I can't help but to think about how Rey wanted to defect to the Cam because "The Anarchs were doomed, they're not united enough." And I look at these couteries and dear god, the Anarchs at their worst look like a close knit family unit compared to how that blew up. Wow - what an amazing two seasons so far!
I almost wonder if Ray will end up going Cam as Kim go Anarch. She seems a little unhinged and if she keeps going on as she is she may go Sabot. Brawn rolled well with the punch but that was hard to see him fighting people he did not wish to. Coco is surprising me at how well she is fitting in with the Cam. I hope she go far I'm rooting for her.
Tbf, Anarchs doesn't have the luxury of power as the Camarilla, so they can't afford.... whatever this is. To put into perspective, this happened alot since the birth of the Camarilla, yet the institution still stands and still is the premier vampire sect, even through the second inquisition burning their havens and the brujah defection. So Ray is justified in wanting stability.
Of course he did. He looks as it as a way to regain what he lost. The problem is he won't even with the Camarilla. Cam may appear united but they are always politicking at jockeying for position. We have to remember that Kindred like all want the best advantage as they see it.
Honestly, it's why I can't help but love Camarilla games, for this very reason. Anarchs always tend to have have at least a binding principle among them, whereas Camarilla tend to have little in common but the hegemony they serve.
I love that Issacs's little break-in and a careless comment of "Yes, we're back" had such huge ripple effects. Just goes to show that in a society where secrets are so closely guarded that it is easy, and dangerous, to make assumptions when you only have a few pieces of the picture.
And if you needed a reminder why VTM is only for mature players, here it is. The horror of having your will stolen, the despair of reaching out for help only to have it snatched away by a false friend...every episode shouldn't be this hopeless, but every game needs this episode.
i think its really funny that issac did this One Thing that ended up destroying an entire coeterie without him ever meeting them, especially with how pleased he was with how he handled the warehouse situation. like there were fractures in this coeterie to begin with, but the mere existence of issac being the straw that broke the camels back is, while in context understandable, still so funny to me. he's probably in the bronx somewhere minding his business meanwhile all this is happening over a situation he thought he resolved flawlessly.
I belief Serif said her mothers name was Alicia, not Angela. In the second episode of this season he accidently swapped the 2 and when playing as argus called her Angela instead of Alicia.. Not suprising due to the fact Angela had being a pretty big character at this point.. Slip of words on his side.. Funny to see how it is gotta work out
@@gypsyg9612 I believe you are correct. I thought it was in season 2 where the confusion started. I seem to remember Coco referring to Alicia as Angela after the fight at the gallery. I think during a conversation with Rafferty about Argos?
This season finale confirmed to me what I already knew. Anarchs may be chaotic and unpredictable, but they value their companions and the bonds they form, for the most part. Camarilla is all smiles and preaching how much better than everyone else they are, then the knives under the polite veneer comes out and they act just as bad as their Beasts.
Yup but never have enough firepower to back it up. No Tremere or Hecata magic to make them scary. Hopefully Baron Temple can change that and turn California the Arsenal of Democracy.
To hear Issac being identified as a monster and 'it' is both so sad and so thrilling. Can't wait to see if Issac chooses to lean into this "monster" title their giving him or if he breaks all their expectations in another pathway
It's a brilliant misdirection when you think about it. The Camarilla is going to be spinning their wheels looking for a non-existent Sabbat Sect, while their target is a stone's throw away in some run-down brownstone, carving sculptures to pass the time.
Isaac is the most chill and polite fledgeling of the eight of them. Like, wot? Monster? Is the living definition of Autarkis nobility, beyond anarch sect
And his sire is so graceful as well. An elder willing to not scam a fledgeling, ofering Serif a bon with all honesty in exchange of her sire info, even if she didnt knew.
