that is full of bilsh.

Cheers mate, makes a change having soup and bread as i seem to eat a lot of bacon when out in the woods lol, i got a bit carried away with the fire stick but looks good.

Nice one David 👌 even a tin of soup and hand made bread cakes is enough to encourage anyone to get out and cook it in the woods and Relax with a brew or two 🙌☕🍞🪓🔥👍 And the Beard Trimmed I see 😏👌

Thanks mate yes I like to trim the beards every now and them as it does grow pretty quick and it is nice not to struggle with food in the beard lol, A bit of soup and making some bread is all very easy and a bit of fun in the woods.

Thanks for sharing David. I've wondered what those American bisucits are, maybe you could try doing the American biscuits and gravy meal. I'm sure our friends across the water would love that.

Had no issue with the sound. I filter water at home and out. Yes Lifestraw is pretty good. I have a Sawyer mini too.

Hi mark, yes I have used lots of waterfilters over the year and they all work pretty well, sorry about the sound most people found it ok but i did have the chainsaw in the background which did not help.
      Thanks
      David

Hello David friars, them pouches have been a great help, big quality for less money tbh. Have you checked out modern woolfare in the macclesfield market, he's a woolen handmade man that is ex army and works in hobby clothing to do with wool and bushcraft clothing, quality handmade goods he works in a slightly different industry than you but I'm sure he is capable of bodging and handmaking many different sorts of products.
