@@Inj3x It definitely needs to be. The middle class is getting hollowed out by technology and it will get worse. Today, it's really easy to start a business with minimal resources and have something like a 10-person company make $100,000 - $10,000,000 in revenue. This will become more common. That means those companies won't need as many people and more people will be without jobs. But in response, more people may give their shot in entrepreneurship to get a piece of the pie.

In China, we talked about fourth industrial revolution a decade earlier around 2000. The first industrial revolution took place in 1800-1860s, especially referring to England, when English people learned how to build steam engine. The Second was mainly about the invention of electricity as well as telecommunication, specifically like light bulb telegraph and automobile in around 1870-1900; the Third was the harness of nuclear energy after WWII, and the foruth began in 1990s US, it was about internet and digital media.
In China the 6th Revolution' is about Biowarfare.
It began in 2019.
It's about creating an engineered virus called COVID19, sending it to the World whilst locking down your borders, sending Chinese people to the World carrying the virus to intentionally destroy the World economy, send us bankrupt and bring us to our knees.

The World Economic Forum are made up of Multi national banks, investment fund companies, big pharmaceutical companies, Silicon Valley,. they are the giants in finance and business, the tell the boys at the builderberg group what to do.
The leader of the forum is Clause Schwab, he has formulated a plan over the last few decades called “The Great Reset”. The objectives of this plan are to destroy the current monetary system and replace it with a new digital currency (blockchain) that they will control under a one world governance. This is the New World Order that so many laughed about as a conspiracy theory. Well guess what the theory was correct and the destruction of capitalism is well underway.
This group of elites will “save” us from the coming economic collapse (that they have engineered using the COVID lockdowns) the collapse will bring hyperinflation, food shortages and violence to all areas of the globe. I really wonder the gap that is happening in this crazy world 🌎, some countries are struggling to get into the second industrial revolution, and the rest of developed countries are warming up before entering the 4th revolution, and the problem doesn't stop here, the lowest skilled workers are more likely to get poor because the surge of AI and Robots, they will be left behind
I disagree. There's a lot of inequality in the world but I'm confident that we now have the power to get rid of it (or at least shrink it a lot).
See, the main reason the rich got richer and the poor poorer, is that there was an "imbalance of information". That's a fancy was of saying that the rich knew more or got better advice than regular people did: they had better financial advisers, they were the first to find about new technologies and new investment opportunities, etc.
But now things are different. There are many good-hearted people out there who are freely sharing their knowledge. We can learn anything we want if we just put our minds to it.
It will take a while before everyone has equal opportunities, but I don't doubt that it will happen within my lifetime. For myself, I know I'll do my best to help. (Unless, I have an accident and die before my time ...knock on wood. 😁)

1:54 I don't think the comparison between the adoption of the telephone vs. the adoption of Instagram makes much sense. The telephone was completely novel when invented and suddenly made something possible that was impossible. Instagram wasn't the first ever social media site and didn't invent the concept. A better comparison would have been Friendster or Myspace, or maybe just social media itself (how long social media in any form took to get 100 million users).

According to my understanding, the 4th Industrial Revolution is technology growing at an extreme fast pace. Some have the skills to cope with these new tech changes while others are not skilled to understand. In other words life today is based on technology (No matter what we do or how we do it )

Some say it is the 2nd industrial revolution, others say it is the 3rd 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th or even 23rd etc.
There have been many milestones (e.g. the steam engine, railroads, electricity, the assembly line, flight, radio, the transistor, computers, the internet, robots, AI etc.) that completely changed how goods are produced and how society works.
You can break down the "industrial revolution" or more accurately the age of rapidly evolving technology (and globalization) we live in since about 200 years in as many steps as you like. But pick a number that sounds good ;-)

Anthropocene is a term coined to describe our present geological era, like it was Pleistocene or Holocene". The difference is that it contains the humans as the biggest influencing factor, i.e. after the industrialization we have rapidly transformed our planet, by extracting many more resources, changing the grounds equilibria, destroying the biosphere, and above all the climate change, a long term change in the weather pattern that is now already experienced, with an evermore unpredictable weather. Planet earth had many geological eras but their changes occurred over millions of years. Anthropocene is changing our planet too quickly for any "stable" equilibrium.
It's like the ideas of Jeremy Rifkin's third industrial revolution minus hope in a better future, ie a society project.