@@TheReal008Zulu exactly! like his clans powers definitely have the ability to take him down a road that can scare the cam into further thinking theirs sabbat running around NY while Issac is really just trying to parent his own group and live quietly. Alright, since I've unofficially become the gal who updates people in the UA-cam Comments.... OCT 2024 UPDATE: The filming of Season 3 in Q1 of 2024 had to be cancelled due to some substantial health issues on Jason's end; he got a bad case of covid which morphed into double-pneumonia. They spent the rest of the year trying to reschedule filming, but there were too many conflicts between all the actors. Jason has /implied/ that there is a new filming date scheduled for Season 3, but chose not to disclose when it was. (Probably doesn't want to risk another publicly-announced deadline getting missed again.) He also admitted that the project was a bit too ambitious (such a large cast), so Season 3 will be the final season of NYbN.
What Khalida did to Brawn was unforgivable. I have nothing against the actress and I think she plays her character perfectly well, just for the record.
@@VandalAudi Yes, it should be rewarded with a stake through the heart and a nice trip to somewhere very sunny, like all the wonderful Ventrue deserve.
Khaildia went full evil her and even embraced the evil laugh. I see this as an opportunity to have a player take a role as antagonist in a future season and I'm interested to see how it plays out.
I'd suggest that people look closely at the expressions on people's faces when re-watching. My favorite was the look of shock on Xander's face when Kiem said she was taking out her knives and stabbing the security people. The next best was the small smile on Cynthia's face when the room dropped into darkness.
I liked the look on CoCo's face right after that - Jason described the smell of blood everywhere and asked Kiem what her hunger was and she said "...four."
Damn, that was a insane ending to season 2, not surprised at the outcome for are Cam coterie though. Having a Ventrue and a Lasombra in same coterie is bound to have some conflict. I feel really feel bad for Brawn and I hope Khalida gets stacked and left for sun with her sire, Noura did an amazing job portraying how ruthless and downright diabolical a Ventrue can be. So hyped for season 3 and I am so hyped to see Coco and Issac and potentially thier sires interreacting, I need to see some interactions between the two founding clans of the Sabbat in season 3.
Damn Jason Carl is such a great storyteller. He is always rolling with the punches and thinking on his feet! The whole cast is top notch as well. What a good season !
Khalida and Coco organically emerging as rivals here is so perfect, especially considering their respective clans. Ventrue and Lasombra can never coexist for long.
News on Season 3 for everyone in the comments: According to an interview Jason gave in November, they were slated to finish post-production by Christmas of 2023, and season 3 could be expected to be out "at some point" in Q1 of 2024. Obviously, Q1 of 2024 is just about over now, and as far as I know, no one involved in it has said anything about it. So unless they are aiming to surprise everyone with an announcement in the next week-ish, it looks like its going to be delayed again to an unknown time. Edited to add: See my newer comment about the Oct 2024 status update.
@hannahg5479 question have you heard any new thing about season 3 of new york by night like when we might get more news or when it will be released becouse first quarter is over and still no news?
@@SvenTSexgore When it comes to Ventrue.....Victor Temple>Khalida. Now I remember times when he had to Dominate to stop a fight, but not what Khalida did...
@@JnEricsonx The undisputed baron of the Valley is not a fledgling, of course Victor has more power than Khalida, he’s been a kindred for decades. I think Khalida despite been younger is doing her best with what she has for now.
@@imxande6930 Victor Temple would have never had that situation happen to him in the first place. Rafferty fucked up several times in that meeting, Temple would have kept both Coteries together and still working in his own best intrests.
What a great finale! I like how each of them stood with their sire in the end, despite hints to the contrary prior. Huge props to Jason for switching so smoothly between the NPCs and managing the whole scene perfectly!
A great finale for a great season. That was a spectacular implosion. Excellent perfomances all around. I can´t wait for Season 3. All the mentions of the dreaded Black Hand were the cherry on the top.
So proud of Khalida for choosing to go full villain, and follow her sire. Never an easy choice to make, but it's hardly like Kiem or Coco ever proved themselves worthy of her trust, with their semi-constant antagonism. I just hope she hasn't signed her death warrant by not asking enough questions. We still don't know what those bones were all about, or why Rafferty was lying about them. The Anarchs were really great fun to watch, but ultimately this was a really strong Camarilla game, and I loved how pragmatic, and ruthlessly efficient the Camarilla were in comparison.
