    I have the 70Hz phase issue at crossover frequency.

    bass is very hard to treat / get right. Cancellation, pressure issues happens to most rooms and hard to get fixed. Good bass traps are expensive and most people do want to spend that kind of money.

      Also, most wives won't allow bass traps period!
