Mike could have been a rocket scientist but I’m glad he chose to build cars instead. He never rushes or cuts corners, the sign of a true craftsman. Can’t wait to see what’s happening next!
Big Steve's editing and filming are the best! It helps to have a good attist to record as the contact is very educational as well as entertaining! I am glad to have found this content so many years ago. Mike you are the greatest talent in the car world and we love what you do and are addicted to your videos! 😂
@@simonevans343don't worry about an auto-correct mistake ....I thought it was hilarious , that's why I was making fun of myself. Mike has more talent and self confidence than I'll ever have.
Just wanted to try this out messaging you ! I love your work and that you don't take and just settle for work that isn't to the highest standards. I was always taught that you do it right or not at all ! Too many people just would leave it and say it's good enough. If you want to be the best you can be you'll always go to the end of yourr abilities. YOU DO THAT ! It's always great to watch others and see how they do things and, we all do it different ! You'll always have my thumbs up. Thanks for taking your time to make your videos !
Watching your video and you were talking about the door panels made out of wood, a couple of months ago my brother-in-law which he is a upholsterer came by my little shop and asked me if I could do the interior panels for a 1950 jaguar unfortunately they found it in eBay And when they were going to purchase the panels, someone had already bought them so I don’t know the story but they found the panels in a junkyard somewhere and they were all rotted out, twisted, broken and not usable so he asked me if I could build all the panels Including the ones the around the windows, the doors, the post between the doors, etc. etc. they wanted them built out of walnut. Well I refinish furniture repair antiques but I have never never done anything like this and he asked me if I could do this in a week, I could not stop laughing a week it’ll take me a week just plane the wood down to thickness for each panel. This work took me out of my comfort zone and was quite challenging. A lot of times just thinking which tools in my shop I could use to do the work many times using several of my tools in my woodworking shop, it took me about two months to get everything from start to finish, including sanding and finishing the Wood. Everything came out perfect, now I think I can do just about anything. In my little woodworking shop. I always look forward to your videos, and I always click on thumbs 👍.
Prob never be the same - I love the raw no BS footage . Mike is no ‘actor’ - he is the REAL deal craftsman Anyway, first time he said Stop fkin around MF it be banned 🚀 Keep it that way

If It's Sunday It Has To Be Bello's time, Better than going to church here we gather in the comfort of our home , Chill and relax to the teachings of one of the Great Maestros , Thanks and gratitud to the 3 Amigos, Mike Carapila and Big Steve, Greetings from the little pueblito Ciudad De Mexico, Enjoy your Sunday to all the Compas
Damn mike you always impress me I'm going to be 63 year old in a few weeks and if I had the money I would pay you to be your aprintace and work with you I worked in body shops as a painter for 40+ years and never seen anyone that can do what you do it's a joy to watch you work every move you make counts for something. Your friend Rick from Louisiana
Just blows my mind what Mike is capable of - I remember shaving the handles on my 1967 MK2 Cortina when I was 17 back in 1980 Great Job on the camera as always Steve Let’s do lunch 👀
Man and people wonder about the hours spent on the little details. This just shows how much work goes into the stuff you never see. A Sunday in the church of Bello's.
Love watching this guy work his magic on these old hot rods .. he don't sand around and tell you what he's going to do he just does no figuring it out just gets the job done .. a ture craftsman...
If it wasn't a custom before , it damn sure is now ! I see some custom wiring coming pretty soon too . Body work and paint are probably a year away , but it's a solid driver now . I think the 35 Chevy Coupe was a one year only car ? Another great job by Mike and the crew at Bellos Kustoms
Awesome engineering Mike on the handle and window mechanism! Big Steve, thanks for the response this week and let Mike know if he needs anything to let me know. Great video my friend.
I really enjoyed Bellos custom because he shows us the process from start to finish The conventional program shows us the problem and then they jump back and it’s done I thoroughly enjoyed the step-by-step by a skilled craftsman Bellows representative, true, custom shop No fake TV
Always a pleasure to watch Mr Mike Bellos flexing his metal fabrication skills, while talking some locochon smack, & getting it done!! Cheers for the smooth vid Big Steve, love yer work bro!!
Yo Big Steve nice work on covering a true Chingon Mike thank you for the Learning on the Doors and the group was down Lokochon Thanks El Viejo Loco En Yucatan TCOMITY
Very cool.... People have no idea how long it takes to build cool cars like that. And when you tell them how much $$ it will cost they freak out. You may want to build a guard of some sort so the owner doesn't accidentally knock the handle with his foot rollin down the highway. With suicide doors that could be a problem. Nice work, keep them coming....
At 76 I still am amazed that there are people out there that can craft these cars. With the cars being produced today will there be anyone that will be able to make anything attractive out of all the bland generic cars and so much plastic and aluminum.
Always been a fan of the 35 and 36 Chevys. I have two 36 Chevy Sedan Deliverys myself. Both run 350 chevy , one with a 700 r 4 and the other S10 5 speed . Enjoy the videos. Great work.
Hello Mike. I follow you from Europe, I live in France and Spain.... I like what you do and especially your enthusiasm and your passion for a job well done. and what's more, you have talent and taste 🤩👌 don't change anything and congratulations to your team! Frank

As always nuthin but Perfection Mike. You amaze me with your talent and as always I look forward to your next video. Big Steve keep up the great work 💪🏽#Tadow#tusabes!!!
I like to keep the strikers on the door too ... put the solinoids in the quarters ... put a pull down wire out the floor with a fake bolt head on it for emergency opener ... put a pull down knob on the inside quarter panel incase you lose power while your inside ... use negative ground relays so you can hide buttons anywhere you want them ... in the mirrors ... inside door trim ... what ever ... have to keep in mind your pulls don't pull forward or your doors will fly open in a crash ... unless ofcourse you have cool suicide doors ... another cool video ...
If you would have put nutserts in that piece of wood, on the door, then you could have used flat head countersunk screws to hold it to the panel. What happens if you close the door and leave the window up. can't wait to see this when its finished, it going to Bad Ass.
Enjoy watching the videos. Having a husband that is a gear head can be tough, but over the last 35 years I ha e learnt how to do body work, mechanical engine builds, difference in motor sizes and also how to paint vehicles too. I really enjoy watching there is always a mike trick that I get to file in my mental encyclopedia. Thanks Mike
This will be very helpful to me as I re-do the '33 Chev 4 door sedan I built back in the early 80s (chopped and filled roof). I too deleted the vent windows (front and back) as I think the number of vertical lines should be minimized. A/C makes this a viable choice. On the front doors I went with electric motors. I need to re-think these as the geometry changes I made are not quite right. Very clever how you retained the essential part of the wood and stock window actuator covering that with nicely beaded sheet metal. I should try to emulate parts of that. I will be re-watching this episode many times over.
Better be a one hour video after making me wait two weeks! hahah Ouuuuu! Got my T-shirt in the mail a few days ago. Hopefully it will make my calculations stringer in my garage
It’s great seeing you doing that like it’s easy man!! I hope you do more trucks from 1956 f100 or Chevy 3100 I have tow of them waiting to be inspired 😅
I have abandonment issues, and I got scared last week because I thought you guys left me. So I went into my garage and attempted work on my Foxbody, and realized I don't even have tools to change a fuse.