Ruthless yes even with no real reason and certainly not efficient, they were always unsure what to do and never agreed and didn't even tried to decide beforehand what direction to go... I'm astonished they survived
@@gudemik5335 They made some less than informed decisions towards the end of the campaign, and didn't examine their choices nearly enough, but that's being a recently released neonate. You get buffeted around by powers far greater than yourself, and either survive long enough to start making moves, or meet Final Death first. While the Anarchs were falling to pieces and making more work for themselves, and eventually, at the very end of the season finding a way to work together, the Camarilla Licks were getting to the heart of a conspiracy, kicking ass all over the city, and then exploded in spectacular fashion at the last hurdle, owing to their personal rivalries, and conflicting motivations.
@@projab Oh, the fact that none of them could trust each other at the end meant diminishing returns on what had previously been an efficient relationship, I definitely agree. But my God wasn't it fun to watch them explode at the very last bell?

This reveal of the possible return of Fiona and Suzanne from L.A By Night is something that I am personally looking forward to as the one shot episode with a younger Vannevar and Suzanne is my personal favourite episode of the entire series. I'm SO SAD for Brawn, sweet boy got his mind whammied and was too strong to submit to his sire. Khalida is certainly playing the long game. Rafferty is her sire, but I have a feeling she's killing him as soon as it's convenient. I wasn't that interested in this season at the start, really only started watching VTM at all for Aabria, but I CAN'T WAIT to see what comes next season. These worlds are gonna collide and the fireworks will be unmatched.
If I remember correctly, the initial plan was to have the Anarch coterie introduced season 1, the Camarilla coterie introduced season 2, and the two coteries clashing season 3. I think there's no Camarilla coterie anymore, so I guess it's yet another chronicle not going the way the ST planned, this time even before it starts.
Wow, just wow! This was by far my favourite episode of NYBN and probably my favourite one overall from LABN and NYBN! Hats off to the whole cast and fenomenal as always Jason Carl! : 3 I'm very sad that we have to wait for another season and who knows how long? :(
Dear Channel, I first starting playing "Vampire: The Masquerade" in 2000 as a Junior in High School. Since then, I have participated in countless Table Top and Minds Eye Theater games; I even did a stint with the official "Camarilla" around the time "Requiem" and the New WoD came out. I have spent the last week in utter rapture as I binge-watched every episode of both seasons of this Chronicle. First, I want to say that Jason Carl has single-handedly raised the bar for Story-Tellers EVERYWHERE! You are a master of your craft, Sir; and it is a pleasure to watch you propel the plot, drama, and action forward. I salute you and the only negative feeling I have is accepting the harsh reality that I will never get to play in one of your games. Second, I want to address each of the players; the recurring characters and the guest NPCs. There isn't a single one of you that stands out, because you ALL stand out! There isn't a bad player among you! All of your characters are interesting, your skills of improvisation are excellent, your portrayals have depth and layers, none of you METAGAME (the bane of all Character-Based RPGS), you all stay in character, your costumes and makeup amplify your performances, and I genuinely care about your struggles and dramatic arcs. Cheers to all of you as well, and likewise, the only negative emotion I have experienced watching your story is that I regret that I will never get to game with any of you, either. It is enough to watch. :) Please keep up the great work! Finally, I want to address all the folks behind the scenes. We don't get to see you on stage, but without you all there would be no stage, no set, no lights, no sound, no editing, and none of the other unspecified functions that make this whole thing happen... it's a big job. Your faces go unseen but your hands and hard work make it all come together. You deserve to be lauded as much as anyone else for this amazing work that you have all collaborated on and created together. I am looking forward to Season 3 and beyond! Probably should go check out what L.A. By Night is all about... :) Stay Majick Motherfuckers!
This has by far been my favorite episode of this chronicle. I can't stress enough how much I love this world the storytelling the acting man this is movie level stuff. So amazing
Sweet... Cain and the anti-fricken-daluvians. I was always atleast somewhat expecting a potential backstabbing, it's camarilla kindred, but that went from 1 to 5 to 10 and back down to 1 in a whiplash I was not expecting. Frankly I am on team CoCo and Renato, and was not expecting an anarch Tzimisce be the cause of the implosion. And now we must wait in rapturous silence to find out what happens next. Wonderful job Vamily, cannot begin to express my excitement for what is next
And honestly, I think Isaac doesn't give a fuck about whats left of the former Camarilla coterie. Unless he has to fight one. That would be interesting.
Wow! What an amazing episode. I rarely compliment Jason since so many already do but goodness. This session was a tough one for storytellers and he aced it! Damn near 4 separate personalities back to back 😮
My only wish with this series is to have had one more episode before everything went to hell. That group was so cool, and all the players were amazing. Now, we're never going to get them together again. 8 episodes don't give you time to have some fluff so the ending just smacks you right in the face and then the heart. Of course, if all 5 people weren't so damn great at their jobs it wouldn't hurt as much for it to end so kudos to all of them and the amazing guest stars. Season 3 has some big shoes to fill, and stab in the back, and dominate them, and leap out of buildings. Now I just have to count the too many days until Time For Chaos S2 launches on Glass Cannon to enjoy Noura's splendiferous gameplay.
As with video games, I find this rule holds true for actual-play TTRPGs: "if you're left wishing there was more because you had fun with what you had, it was long enough."
Well, that went down hard and in a very unexpected way. Last episode I thought the coterie finally came together, by turning against their sires. But when things get real, Khalida betrays her own coterie in favour of a sire she was the first to betray, selling him out to the prince at the first chance. And that after knowing Rafferty has been constantly mind-controlling her, also. I never liked Khalida but now I truly hate her. I'm glad Kiem made it out alive, and I hope she'll be safe with Simone. I'm so sad for Brawn, he took the right side and got his will taken away, and then was forced to follow basically his violators? He and his sire are in grave danger now, and they're both so nice. I like that Renato took a stance, though I wish he did it early and had really killed Rafferty. And so much for coterie. People have been criticizing the anarch coterie, but at least they're still a coterie, very much unlike this one. Really curious to see how S3 will go, since it was supposed to be "both coteries" but now there's only one anarch coteries (with a semi-traitor), some fugitive camarilla, one camarilla still in control, and a neutral semi-fugitive.
Bruh how is it that the "monster" that attacked Nigel's operation and stole his things was more pleasent than any of his fellow Camarilla. Man is having the absolute worst time.
Bravo to everyone involved on a fantastic finale! I think everyone played to their characters, and then the dice got involved. I don't envy Jason the task of knitting the fabric of S1/S2 into a coherent whole for S3, with the House of Heels fractured. I AM excited on possibly seeing Suzanne and Fiona - great characters. And since, as Noura pointed out, they have a sort of American Horror Story thing going on with casting Vannevar's demise doesn't mean we won't see Bryan Dechart. I'd love if they can get Luis to guest, too. He does seem to be keeping his TTRPG plate pretty full these days.
Thanks again Mr. Carl for another spectacular display of Storytelleing, and all my respect and admiration to the cast for their amazing performances. Can hardly wait for Season 3!
Kiem's behavior seems like it mimics the alternate clan bane and compulsion for Toreadors in the Sword of Caine book. I'm wondering if Bacalov, Isaac's sire is going to have known Amadeus, Kiem's sire... and if Amadeus and maybe even Kiem are or where Sabbat?
khalida is straigh up pure evil and i love it. The way her eye makeup accentuates her contacts and makes every micro expression she makes with the pop is *chef's kiss* Poor Brawn and Kiém. I have had a horrible feeling since the start that something like this would happen to them, especially Brawn.
I think it's only now that I got the feeling Khalida really is independent of daddy dearest, and is absolutely just playing him ("the long game"). What a viper, but good for her.
I must say that I enjoy the Devil's bargains that our esteemed GM is willing to offer and I applaud the player who takes them. I have no idea whether they are part of the new vampire rules system, since my own gaming experiences go way back to early 2000s, however they are amazing and add spice to the story telling. Thank you for this experience.
Devil's Bargain (Succeed at a Cost) is a V5 mechanic. If you fail a roll (usually for something dramatically appropriate) but you have at least 1 success in your pool, the ST can offer you a bargain...at a cost.
fantastic season finale, noura killed it with the villain laugh + villain moves against brawn and xander once again broke my heart! i really hope renato and coco manage to keep their new domain, and hope kiem gets safely to the anarchs! (not the prince. absolutely not the prince)
*coming back to add this in after seeing the rest of the episode: awesome job to all involved for this season and the previous of NYBN - cast, crew and extra kudos for Mr Carl as well for stepping up, as always, to helm ("helm" isn't really the right word, but I think folks know what I mean) what had to be a pretty surprising and chaotic episode and season - all things that make ya'lls production so exemplary. But after watching the LABN chronicle I wouldn't expect any less. :-) Definitely hooked me in and I'm very much looking forward to what comes next. As a side note - Bravo to the cast for keeping their poker faces - because I have to assume they were squirming in their seats when they heard this as well hehe - when Coco's sire mentioned something of a bombshell (not going to say anything specific in the interests of avoiding spoilers) relating to the previous LABN chronicle - I know my jaw dropped a little bit, though when he started to mention it I was actually expecting a different answer from him, but this one was pretty wild in its own right. Nice move Mr. Carl. 🙂 One last note - I think there's all kinds of irony in the way that this season concluded vs the first, given the "stereotypes" of the two sects lol But then again as they say, power can certainly corrupt and you never know quite just what form that can take, so... Again, thrilled and looking forward to find out more.
I'm at an impasse. On one hand I can finally sleep after binge watching this series for days. On another hand....nooooo!!! There aren't anymore updates. It's episode 3 of Arcane all over again.
I thought for a moment they would go for Daddy Dearest together then and there and then all just went to shit.... Fantastic Finale!!! Bravo to all!!! 😱🤩
By siding with Rafferty (even after he altered her memory) has Khalida signed her death warrant? Rafferty is on borrowed time, & now so too is Khalida.
As far was we know, Cat Costello only wanted the skull of the captain out of morbid curiosity, and that errand which Isaac fulfilled just made a bunch of fractures in a Camarilla conspiracy. Really loving the integration of the two stories between each other, wondering what it will come together as in S3
You know for all the high-minded erudite insults one can throw. Sometimes its the simplest approach that really hits. I felt Brawn's loathing in that f bomb.
Oh dear Jason really dropped the ball by getting Aleisha (Serif's mother) and Angela's (Isaac's ghoul) names mixed up in the first episode and not correcting it; its lead to a lot of confusion regarding identities.
@@dhreddedsick2849 I agree, it is a possibility. I don't buy that, though. I think it was a genuine error on Jason's part. The reason I say this is because, as far as we know, Serif's sire has never met Isaac or his ghouls, and the idea that he would just happen to pick a false name that just happened to be the same name as one of those ghouls, is way too much of a coincidence.
Yeah, but it's the kind of thing they might misremember. Like when Brawn said the "monster" had wings - like a dragon. Did any of the witnesses actually say that, or was Xander just realistically RPing Brawn's ability to retain details accurately?
@@ParticleZon Actually one of the witnesses did say that; the human that Coco drank described Isaac's bone spurs as being like the tips of a bat's wings.
I hope they chalk it up to Coco just "mishearing" or "misremembering" because it could actually be an incredibly interesting opportunity for characters to start linking "Argos and his companion" to the "Sabbat monster." It's like a game of telephone.
Do we have a release date for season 3? I was surprised by how completely the coterie shattered, can’t wait to see where it goes. And just as an aside, awesome illustration for just how under appreciated it is how next-level scary Lasombra are. I always thought the LABN coterie wasn’t intimidated enough by Aurora, and this was an awesome example why everyone should be. Tied for my top 3 (maybe 4) clans
My analysis: The first coterie caused chaos because of the nature of their characters. This coterie on the other hand caused chaos because they didn't understand the finer points of the plot. (That's forgivable, it is VTM afterall!)
Everyone acted their hearts out and were absolutely wonderful, what a spectaculous episode! KUDOS! Having said that, the Camarilla is absolutely awful. What a horrible, discouraging, frustrating and sad atmosphere...when betrayal and distrust unfold. I must say, I'm going back to 1st season to watch the Anarchs again just to get this bittersweet taste off.
How does Kiem keep digging up these feelings of personal betrayal? She's going to end up forcing them to destroy her because she twists everything into a conspiracy.
I'm pretty sure it has to do with Kiem's conviction to not be controlled by others, when she heard of conspiracy regarding Khalida and her sire and that they may have killed her sire, and then she was told immediately after that the other two visited their sires, the paranoia spread out towards everyone.
Just finished Season 2 and went back to rewatch LA by Night. I noticed that Jason Carl was smiling and sometimes laughing a whole lot more than in NY by Night. Just an observation, I hope he's having fun, it's crucial for the ST to have fun. I get that people and groups vibe differently, but it just seems like he is not having such a good time as he used to anymore. I sincerely hope I am wrong.

@@overscoresam948 God bless American.
But in all honesty that’s a pretty good description of all kindred.
@@overscoresam948California and arsenal are two words that don't belong in a sentence together, unfortunately 🤣
Unless those anarchs backstab each other.
Isaac is literally the nicest Tzimisci in existence.

(Probably doesn't want to risk another publicly-announced deadline getting missed again.)
He also admitted that the project was a bit too ambitious (such a large cast), so Season 3 will be the final season of NYbN.
thanks for letting us know !
I was wondering about the state of the project, so your post answers my questions. Thanks again.
What Khalida did to Brawn was unforgivable. I have nothing against the actress and I think she plays her character perfectly well, just for the record.
I sure hope Khalida gets away with it, being a Ventrue and acting like one should be rewarded.
@@VandalAudi Yes, it should be rewarded with a stake through the heart and a nice trip to somewhere very sunny, like all the wonderful Ventrue deserve.
@@pullfect you sound like a salty lasombra.
Khaildia went full evil her and even embraced the evil laugh. I see this as an opportunity to have a player take a role as antagonist in a future season and I'm interested to see how it plays out.
I did not see that coming. Dang!
Renato being associated with Stephen Lenoir is such a baller deep lore move I love it
41:00 When Kiem makes her move, I love that while Noura and Xander have jaw drop moments Cynthia maintains "it's a Wednesday" face.
Thank you. Been looking for an update.
Thanks I came back here to look for an update.
Thanks man! Are there any news you heard yet after 2-3 months?
@hannahg5479 question have you heard any new thing about season 3 of new york by night like when we might get more news or when it will be released becouse first quarter is over and still no news?
Jason: "You're going to use Forgetful Mind again? In just a few moments...?"
Me: "Poor guy's gonna get the brain scramblies"
Renato is the best sire confirmed.
Seems like. He didn't even have any hard feelings against Brawn-since he didn't hurt Coco, if he had....I think he'd have pulled him apart.
Glassjaw could still be in the running as well but, yeah, Renato did good by his childer.
The Anarchs were really great fun to watch, but ultimately this was a really strong Camarilla game, and I loved how pragmatic, and ruthlessly efficient the Camarilla were in comparison.
can't really say the cam were efficient when looking at the chaos in the end, but it was very fun to watch

Well Vamily the end of Season 2 of New York by Night has finally arrived and by the Dark Father that was one hell of an episode. I loved the character’s interactions with their Sires and how Glassjaw, Renato and Rafferty all want the best for their Childre but just have different ways of showing their “affection”. This reveal of the possible return of Fiona and Suzanne from L.A By Night is something that I am personally looking forward to as the one shot episode with a younger Vannevar and Suzanne is my personal favourite episode of the entire series. Also Cynthia plays Lucita de Arragon for the first time and it is incredible. Well Vamily we now await for season 3 which I believe will not be until 2023 so I will say this to your all of you fellow Kindred, have an excellent New Years and a Merry Christmas. Good Night.
Mr Sam Tealeaf Elder of the formally known Clan Cappadocian now the Hecata
Absolutely wonderful seeing the entire Season turn into a fight for Brawn's soul.
Ok, I love how Isaac is the BBEG roaming the bronx for the Cam Cotterie.
They not wrong tho
I cant wait to return to new york by night ❣️
I can't believe we've come to the end of a second season already.

Any news on season 3?
@@TheBaddermanI need to know as well, these two coteries are my favorite so far
@@enbyrogue3740 why do these UA-cam shows take so long to do?? It's insane.
Interesting plot twist, don't fail me Noura, play Khalida as ruthless as you could.
Right?! 👏
I was not prepared for this. Jason Carl is a masterful storyteller. I need Season 3 to satisfy my hunger!
Coco being the proper older sister is sooo awesome. I am my Brother's Keeper.
These worlds are gonna collide and the fireworks will be unmatched.
somewhere, Isaac sneezes
If I remember correctly, the initial plan was to have the Anarch coterie introduced season 1, the Camarilla coterie introduced season 2, and the two coteries clashing season 3.
I think there's no Camarilla coterie anymore, so I guess it's yet another chronicle not going the way the ST planned, this time even before it starts.
I've said it before but I'll say it again. I LOVE Noura as a Ventrue.
Good lord is she good at it! 🫰
Yikes....I've never seen a game self-destruct so fast. They couldn't even investigate the Tzimisce sighting, and that's a shame.
Wow, just wow! This was by far my favourite episode of NYBN and probably my favourite one overall from LABN and NYBN! Hats off to the whole cast and fenomenal as always Jason Carl! : 3
I'm very sad that we have to wait for another season and who knows how long? :(
Dear Channel,
I first starting playing "Vampire: The Masquerade" in 2000 as a Junior in High School.
Stay Majick Motherfuckers!
michelle went straight sicko mode this season I love it
I'm hype for where the story goes, I wasn't expecting the split.
This has by far been my favorite episode of this chronicle. I can't stress enough how much I love this world the storytelling the acting man this is movie level stuff. So amazing
Glass jaw is a real one when it comes to his childe
What an explosive ending to season 2! Fantastic roleplaying and Jason Carl is an outstanding storyteller as always.
It was fangtastic! Can’t wait to rewatch it
@@JnEricsonx I believe his statement is if they can kill me they will and if not they won't
Daaaaaamn! That episode was TENSO!
These are the kinds of stories we can freely and safely tell when we use safety tools at our tables! What a finale!!
Wow! What an amazing episode. I rarely compliment Jason since so many already do but goodness. This session was a tough one for storytellers and he aced it! Damn near 4 separate personalities back to back 😮
brawn in partial translucence is making me laugh
Maybe the real beast is the friends we made along the way
Well, that went down hard and in a very unexpected way.
I wonder if season 3 is even still going to happen…
Khalida playing all sides. Perfect Ventrue.
Ok amazing job all around! The drama! The suspense. The double triple backstabs! Can't wait to see whats next
Thanks again Mr. Carl for another spectacular display of Storytelleing, and all my respect and admiration to the cast for their amazing performances. Can hardly wait for Season 3!
Gonna be honest- totally expected most of this, I’m just glad to get the possibility of more Fiona. She’s wonderful and we love her
Kiem's behavior seems like it mimics the alternate clan bane and compulsion for Toreadors in the Sword of Caine book. I'm wondering if Bacalov, Isaac's sire is going to have known Amadeus, Kiem's sire... and if Amadeus and maybe even Kiem are or where Sabbat?
Xander was standout in this season, loved Brawn.
This has been a truly wonderful experience and I appreciate all involved for making it available to us
Need more... My beast craves it...
(Love this series and can't wait for the coterie and the shattered coterie to meet eachother.)
khalida is straigh up pure evil and i love it. The way her eye makeup accentuates her contacts and makes every micro expression she makes with the pop is *chef's kiss*
Poor Brawn and Kiém.
OMG Cynthia!!! YASSS QUEEN!!
Coco>Khalida. She didn't wanna hurt Brawn, and shit, she taught him a power.
So there it folks, just another day in kindred un-life. Thanks for another great season, looking forward to season 3.
fantastic season finale, noura killed it with the villain laugh + villain moves against brawn and xander once again broke my heart! i really hope renato and coco manage to keep their new domain, and hope kiem gets safely to the anarchs! (not the prince. absolutely not the prince)
Hoping for season 3!!!
Carl. 🙂
One last note - I think there's all kinds of irony in the way that this season concluded vs the first, given the "stereotypes" of the two sects lol But then again as they say, power can certainly corrupt and you never know quite just what form that can take, so... Again, thrilled and looking forward to find out more.
I'm at an impasse. On one hand I can finally sleep after binge watching this series for days. On another hand....nooooo!!! There aren't anymore updates. It's episode 3 of Arcane all over again.
Great episode, would have been a 10/10 if each time they say the word monster it would play a small clip of Isaac meticolously ironing his shirts.
Jason Carl story telling is awesome.
I sure hope so
As far was we know, Cat Costello only wanted the skull of the captain out of morbid curiosity, and that errand which Isaac fulfilled just made a bunch of fractures in a Camarilla conspiracy. Really loving the integration of the two stories between each other, wondering what it will come together as in S3
Hope there are many more cities to go..... This is awesome 👍😎
Oh man I can't wait for season 3!
This all needs another season
Happy Holidays and thank you for the memorable season
You know for all the high-minded erudite insults one can throw.
Sometimes its the simplest approach that really hits.
I felt Brawn's loathing in that f bomb.
i really enjoy new york by night cant wait for more!
OMG COCO gets everything wrong and SOMEHOW furthers the plot. She's amazing.
Oh dear Jason really dropped the ball by getting Aleisha (Serif's mother) and Angela's (Isaac's ghoul) names mixed up in the first episode and not correcting it; its lead to a lot of confusion regarding identities.
It is a possibility that Serifs sire just lied though…I mean he can’t be that stupid to say her name in front of everybody
Season 3 when? Holy shit this episode had me on the edge of my seat!
JC "May I make a suggestion" Can't wait to see where we find Kiem next season.
Best episode yet. Loved it.
I think I saw something on twitter that said 2023
I find it funny that the anarch Coterie ended their season still together but the camarilla Coterie is shattered makes you think doesn't it
My analysis: The first coterie caused chaos because of the nature of their characters.
Now my long wait for season 3 begins.
This went by too fast. Thank you very much for the season and ending is WOW. This is some story!
I was kind of hoping that Strauss was coming from LA, would love to see how him and Asling would react to eachother
When is this coming back it's been so loooong
Interesting how Suzanne is in torpor and is being brought over but Vannervar isnt, wonder if he met the final death.
Is "Mind Fuggery" the new official terminology for Dominate now? 🤔
How does Kiem keep digging up these feelings of personal betrayal? She's going to end up forcing them to destroy her because she twists everything into a conspiracy.
Yeah she didn’t really have a reason to hate on Coco or Brawn. Khalida, however, 100%.
I'm pretty sure it has to do with Kiem's conviction to not be controlled by others, when she heard of conspiracy regarding Khalida and her sire and that they may have killed her sire, and then she was told immediately after that the other two visited their sires, the paranoia spread out towards everyone.
Both seasons were very enjoyable to watch. Please let us know when the 3rd season is on the horizon.
